She gave us great vendor recommendations, managed the communication and logistics with all of them, and was phenomenal on the day of the wedding. In the planning process she rolled with my indecisiveness, always ready to give an opinion when I asked for it or support my vision. She always make me feel great about myself and my choices. I didn’t worry about anything on my wedding day because I knew Cara would take care of it. There were a few small issues during the reception (like the room temperature), but all I had to do was find Cara, who was always close by and easy to find, and she solved everything quickly. Truly, truly, I cannot say enough how amazing Cara is. I just completely adore her.

amazing help. She guided me through the process, made sure I didn’t miss any details for the entire weekend, recommended vendors immediately upon hire & was beyond professional. This wedding was not an easy task & Cara truly nailed every single piece. She brought in multiple assistants for the day of, worked with vendors on our behalf & made sure everybody was on the same page. She also fully helped with our schedule, kept me on top of everything & did it all with the most calming presence. Every vendor that we hired based off of her recommendations was also a 10/10. Even after the wedding, Cara followed up to make sure everything was handled properly. We had a minor issue with a non-related vendor & Cara totally handled it for me. Not only was Cara amazing at the planning & coordination, she truly depicts calm grace. At any (& there were several) frantic moments, she took control & fully made me feel at ease. My bridal stress was brought down each & every time I spoke to her. She literally took away all of my stressors one by one. I would hire her a million times over again & could not recommend Cara & her team more. Cara, THANK YOU for helping make our day go so smoothly. You were beyond all of my expectations & I truly can not thank you enough. I will forever be grateful for you & will always recommend you to fellow brides. You’re the best!

ke sure we had the best day possible. She was so helpful in every way we didn't know we needed, long before the actual wedding day she had alleviated most of the stress we were anticipating. On the day of Cara and Nancy were both incredible and handled everything so we had as little stress and as much fun as possible. We cannot thank them enough we truly would not have loved our wedding as much as we did if we did not have them supporting us throughout the day but also the entire planning process.

me great ideas to deal with a wedding during a pandemic. With her help, we decided to live-stream our wedding, so that our elderly and immune compromised guests would be able to attend virtually. Cara also had a great idea of handing out masks to our guests that were our wedding colors of mauve and pearl. A great touch! All in all, even though we had to scale our wedding back, I would 100% recommend Cara to anyone. She really helped us reimagine our vision to have the safest wedding possible during Covid. From our initial consultation, to watching my wife join me under the chuppah (that Cara took the time to have beautifully decorated with all of our favorite flowers), I am in awe at how smoothly everything went as it did-this was no accident!
