Rundown. It's not the luxury or resort feel that they are selling. It reminds me of a grandparents' house plus a large yard. Don't expect anything like golf course turf either.
...It is in a dense neighborhood. Each house is only 100ft from each other. Wedding simply doesn't work here unless you don't plan on playing any music. Anything loud will be noise violation and have cops show up to shut it down.
