The Traveling Tavern and Snack Shack

Rick and his team were really clear and helpful with planning for our wedding day drinks. From helping us calculate how much alcohol we needed (we purchased ourselves to save $$) to making an assortment of drinks for everyone, they were good to have on our team. In addition, they were very affordable. We would recommend them for another's wedding.

These guys really did a great job! I loved their cute set up. It really went well with our style! They were very polite to all of our guests. I would highly recommend this for really any type of outdoor party, they've got snacks, they've got drinks and most of all they've got style!

We loved having the Traveling Tavern at our wedding!!! First of all the Tavern itself is soooooo cute and added so much aesthetically/mood-wise. Second of all - we had never planned a party like this and had no idea what we would need. Rich was super helpful in figuring out quantities of things and logistics for ice/beer buckets/timing etc. Rich and his crew worked super quickly and there was NEVER a long wait for drinks. The traveling tavern was one of the highlights of our night! Thank u Rich!!

Rich was wonderful! He is very accessible, responding to messages very quickly! He made it very easy for us to know how much alcohol to buy and worked with us to get some great signature cocktails for our reception! I also really liked that he did a site visit a week before our wedding so he knew where to go ahead of time. It was just one less thing for me to worry about day of! Can’t recommend enough!

So much fun! Rich and the tavern team were great! We had a small wedding do to Covid restrictions and they were the perfect addition to our special day! Looking forward to having them back next year to celebrate with all our family and friends!

Our original wedding plans fell through due to COVID and we decided to have a tent set up on our property as our plan b. Rich did not let us down! He provided everything we could have needed for the day. All of our guests loved the Traveling Tavern! He prepared two signature drinks for our wedding and the guests raved about them all afternoon. It was a wonderful day and we loved having him there with us. We will definitely be working with him again in the future :)

Rich and his team were so awesome for our welcome party for our wedding. The teal Winnebago was the conversation piece of the night! I wish we would have booked them for the wedding day as well, it was such a unique and cool touch. Highly recommend for any event.

We contacted Rich and the Traveling Tavern on two different occasions. First was for our family picnic, what a great addition to our party! The guests loved it and Rich and his team were fun and professional! We enjoyed having them so much we contracted them for our son’ wedding this past September. Once again he didn’t disappoint!! The Tavern adds a fun flair to any occasion, the staff is very friendly yet professional. We highly recommend them and look forward to using them again.

We had an amazing experience with Rich at the Traveling Tavern. We had a wedding on a budget but Rich did not give us budget service. He met with us before we booked him- which none of our other vendors did- and kept in contact with us often as we got closer to the date. His set up amazing, the “Snack Shack” was just part of it, he had a whole cute set up for tea, water and sodas as well. I was very pleased and we got tons of compliments on his service and how much people loved the retro vibe of his trailer. He had a ton of options to choose from, we kept it simple with a selection of beers/ciders, but his “menu” also included signature drink & liquor options as well. I would absolutely use him again for really any type of function. Thanks again Rich!

Rich and his crew were amazing! We had an issue with our venue and needed to find a bartending service 3 weeks before our wedding. I couldn't have asked for a better crew to have bartend our wedding. Rich was very easy to deal with. He did everything for us and then some.

The bar was many of my guests favorite part because of how retro and cool it was but also because of how fast and professional the bartenders were with my guests. Drinks were delicious and everyone had a great time thanks to The Tavern. Bar was very mobile and could be positioned perfectly to get everyone close to the party. Would definitely use these guys again for another event or party in the future!

If you need a bar service for your wedding, the Traveling Tavern is the way to go. Rich was spot on with suggesting how much alcohol to supply and so extremely professional. He met with us at our venue prior to the wedding to go over our plans and figure out the best location for him for the wedding. He took care of any permits he would need (as we had our wedding at a local state park) before we even asked what he needed us to do on our end. Everybody raved about the tavern at the wedding. What an amazing idea for a bar that can be parked practically anywhere and his prices are extremely reasonable too. I can’t say enough good things about the Traveling Tavern. I highly recommend Rich and his crew.

Rich and The TT team are amazing! Rich was so easy to work with and his formula for how much alcohol is needed for your guest count was spot on. He went above and beyond for us throughout the process. Our guests raved about our signature drinks. One of which was a mudslide that the bartenders made perfectly. The camper was parked right outside the barn doors to our venue, it ended up being an incredible spot for our guests to socialize. We can't recommend Rich and the Traveling Tavern enough.
