The Vault Catering

That was a bummer, but thankfully the filets were great! The food was great with the exception of our head table going first-a lot of the food was cold. Otherwise delicious and paired well with the wines we chose.

Even before we finalized our menu, we knew we wanted to work with Sandra and her team so we went ahead and booked her even though we didn't end up settling on our food until about a month prior. If you're going to use The Vault and happen to need a florist (or just need a florist in general), we can't speak highly enough about her daughter Jordan. The two of them worked fantastic as a team and they took so much of the stress off us. We knew they would ensure our reception was perfect. They did everything from picking up all the glassware, linens, table settings, etc from Court rentals, to setting tables, arranging flowers, and serving the food/alcohol. Having one person (Sandra) to oversee the whole food and beverage service and setup for the reception was awesome because we didn't have all these different vendors to deal with on our wedding day. Sandra and her team at the Vault and her daughter Jordan handled everything. We are very pleased with their work and we have nothing negative to say. We chose to do the Southwest menu with chicken and beef which was delicious (used to live in San Antonio so we know a thing or two about good Mexican food). Our families and guests all loved the food as well. The beef was most popular but the chicken was also great. We chose to hire a bartender from The Vault and he was fantastic. Very professional and his service was on point. Several of my family members complimented us on the bartender and asked if we hired a friend or how we had found him. One nice and appreciated touch was that Sandra packed Bre and my food to go. You'll find that you don't eat much at your wedding, and having something to eat later on is a very appreciated and thoughtful gesture. All in all, Sandra, the whole team at The Vault, and her daughter Jordan went above and beyond to make our reception perfect. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. -Bre and Matt

In addition, leading up to the event, I emailed Sandra a number of times about little things such as how much alcohol we should purchase, and she got back to us timely and with a pretty accurate number. The day of was great. The food and desserts not only looked good, but I am still getting text messages about how good it tasted from my guests. They even packed up the leftovers so my husband an myself have a few meals for ourselves! I would book with the Vault 10 times again!

I have never had such wonderful prime rib-it was cooked to perfection! My youngest daughter just booked the Vault for her wedding this summer and I cannot wait to be impressed again!

t put the keg on correctly and ended up spilling/wasting a large amount of beer. Also, some types of beer were set aside for special guests and was told to the catering staff, yet were put out for everyone. Although, some of the direction on the day of was helpful, other times they were telling others to do something that contradicted what I (the bride) had instructed.

you name it, they can provide it! She was pretty great and communication and I like that we got the option of her ordering us table linens as well! Everything flowed greatly the day of and the staff was overall pretty great! They were very persistent with keeping food stocked and tables cleaned up! The only one complaint I had was when my maid of honor asked if she could bring up a beer to the groom while he was getting ready to kinda help calm his nerves and she told me the girl who she talked with rudely told her no, no alcohol could be served at all until 3:30. So I didn't really see what such the big deal was about one beer going out to my groom while he was upstairs getting ready, maybe just a big misunderstanding but other than that the food was absolutely OUTSTANDING! I had turkey at my wedding and the carving station was phenomenal! We got many raves from out guests and family on how great the food was! We couldn't have agreed more! They even let my husband and I have a bottle of wine to take with us for our wedding night! We would highly recommend the Vault Catering with Sandra and her team! They will definitely deliever with anything you dream up for your big day and make it special!

you can imagine how stressful this was on the wedding day. Another issue we had was how unprofessional they handled cutting off alcohol supply. I understood why they did what they did but went to an attended guest instead of me when I was the supplier.
