About this vendor
For over 10 years, the V Tones of Charleston have provided a festive blend of Hot Jazz, Swing and Tropicalia for dances, parties, benefits and oyster roasts all around the Lowcountry. Their music reinvigorates the Vaudeville era while adding modern twists and turns and well. They’ve opened for ukulele master Jake Shimabukuro at Earl Klugh’s Kiawah Jazz Festival, and played events such as Folly Beach Jazz Festival, Piccolo Spoleto, Goatober Fest, The Georgetown Wooden Boats Festival, Charleston Food and Wine Festival, and their Annual Holiday Extravaganza at the local public library. If it’s about fun, it’s about time…for the V Tones! Available as a 3 to 7 piece band depending on how hard you want to swing.

The V-Tones played the rooftop cocktail hour of my wedding reception back in 2003. They saw my husband's uncle was a big baseball fan (go Yankees) and spontaneously threw in "Take Me Out to the Ballgame."
They were fun and nearly 13 years later people are still talking about them.
Easy to work with, fun, and professional.
