Excludive 3 day Weddings! Our Rustic Barn and Country House wedding venue is located in Fenton, Michigan and features a hand hewn Dairy Barn (circa 1836) that we moved to a riverfront! Includes a Covered Bridge! The rental includes use of the Historic Barn, a 3 bedroom Country House, tables, chairs, ceremony benches, linens, napkins, indoor restrooms and use of the 8 acre estate from Friday- Sunday. We are best known for our Outdoor Ceremony Sites! Choose from 4 outdoor ceremony sites: The Covered Bridge, Riverside Dock, Grass Courtyard, or Woodlands Our river lined with willow trees offers one of the many, stunning, outdoor photographic opportunities. Relax by a bonfire, play lawn games and dance under the stars at this intimate outdoor venue that mixes woodsy charm with glamour and reminds us of our heritage! Capacity is 160. equirements for renting the venue. The Inn and grounds are very clean and well taken care off. This venue is also pet friendly which was one of top requirements for our venue.

ith Valerie who was extremely professional and friendly. This venue is not only beautiful, but offers the wonderful feature of renting the property for the full weekend of your event which eliminated so much of the day of stress of getting everything ready. We did another walk through in March of this year to just start to visualize our layout. When we checked in on Friday the day before our event, Valerie greeted us and showed us around to ensure everything was set-up the way we wanted. Valerie and her staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. Which reduced what we needed to do the day of our wedding. They assisted our guests with parking, shuttled those of our guests who needed it via a golf cart, set-up our table linens, were cleaning up the grounds after a torrential down pour from the night before, hooking up fans and air conditioners in the barn for our reception. Valerie also was just a quick text away if we needed anything at the inn during the weekend. Talk about incredible hospitality. We strongly recommend anyone who is looking to have a barn wedding to use The Vale Royal Barn & Inn. More pictures to come.

Anyone planning a wedding, this is your venue!!! We had the entire property the whole weekend. The wedding party stayed at the Inn on property all weekend which was a huge bonus. The property is absolutely stunning and there are multiple areas to have a beautiful ceremony. Being water/ boat people, we chose the pier..:) our guest than just walked right over to the gorgeous barn for the reception and the outside mobile bar area with fire pit s area was a great area for appetizers and cocktail hour!

yard, dockside, and more) and a stunning pre-lit barn complete with a chandelier and bar, outdoor fire pits, lawn games and more, it was such a perfect day.
Everyone one of my guests were blown away by the beauty and simplicity of it all. It is a DIY venue, so you are able to make it completely unique, with your own spin on it - you get the wedding YOU want. With that said, Valerie (the owner) is so helpful and willing to assist with all the fine details.
You have access to the barn and inn for the whole weekend (Friday-Sunday) which is extremely helpful for set-up tear down stress and time. We had our rehearsal dinner in the courtyard on Friday night and it was gorgeous. Tables, linens, chairs, arbors, and bench seats for the ceremony, are all included in the price of the rental, including a two-night stay at the Inn. Such a cool idea.
The Vale Royal Barn also has parking attendants and golf-cart assistance to those who can't walk around the property. Valerie has really thought of everything and takes pride in her venue, as she should!
There is a list of preferred vendors you can use, which is extremely helpful, but you are not forced to go with them. You are able to hire whoever you like.

king as long as we needed to make sure every detail was discussed and figured out. Having the venue for the whole weekend was also a plus. And Valerie was there every step of the way. We used her preferred venders and everyone worked together so well the day of the wedding. The whole event went off without a hitch. I could not be happier with my experience with Valerie and everyone at the barn. It was truly magical.
