The TreeHouse at Oak Crossing

e all very kind and highly professional. Every member of Oak Crossing was wonderful in assisting us with any questions or concerns in the process leading up until what would be one of our most special days together. (For instance, I didn't know this venue came with an impromptu transportation service! ~Ms. Ebby would go on to experience a first in assisting this lost bride to the church due to a Transportation mishap. My grandparents were being transported and I would have been extremely late to my own wedding. So thank you so much!) So this venue was exactly what I was looking for in my Vineyard/Rustic/Regal theme. I am so thankful to everyone and grateful that I got to experience my reception at Oak Crossing. They made us feel so valued as their guests too! The absolutely amazing venders all worked to gather in a pinch to make sure we had the most lovely experience, despite the setbacks.

had!

ment agency in that town to use, you can not pick your bartending service has to be the restaurant that leases from them, can not bring in your own food has to be catered by the ppl on her list. I mean not everyone can afford all the high end bartenders and catering but would still like a nice venue to have their wedding. Only thing they didn’t dictate was our colors. 1000 deposit that you may or may not get back. I drilled the girl about how ppl are complaining about the deposits and she gave a long story to make them look better, but what she doesn’t know I was at one of those weddings and those things didn’t happen. Be cautious when renting from dictators. Beautiful facilities and grounds tho

nalism that I have ever seen. Upon setting up a meeting time for all of us to review why they were keeping our deposit they cancelled on us at 11:15PM the night prior and have yet to reschedule with us, our last communications were are March 12th, 2021 requesting a reschedule We have yet to be given a call or email back. The place is beautiful but since I've shared my story others have come forth to say they have dealt with the same issues and have yet to see a resolution. For someone local, you would think they would want to take care of their local customers -- unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case. Their contract states that when you clean up if you are there past the specific time then you pay extra (I think it was $150 per hour), however we were continuously told they were locking the building @ 11PM so we weren't able to pick up like we wanted to, we would've paid $300 for being there longer vs. them keeping our $1,000 deposit. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
