th love, no Sysco here! From the very first call, communication was clear and quick. We could tell very quickly that she would be a great vendor to work with. We got SO many compliments on the food at our wedding too (menu pictured below) and her staff was so professional and friendly. They were also our bartenders and clean-up crew; tables were cleared quickly after dinner, plates & glasses rinsed as well for our rentals vendor to pick up the next day, and they helped us set up our dessert display afterwards even though we had dessert from a local bakery. We loved having them at our wedding and will be using Twisted Fork for any future events we need catering for. Cannot recommend them enough!!

n created special vegan options so every guest could enjoy the meal. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and so thoughtfully prepared. Pam herself is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. She is warm, genuine, and truly passionate about what she does. Her team handled both catering and bar service at our wedding, and they were just phenomenal. Every single staff member was friendly, professional, and made sure our guests were happy and taken care of. We honestly couldn’t imagine our day without Pam and her team. They made everything feel effortless and special, and we’re so grateful for all the love and care they put into our celebration.

xactly what she did! Pam and her team were incredibly flexible, creating and perfecting a menu tailored exactly to our needs and within our budget. From scrumptious hors d'oeuvres to several unique dinner stations to crowd favorite late-night snacks, every bite was delicious. Pam was very communicative throughout the entire process, and her team was amazing, ensuring everything went smoothly. One of our guests made a point to reach out after the wedding to tell us that they still think about the food at the wedding and that brisket has now been revolutionized for them. t us a small charcuterie board in the bridal suite, which was what I had served at cocktail hour and it was SO PRETTY. My photographer got some snaps of it. When I talked to people after the wedding they all raved about the food. Pam also made this process so hassle free and it was everything I could've dreamed of!

ing perfect. When our caterer backed out last minute in the middle of COVID, Pam and her team jumped right in to save the day. They are responsive, punctual, a great value, and the food is to die for. We had the most amazing Lexington Chicken and Beef brisket and the macaroni and cheese was slap your mother good. The chicken wings were awesome and the crab and artichoke dip was raved about by EVERY guest. We had a stunning cheese and meat arrangement that I kept snacking on between pictures, and even the salad was perfect. The service they provided was above and beyond what I could’ve asked for and they even made the buffet tablescape look amazing. I have never been to a wedding where every guest ranted and raved about the food and then mentioned how beautiful the bride was, but that’s what happened at ours and we wouldn’t have it any other way! We have already decided the The Twisted Fork will be our go to caterer from here on out.
