I had the amazing opportunity to work with such a dynamic duo - The Trinh Studios. We worked together at my clients' wedding. They are such innovators in their work, very organized...
and down for whatever the couple would like to do.
I appreciate you two for making the photo process fun.
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with The Trinh Studios for our June 2024 wedding in Houston, Texas. In addition to our wedding, we also worked with them for our engage...
ment session, and both experiences were exceptional.
We were immediately impressed by their photography style. Knowing that our wedding guests would be ethnically diverse, we were particularly impressed by their ability to beautifully photograph a variety of skin tones.
David and Denisse were with us throughout the day—while we were getting ready, at the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception. They were everywhere, all at once, in the best way possible! They captured authentic moments without disrupting the flow or vibe of the day.
Our wedding was one of the first at a new Houston wedding venue, Le Tesserae, which meant they didn’t have previous weddings or photoshoots to reference. However, they embraced this challenge and got creative, finding the best locations and lighting at the venue. They also worked collaboratively and thoughtfully with our videographer and other vendors.
As we were told so many times, your wedding day flies by, and it’s the photos and videos that help you relive the day. The Trinh Studios captured the life, love, and energy of our wedding day so beautifully. Looking back at the pictures, we feel like we’re reliving the day from both our own perspectives and from our guests’ perspectives. After our engagement photo session with The Trinh Studios, we knew we could trust their creative vision, and they more than delivered on our wedding day.
We wholeheartedly recommend The Trinh Studios as photographers. Their professionalism, creativity, and ability to capture the essence of the day made them an invaluable part of our wedding.

The pictures we received are better than we could have hoped for! Both photographers are very personable and likable, easy to work worth, and have a great eye for capturing memorab...
le moments. They were proactive in communication, often reaching out to us before we reached out ourselves, which was great considering all the vendors we were keeping track of. Pricing for photography in general can be pretty steep, but I guarantee that The Trinh Studios will give you the best value for your dollar. Very professional, and I can’t understate how great our pictures look! You’ll be in good hands with them :)
David and his wife are absolutely AMAZING. We got married on 6/17/2023 and I knew I would love their work but WOW, we were floored by how amazing our photos turned out. The photos ...
are beautiful and David and his wife were amazing to work with. My whole family, including my young kids who usually hates photos, loved them and had no problem taking photos with them. I really can't recommend them any more than I do, if you're looking for a photographer these 1000% should be your people. We're planning on using them for any other photos we need in the future!!
David and his wife photographed our wedding in March 2023 and we LOVE the way the photos turned out!! We are still getting compliments from our friends on how good they look. We wi...
ll certainly use them again. The process of ordering prints after was fast and easy as well.
David and Denise were truly fantastic. They walked us through every thing we might want or need and accommodated our unique wedding day schedule. The day of, they worked with our i...
ntense families and honestly just had fun with it. I hope we were just as great of clients for them as they were great photographers for us. 1000% would recommend for any occasion.
We loved how our photos came out and thoroughly enjoyed working with David and Denisse. We were searching online for wedding photographers and stumbled upon David's website. We w...
ere nervous at first because our wedding planner hadn't worked with them yet, but boy we were happy after it all! We ended up booking our wedding session and TWO engagement sessions! We love all the photos and they will be part of our lives forever. Our biggest problem now is figuring out which picture to print out! We're so glad we got to work with David and Denisse and would totally recommend them for your photography needs.
David was absolutely fantastic!! He was always available to answer questions, included a free engagement shoot to help us get comfortable in front of the camera, and his work was ...
phenomenal! 10/10 would recommend!!
David and his wife are amazing! They are super professional and keep you updated during the editing process. We are planning to use them for future life events!
David and Denisse were a delightful team, and we wouldn't have been able to capture our day as perfectly without their keen eye. They are so much fun to work with, and really know ...
how to make you comfortable, even if you hate being photographed (like my new husband and I do!) I 100% recommend them for any big event, especially if you want fun and intimate photos.
Incredible work, totally worth the investment! David produces high end work for a reasonable price. No unnecessary upselling. Honest photographer who loves his job. Communication...
was prompt and thorough. We were looking for a creative photographer who could capture special moments with thoughtful composition and David Trinh and his wife nailed it! We couldn’t be happier with the final product
Makes you feel so comfortable. Beautiful photos, very kind and 100% would choose all over again!!
I didn't have any experience working with professional vendors prior to my wedding and I don't think I will ever want to unless he quits the business. The Trinh Studios was my firs...
t (and best) choice for a few reasons: 1. I wanted an Asian-owned business, 2. I wanted a second shooter, and 3. I wanted a social media presence. It didn't hurt that we graduated from the same college either. I've read so many horror stories about photographers ghosting you, disappearing after the event is over (with your photos), or just being unprofessional but David was not that. We seriously had the best time working with him & his wife, Denisse because they were so easy-going, patient and made us both feel comfortable throughout the whole day as well as helped guide shots/poses at our photo venue. David was truly professional from start to finish and even helped us with our wedding timeline! The Trinh Studios is sorta the whole package because after the wedding, I dmed them on Instagram and happened to mention that we are buying a house and long story short, we are now working with his realtor! I couldn't have asked for a better husband & wife photography team to tackle my wedding day photo needs! Overall, I can't recommend The Trinh Studios enough! If anyone needs a photographer for their special day, this is the team you want by your side! I will be recommending them to anyone that needs a photographer for their special day!
David and Denise were absolutely amazing. First and foremost David was the first person we had met and he also took our engagement photos. I love how he went along with our quirky ...
ideas for our engagement photos. He was totally down for it and they came out PERFECT. I didn’t really even want to do engagement photos but I’m so glad we did. For our wedding day he and his wife Denise were there. That was our first time meeting Denise. She was wonderful. They work together like ying and yang. They are both so creative and come up with beautiful pictures you could never have even dreamed of. We plan on using them in the future for other occasions!
Just stop your searching and hire this boss team. David and Denise such a wonderful couple who makes magic with their clients. They did our engagement and wedding photography. When...
I say I was on my honeymoon and David texted me he ALREADY had previews I thought to myself NO WAY ITS ONLY BEEN A FEW DAYS?! When I opened up my email I legitimately squealed while walking the Waikiki shopping strip and then ugly cried. Their photos are crisp, vivid, and full of colors. That’s what drawn me into hiring them. They not only capture sweet/romantic photos but got some great dramatic shots of us as well.
If that’s the style you are looking for look no further. They were always punctual, responsive, and communicated so well with us. I can’t say enough of how much we love these down to earth people.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! David and Denisse are such a great team, and they did a wonderful job capturing our wedding. I chose them for many reasons, but one in particular stood out to m...
e - we wanted an evening wedding but also a few pictures outdoors. All of the other photographers I met with said that was not possible and that we’d have to move the wedding up earlier in the day if we wanted pictures outside. David, on the other hand, without hesitation said no problem! He showed us photos that he’d taken outdoors at night from other weddings, and they looked great! Sure enough, we have many beautiful outdoor photos! He was willing to accommodate us when no one else was. That made our decision super easy! He was also very calm and collected, and I figured that’s what we’d all need on wedding day. We met with David several times before the wedding to ensure we were all on the same page and to go over details. He put a lot of effort into ensuring that our special day was captured in all the ways we’d dreamed of. We recently got our pictures back and we cannot stop staring at them! I cannot recommend David and Denisse enough!! We are so happy we chose them!
We loved working with David for our wedding are so glad that out of the many photographers out there, we selected The Trinh Studios. David did our engagement and wedding photos. Fi...
rstly, we selected a vendor only 2 months before our wedding. In that timeframe, David was flexible, friendly, communicative, and thoughtful. He squeezed in a beautiful engagement shoot for us- we seriously had the best time. He was so easy going and made us feel very comfortable during the full 2+ hours. He provided suggestions for both the engagement and wedding shoot locations which we found very helpful. The wedding day itself is always stressful but David maintained a calm demeanor through it all, and got very creative with our photos. Overall, we would recommend David and Denisse to anyone without hesitation. Thank you SO much!!
One of my friends described it best; candid photos of pure joy. Other than the feelings of pure bliss, the only thing you'll have after the wedding day ends are photos, and David ...
is actually VERY fairly priced (especially if you compare to other metropolitan photographers around the country). David Trinh is a true artist; he has an incredible eye for exactly how to make a photo look BREATHTAKING. When I saw my preview photos a couple days after the wedding, I actually stopped breathing, because they were so beautiful. There is a pretty cute story about how he arranged all the wedding flowers when the officiant turned her back for 5 seconds, and I can just imagine that even what he thinks are his worst shots are still...pretty good. Also, Denisse is SO SWEET and she helps so much, she just gets it! Relatable, warm, hilarious, kind, and TALENTED. I couldn't have asked for a better duo of photographers for my big day. Thanks y'all, you're my photographers for LIFE now.
David was truly professional from start to finish and flexible with changes due to COVID-19. They made us feel extremely comfortable throughout the hectic day as well as helped gui...
de shots/poses at our photo venue. They were very open to different visions for photos and helped capture our relationship in the most beautiful way. We could not have asked for a better photographer and we will continue to highly recommend their services to any bride/groom we meet!
As crazy as 2020 was and will be for all of the brides & grooms, David and Denisse made it so easy. Even though we had to shift everything due to COVID, they did not hesitate a sec...
ond. They were flexible and more accomodating than any other vendor. They even brought an extra stand for our impromptu live stream for friends and family that were unable to attend due to the limitations.
Outside of that, the pictures are phenomenal. From a planned 200+ person wedding to being required to limit to a 20 person, private wedding, they captured our big day better than we could have imagined. They were open to any suggested pictures we had in mind, but also brought their own ideas and flair which were some of the best pictures from our gallery. They caught each moment of the day, making it memorable and special. I could write a million more positives about this team!
Hands down the best photography vendor. Went above and beyond and is your best bet!
Where do I start with David and Denisse! They are both absolutely amazing and were both such a joy to work with. David did both our engagement and wedding photos and we are so hap...
py how our pictures turned out, we have gotten so many compliments on our photos! David and Denisse are super professional and on time. My husband and I highly recommend working with David and Denisse and we hope we can again soon!
The Trinh Studios went above and beyond their responsibilities as a photography company. We celebrated our wedding in El Salvador in early 2020, and it was a 4 day event. The Trin...
h Studios was there for all 4 days documenting the entire wedding week. By the end of the week, David and Denise felt like family to us and to all the other guests there as well. They would spend time interacting with our guests when they were not behind the camera which made it easier to capture moments later one.
Once the weekend ended, The Trinh Studios consistently gave us teasers and feedback on when we would receive the final wedding gallery. Their work ethic is hard to find, their creativity is unsurpassed, but what truly separates them from other photography companies is their superior customer service.
David was a true pleasure to work with. We had an initial meeting to discuss our expectations; he was open to listen to and address all our concerns. We had a courthouse wedding wi...
th few guest so it was very important to us to capture the small moments. David was patient with the kids and highly detailed-oriented. It was our first experience taking professional pictures and he made it feel natural and comfortable. He was very free flowing and open to suggestions for shooting locations. We were absolutely thrilled with the end product and the quick turnaround. Also, communication was always open. We would definitely recommend The Trinh Studios for any of your photography needs.
Fantastic! I was a little concerned about not hiring a videographer, but honestly when I got the photos back... I realized I didn’t need one. He captured everything beautifully.
I was on a hunt for a really good photographer who could have an eye, pay attention to detail, and accept me and my wife! Trinh Studios was it!! I was so happy when David decided t...
o do our wedding even though he was booked for something else. He was easy to build a bond with, he allowed us to be ourselves and captured every moment of it! I’m forever grateful for Trinh Studios for accepting us and showing so much support!

ed planning our wedding I immediately knew that the photographer was the most important thing for me. I created a list of multiple photographers and planned to meet with all of them. For some reason, every day I just kept finding myself back on David's website. I absolutely LOVE his creativity and style! David was the first photographer on the list we decided to meet with and the second we walked out of that Starbucks we instantly knew we were booking with him, and we did within 24 hours. We didn't even meet with any other photographers, we just knew! Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet Denisse that day, but I did get to meet her during my bridal session and she was fantastic - instantly loved her, too! They make SUCH a great team and I cannot tell you how many compliments I have received on every single one of my photos I've shared with others. Any time I had a question about anything, David would immediately respond. He communicated very well throughout the entire 9 months between the time we hired him and the time we got married. I was never worried about a single thing my entire engagement and even after the wedding I consider them friends. I would recommend David and Denisse to absolutely anyone, without a doubt, and I will continue to use them in the future!

us pose and his creative side definitely showed to give us the best photographs. They also made sure to give my dog some spotlight! I would recommend David for any and every occasion!

well. Fast forward to my wedding and I could not be happier with my photos. David and Denisse, (David’s wife) are some of the nicest, most genuine vendors and people I have ever met and I so am happy to say their kindness, hard work, dedication and new friendships lead to nothing shy of perfection with everything that went on that day, and I look forward to keeping the friendship going. Book him!

On the day of our wedding, David and his wife Denisse were a DREAM TEAM! They captured every beautiful moment, were so flexible & attention/detail oriented, and were just super fun to be around!!
To top it off, David gave us sneak peak photos the very next day after our wedding that were breathtakingly gorgeous!!!
I 100% recommend David for your wedding!! You will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

d on our schedule he was always relaxed, happy and also in control of where everyone needed to be for photos. Just like everyone tells you, your beautiful day goes too fast. When my husband and I got the photos back I was overwhelmed and happy to realize he had captured so many moments I didn’t know about or that went too fast for me. Now I can forever remember them in vivid detail. Even with a very large family he knew who needed to be photographed and made sure to capture my families reactions during the ceremony. David is an investment you will always be grateful you made. Thank you David for capturing the incredible array of emotions and vistas on our special day. Thank you a million times over.
Our wedding pictures are absolutely beautiful!! David and Denisse are the absolute best! From day one David was responsive, informative, and very professional (even with their own ...
wedding 2 weeks before mine). I seriously cannot thank David and Denisse for giving us these memories that will last forever! I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to capture any moment. I will definitely be booking David Trinh Photography for my next event!
Searching for a wedding photographer in Houston was awful. We talked to most of the top rated photographers in the city and all of them were egotistical, pretentious and sketchy. I...
t was a huge relief when we met David and our first impression was that he seemed like a genuinely nice guy. We did not do much research into his work but knew we would book him right after our first meeting just because he was such a pleasant person and totally different from all the other photographers that we had met. We do not regret our decision. David was easy to work with and figured out our style without asking too many questions. When I was getting dressed on our wedding day my veil ripped few minutes before we were about to leave for the venue. Denisse had a sewing kit that we were able to use to fix my veil. They literally saved my day from being ruined! In addition, our wedding photos came out perfect. We could not have picked a better photographer. I will definitely recommend them to all our family and friends. Don't think twice, just book them.

tremely communicative and always responded to e-mails and texts right away. His prices are very reasonable and he takes great care of all his couples, often going above and beyond. I remember for our engagement shoot, he showed up to the venue almost an hour early to scope the place out! I was so impressed with his work ethic and careful attention to detail. He made me and my husband feel comfortable and at ease, which is a real accomplishment considering neither one of us are fans of being in front of the camera! On our wedding day, David and his wife Denisse were with us every step of the way and I could tell they were working very hard to to capture all the important moments and little details. We received our wedding photo gallery a few days ago and were blown away at how perfectly David and Denisse captured our big day. I went online to post a "sample" of our favorite photos and ended up posting over 170 pictures, whoops! :) I think that's a true testament to how much I love them. THANK YOU DAVID, I am so grateful for you and will continue to recommend you to everyone I know!

irmed just how good his eye is. We were so excited to have him photograph our wedding. David is easy to work with, always on time, and made our wedding day easy. He and Denisse did an awesome job capturing all the moments of our wedding -- especially the candid ones! They got so many amazing shots and really captured the joy of the day. We’re going to treasure these pictures forever. Thank you!!

out portraits before hand for the day of since literally everything has to be on a schedule on wedding day. David & Denise were very patient & you can tell how much dedication they put into their craft. Pictures came out ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. By looking a the whole gallery, they make me relive mine & my husbands special day from start to finish every time. They made it very easy to work with! Thank you so much, David & Denise! Highly recommend these amazing photographers!!

es the little moments that anyone else might have missed. He is so patient and tries to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Denise, his fiance, was the second photographer at our wedding and was also a big help! She's awesome too! I've never really been comfortable with pictures but David knew how to work with this despite the fact. I'm sure that could not have made it easy for them. That didn't stop him from delivering top of the line work though. The quality of the pictures is amazing. I still can't stop looking at my gallery. Everyone loved David! My family and friends who attended the wedding always bring up how great David was at our wedding. Out of all the vendors that were booked for the wedding he was the favorite! Still receiving compliments on him until this day. He always communicated with me and answered any questions I may have. Very professional from the very beginning until the end. I relive that day every time I'm looking through my gallery. Not everyone can capture an event this way, which is why I am so grateful to David because I get to have these memories forever. Like I said, book him, your search is over!
David did an AMAZING job on my wedding!!! He and his team captured all the important moments as well as moments I would have liked to see but wasn’t able as the bride of the day. ...
His pictures were well done, good lighting, nice backgrounds and most importantly creative! I love that his pictures have a journalistic nature which told all the big and little stories of the day!!! I strongly recommend him and will use him again when I get the chance!!!

ss and made our day so special. David went above and beyond to capture amazing shots and moments throughout the day and I cannot wait to create an album of all his beautiful work. Photography was the most important vendor for us and because of this I looked for a very long time, spent countless nights reading reviews, and messaging many different people. After meeting with David he made us feel confident and secure in his talent to trust him with our big day and I am so glad we did. The engagement photos were breath taking, our wedding photos are perfect. I could not be more happy with our experience with David Trinh Photography!

or me. He was available to talk about the wedding whenever I needed to, and would respond quickly. The day of the wedding, he and his wife were punctual, and made the wedding even more fun than what it already was! We didn’t have a videographer so we were really depending on David and Denisse to capture our day from start to finish, and they did not disappoint at all! We received so many photos back, that I don’t even regret having video of our day. Thank you guys so much for capturing and being a part of our big day!
If you have been reading a ton of reviews and doing a lot of research like I know I did, you can stop now! David is seriously AMAZING. After our first meeting, I knew we would hire...
him. You can feel his passion for his job in the way he speaks and the portfolio he presents. We got the package that included the engagement photos, which I highly recommend. After seeing the engagement photos, I had no doubt that our wedding photos would be perfect.. and they are! David captured moments that I didn’t even know happened, which allows me to relive our day in such a special way. Honestly, I’ve looked through the (800 +) photos so many times, they are just so beautiful.
Throughout the whole process, from hiring him to delivery of our wedding photos, David’s communication with us was professional and always on time. On top of that, we seriously just love him as a person! I can’t tell you how many guests from our wedding commented on how awesome he is, as well as his wife Denisse, who was our second photographer. We highly recommend David, and will continue to recommend him whenever someone asks us about photographers!

s feel comfortable in front of the camera, he has a lot of patience and he is super funny and nice, what we loved about him is that he created pictures out of nothing like he is just an artist, he will find an ugly wall put you in the middle of the wall and he will create a masterpiece. Really thankful we came across his Instagram @davidtrinhphotos and hired him for our big day, the day of our meeting he was on time so thats when we knew he was professional and super nice. Every time I texted David he would respond right away. On our big day David and Denisse made sure to take every single moment and detail that was really important for us. When we received our pictures, oh my god We were in tears, it was like we went back in time, he captured the best memories, We are so in love with our pictures ! nt his photography was compared to others. What we got was much more, not only did our photos turn out amazing. David and his wife treated us like we were their friends, not just another client or a number. He really helped us keep organized on our wedding day and even helped us with our wedding schedule. With not having a planner, this was a huge help for us. If you are a bride looking for a photographer who is far from traditional, you will love what David brings to the table. He is a fabulous individually who really cares about his clients.
David was such a pleasure to work with. From the day we met him I was convinced he was the right photographer for us- and we made the right choice for our wedding! He kept up with ...
our insanely tight schedule amazingly well, took incredible pictures of those perfect moments we wanted, and was just the perfect photographer for our wedding. We wanted someone who could take professional, high-quality pictures of moments, not so much "posed" pictures, and he truly went beyond that with his skills and his passion for what he does. When the party started, David and the second photographer were not afraid to get into the crowd and shoot, yet they NEVER felt like they were in the way of anyone. The final product of all the photographs was beyond our expectations. I would 100% recommend David if you want a great experience at your wedding!

wedding. He was very professional and very prompt on his responses. He asked for our opinions and did not make us feel uncomfortable throughout the sessions. The day of the wedding I had a family member that was taken to the emergency room and we had to delay our start time. David missed our sunset shots because of this. Add to that the fact that it starting pouring outside! Still, he managed to take beautiful, elegant pictures. Looking througout all of our pictures, David managed to get everyone in at least one shot. He captured moments that I was not even aware had taken place. While the night started out rocky and with a somber mood, David captured all happy and beautiful moments as only a professional can. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone! He is a very cool, professional and artistic photographer. Any couple would be lucky to have him do their wedding photos!

Although it was a hectic day, he really knew how to control the situation and my family loved him. We now have photos that we can cherish for a lifetime and we love each and everyone of them. You will not make a mistake by choosing him as your wedding photographer, he goes above and beyond and so much more.
