Sway and Team listened to our specific needs, including footage of guest commentary captured and edited to perfection. When capturing our first look, the cameras were hidden, giving us the privacy of the moment. Wow! What a surprise to see all that was filmed of that moment, complete with audio. We worked with Uncommon Weddings back in October, and it was the most professional yet personal experience! The entire process –from first conversation, to book, to prep, to final product– was amazing. Sway and his team were super prompt with answering any questions or acting on any suggestions we had leading up to the day. Everyone working the event, including our lead videographer, Cliff, put so much care and attention into making us feel like we were their ONLY clients. They beautifully captured our ceremony while never feeling like they were in the way. Our reception was joyfully raucous, and the footage reflects that impeccably. And when it comes to the highlight video, we are OBSESSED! We really appreciate that they were able to tweak it slightly after we gave feedback, and they flawlessly edited our footage to one of our favorite songs. It was also remarkable just how much footage they captured! It really felt like they were able to record every single special moment of that day. There was at least one point where they knew that there was an opportunity to capture something we specifically requested, and kindly gave us prompts in order to achieve the moment. Their directions were clear and easy, and those moments were recorded exactly as we envisioned. Something that was equally appreciated was how well they worked with our other vendors, especially our photographers. They meshed so effortlessly with the photo team that at many points during the day, my wife and I thought they were all part of the same group! Their excellent collaboration and communication skills made the entire day go by smoothly not just for us, but for everyone working the event. They also captured the joy in our guests and found moments that we otherwise would have missed. There was one moment in particular, when the DJ played Bohemian Rhapsody, and the entire reception started rocking out. Screaming, fists in the air, head banging. Uncommon captured it all. They made us look like rockstars, and I’m so thankful that we have that to look back on for the rest of our lives.  They truly listened to everything we had to say, from our wishlist to the vibe that we were going for, to the style of videography.
