The Trilogy Band LLC

Bill and the rest of the band was fantastic. They were very easy and fun to work with. They even learned our first dance song and made adjustments to it as we had requested. We had such a great time dancing the night away and were so happy that the majority of our guests were on the dance floor too. In fact after the celebration ended, we couldn't get people to leave.

Bill and the entire Trilogy band were beyond amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding band and overall entire experience. Our guests kept the dance floor packed the entire night- we were a little worried at how rowdy they would be but the band handled the entire evening perfectly. They sounded amazing and we got so many compliments on their music. We planned our wedding from out of state and Bill was so accommodating in meeting with us to get everything figured out. The band even learned our school fight song for us- they also let me dad change the words to our father daughter dance song. They did all of this without any extra charge and were more than happy to work with us on so many things. We seriously can't thank them enough for helping make our evening so fun!

What a great band! Trilogy played for my daughters wedding in June and they were awesome! The dance floor was packed all night long. Our guest had a blast. The bride and groom had so much fun...we ask the band to play for an extra hour. Super fun and working will Bill really easy! Highly recommend!

Bill and the Trilogy Band were absolutely amazing at our wedding and the months leading up to our big day. They were so accommodating and really cared about what we wanted for our reception. I had the chance to meet with Bill a few times to discuss the music, the MC'ing and timeline. He is such a genuine person and great work with! The reception went off without a hitch and the music was great! The Trilogy Band kept the dance floor going all through the night and so many people asked me later, "Who was you're band?! They were awesome!" 5 Stars! Impeccable service! Thank you!

One thing we knew for sure was that we wanted a live band for our wedding reception. We searched high and low and were having a difficult time finding a band we felt comfortable about. We found Trilogy on the wonderful Internet. Trilogy doesn't play a whole lot of public events, but lucky for us, we were able to see them live at The Loading Dock in Grafton, IL in Sept 2015, which was just a couple weeks after we found them online. Upon parking and getting out of the car at The Loading Dock, I heard music. I thought, "Dang, Trilogy must be on a set break now because that is definitely a CD playing." To my surprise, it was not a CD -- It was THEM! We were sold immediately and booked them pronto for our July 9, 2016 wedding. We met up with Bill, the band contact, before the wedding to discuss the details. He was very welcoming, honest, and accommodating. Trilogy provided a smaller band for our cocktail hour and dinner hour, then the full band played for our reception. Our wedding guests just loved the live entertainment, as did we! The talent of Trilogy is second to none. I come from a family of professional musicians and choosing a good, quality wedding band was incredibly important to us. Trilogy excels at the classics as well as the current hits. Their horn section is amazing. We just loved when they played Blood Sweat & Tears songs. One last thing to note is that Bill, the MC, did a fantastic job with commanding the room and keeping things moving. Also worth noting is that he correctly pronounced the names of all of my family and wedding party, which is not an easy feat. We highly recommend Trilogy. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.

As a musician myself, having quality live music was a top priority, especially because of the many many friends attending that are also professional musicians. I watched their video and compared to one other group and they were tighter musically. The music performed at the reception was outstanding. Many compliments from my musician friends as well. Very professional presence, on time (very early load in so as not to disturb cocktails or dinner), classy, and they could "read the room." Mike (organizer) was so easy to work with and they got in all my song choices, as well as learned a couple new ones. It was very enjoyable to be welcomed to sing with them as well!

I come from a musical family so we knew right away we wanted a band. However, my budget didn't allow us to use the same band my sister had in the past, so we started researching around. We came across Trilogy, and through their price, the fact that they have a huge horn section, and the ease of contact with Bill won us over. And am I glad they did! They beat all expectations! They sounded incredible (better in person than on their website), were fun to watch, had a fantastic selection of songs (although as the bride, I wish I'd had more time to dance and enjoy than I took!), and were so wonderful to work with. I had picked a song for our first dance that they didnt' know, and in two weeks they got it down and it was perfect. My brother is a working musician, and he sung and played with them for the first dance and it came together so well- they invited him up again later to play a few more songs. So fun!

My now husband insisted on having a band and I originally was in the DJ camp, but have changed my mind. The live music had everyone dancing from the first dance to end of the reception! They even gave us a discount and ended up being just a tad more than a DJ would have been! They sounded great and I keep getting compliments about them! :)

What a party they put on!! We had a blast. Our guests loved loved loved the music. They did an awesome job. What a great time. Bill is great to work with and they have a broad song list so there is something for everyone. Also, they are very affordable. We will be seeing them again!!!

Trilogy is amazing and amazing to work with. They made our reception so much fun and are the reason why people stayed to the very end. The dance floor was always full. They learned our song for our first dance and played music that everyone loved! If it is in your budget get Trilogy for your reception you will and your guests will be so happy you did!

Out of all the compliments we have received about our wedding, the one we have received the most is, "The band was fabulous!" They are an eight-piece band with great variety, from swing to country to pop tunes (they know "California Girls" by Katy Perry!) They will learn a song if you give them enough notice: I had them learn "The Way I Am" by Ingrid Michaelson so I could sing it to my husband. Just let them know ahead of time not to put mics on the horns - it got a bit loud during dinner. Other than that, their volume was fine and I highly recommend them!

We loved having Trilogy as our band for our wedding! Bill, the drummer, MC, and planner was very professional and did an excellent job of leading the night's events. One couple said that was the first time they got up and danced since their wedding, 28 years ago! Children, newlyweds, college friends, parents, and grandparents were all out on the floor all night long. The last song turned in to a 20 minute song because everyone was having too much fun! The band sounds wonderful together and really does an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone considering a band!!! Well worth it!

Prior to the wedding, we met with the Band and were sorely disappointed that a lot of our requests were shot down. We even specifically asked for songs that they advertise on their website that they are able to play, and even those requests were shot down. We also had to really lean on them to return calls and e-mails. At the reception, they had good energy and good sound and got people dancing. However, in preparation, you really just get the feeling that they think they are too smart/good to really speak to you and personalize your evening.

They were so good. Had everyone at the reception dancing. Very professional. Very knowledgable about weddings. Have a huge playlist you can chose songs from. They were wonderful!
