, timeless, and exactly where my husband and I chose to celebrate our wedding this past September. From the organization during the planning process to the day of service and food, everything far exceeded my expectations. Almost all our guests had to travel in from out of state and they are still raving about the wedding. I couldn't recommend the Union Club more!

and Saturday. We live in a different state, but there were no hiccups at any point. She and other staff were communicative, organized, respectful, and accommodating. All guests loved the venue and especially the food. The wedding party stayed in the on-site hotel rooms, which was very convenient. Valet did a great job. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. It also stuck out to us how highly the vendors spoke about the Union Club. We are very happy with our decision and highly recommend.

From delicious hors d'oeuvres to sumptuous entrees, every dish is prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail especially for any allergies that were noted. and cooked to perfection. We chose filet mignon, beef short rib, and walleye. Everyone mentioned it was one of the best meals they ever had, and we have to agree! It was phenomenal! The bar staff accommodated all of our requests and then some. We are so thankful we chose The Union Club to host our wedding reception! Thank you again to Sarah and everyone at The Union Club!

e was a staffing change in the middle of our wedding planning process, but Sarah came in ready to go. She was communicative, organized, empathetic, and receptive to any adjustments we wanted to make. All of our guests raved about the food and the seamlessness of the whole evening, in addition to it being a beautiful space. I can't recommend Sarah and the Union Club enough!

lurking and with additional family health issues, we made the decision to decrease our guest count to 85 - just immediate family. Nancy and her staff did everything possible to make our experience fantastic, from the bride and groom, toddlers to 90 year old grandparents. They were open and flexible and provided excellent service from the time we arrived at 9:00 a.m. to when we left at 12:30 a.m. the next morning. Cocktail hour was fantastic with two bars, no waiting, delicious signature drinks, abundant and delicious appetizers and plenty of comfortable chairs, couches and high tops for people to relax, eat and chat. The dinner was excellent - beautiful salad, hot food that was cooked perfectly, delicious desserts, wine and late night pizza. There was not one unpleasant moment in the two years of planning and the wedding itself. It was perfect! I highly recommend The Union Club for a warm wonderful wedding.

Always in constant communication with myself, something that I greatly appreciated! Everyone mentioned that their food was delicious and same with the drinks! I had the best day of my life and the Union Club was there to make sure that happened. Such a great venue and recommend this space for any wedding!

catering staff makes planning not only easy, but it gives you peace of mind that things will get done, and get done correctly. I never had to worry that something was getting overlooked. Our every question, no matter how trivial, was always answered promptly. This made planning that much simpler. The day went off without a hitch. Our guests LOVED the venue. The food was terrific and we received many accolades. I’d like to point some things out that people often overlook. It was a hot day, and threatening rain. I never had to be concerned with the weather. The air conditioning was good. I’ve been to venues where the air conditioning is insufficient. I loved having use of the library and piano during cocktail hour. I hired a jazz piano player for the hour. It’s a definite vibe. Also, the beverage manager went out of her way to make sure the couples signature drinks were a success. This, again, helped create a certain vibe. The only blip, and I’m not sure, it even was a blip, was the chandeliers in the ceremony room, flickered a couple times during the ceremony. When I said something to my sister, about it, she said, how else our her grandparents going to let her know they are here! I then loved that the lights flickered.

Third, the catering was delicious. Our tasting with them was perfect, and the execution on our wedding night was flawless. Everyone got their food in a timely manner, the presentation was enticing, and the food itself was worthy of a MIchelin starred restaurant. Lastly, Nancy was professional and dedicated to helping out with any and all planning needs that we had. She helped answer questions, worked with our vendors to coordinate planning, and helped make our special day as smooth as possible. She went out of her way to get us drinks and hors d'oeuvres after the ceremony when we were taking photos, and helped organize our gifts and cards for us so we didn't have to worry. Highly recommend the Union Club and Nancy Zaroogian for your wedding needs, they did an awesome job!

The entire staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. We also had our rehearsal dinner at the Union Club in the main dining room as well. I will also say that the food is unbelievable. All of our guests were raving about the food and even impressed one of our guests who caters high end parties in NYC. The ballroom is elegant and a very intimate setting. I would recommend the Union Club 100%. Elegant and pristine venue, top notch food and staff. 2020 to February 13, 2021. We moved our reception to the Union Club for our new wedding date and it was the best decision we could have made! From the moment we walked through looking for a new venue, we knew it was going to be The Union Club. Even during covid uncertainty, this venue went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was special and memorable. This venue was truly unforgettable from the beautiful exterior and interior, to the amazing team of staff they had working that night, to the delicious food and wine. Our food tasting beforehand is still one of our favorite days! We owe our perfect wedding day to this venue. We can't thank Nancy from The Union Club enough for helping us create such a special day, and for being there that night to make sure it ran smoothly. We felt so comfortable and welcomed at The Union Club throughout this whole process. We received countless comments that night as well as afterwards in which our guests were raving about how beautiful The Union Club was. It is truly a unique venue and one I would recommend over and over again. James and I can't wait to hopefully go back for another wedding one day soon. We love it there!

Nancy is a true professional, which translates down to the service provided by the Union Club staff. The chairs, linens, tableware, glassware, flatware, etc., included in your package are of the highest quality. The food was fantastic, which is prepared on-site by a Certified Master Chef. Not having to worry about third party rentals or outside catering was very important to us. The Union Club is a one stop shop, which made the planning process that much easier. en my other daughter wanted to be married at the Union Club we were very comfortable with the decision. Nancy Zaroogian is a wonderful person to work with, always returning calls, makes suggestions as needed and asked, She truly makes everything run smoothly! My daughter was married in the wedge wood room which was absolutely beautiful and photographed wonderfully! The building itself is gorgeous and historic . We had an opportunity to book rooms on the 4th floor which was so convenient especially when your guests include grandparents who may want to relax between events during the day or evening. The staff of the union club are excellent our guests were well cared for and the food was delicious . Thank you if I had another child I would certainly return!!!

The food and wine was outstanding, the best I've ever had at a special event (we had beef tenderloin, lobster tail and stuffed chicken as entrees and I heard rave reviews about all three). y. The Union Club itself is one of the most beautiful buildings in Ohio - a real hidden gem in Cleveland. The building is regal, is sure to impress your guests, and is a wonderful setting for some great photos. In our opinion, though, it is The Union Club's staff that truly makes the place great. The Club staff were all professional, courteous, and attentive to us and our guests and took care of every need. Cocktail hour included butler-passed hors d'oeuvres, and staff ensured each guest got to try each option. Dinner service was proper and well-timed - every meal came out hot. The food was nothing short of amazing - unsurprising as the kitchen is directed by a certified master chef. Our guests were extremely complimentary - nobody had a single complaint about their meals. Every dietary restriction was heeded - even our vegan guests were super happy with their meals. Every special request we had was honored. Everything we asked for was accomplished. Many guests commented to us that this was the best wedding reception they had ever been to - we feel we owe much of that to the diligence and professionalism of the Club's amazing staff. A true rockstar among the Club's staff is Nancy Zaroogian, the Club's wedding/event coordinator. She was responsive, accommodating, courteous, and extremely helpful throughout the whole year-plus that we were planning our wedding. She was an amazing resource and we feel we could not have had such an incredible day without her assistance. She offered insight and suggestions that aided in our planning, and honored all of our requests. Between the beautiful Club itself, the amazing food, the wonderful staff and service, the excellent bar, and the fantastic Nancy Zaroogian...The Union Club is the finest wedding venue we could have asked for, was money very well spent, and we wouldn't recommend any other place to host your big day!

The food and service are incredible, and they were flexible and open to reasonable adjustments without adding upcharges for every single request. Every room in the club is gorgeous, and it was wonderful to be able to use multiple rooms throughout the evening for our wedding. Service was impeccable and food was amazing. We could not have imagined our wedding at any other venue. You will not be disappointed!

There are no caterers to bring in and no doubts about the quality of the food. Food is one of the most important things to me at a wedding and it doesn't get any better then this! We had 211 guests all of our food was delivered hot and cooked to perfection!! The lobster was amazing!! The filet was cooked to absolute perfection! I have never heard so many compliments before on food at a wedding. People were saying it was the best steak they have ever had. Better then the top steakhouses around town! Presentation was amazing. The appetizers were fantastic and the cheese display we had he knocked it out of the park! People were blown away by the taste, abundance and beauty of this display! Thank you so much chef you truly are a Master! I now can see the difference between a Master chef and chef!! Amazing. Nancy and her staff of employees were phenomenal! Nancy made sure that everything was perfect. She made the fairy tale come to life. She was kind and helpful whenever I had a question. She even answered an e-mail while on vacation. Her response time to any questions was immediate. Thank You Nancy for making for a perfect day! All of our guests were so amazed by the beauty of the Union Club they didn't want to leave. They were walking around in awe! This is by far the best place in the city to have a wedding at!! While she was taking a much-needed vacation, the CDC recalled romaine lettuce, which we had planned to serve at the reception--and had already printed up menu cards saying so. Although she was in California, Nancy continued to communicate with us and the whole issue was flawlessly and gracefully resolved. The day of the wedding, the staff was extremely helpful to all of us. The day-of rooms we used were all beautiful. The ballroom was stunning. It was a memorable reception, and we are grateful to Nancy and her staff for working so hard to make everything perfect. From the bartenders to the wait staff to the valets, everyone is extremely gracious and professional. I highly, highly recommend The Union Club.
