veral wedding planners that were recommended but I really did not think they could offer me enough to justify an additional expense. My last interview was LaTasha and I was totally blown away! My daughter is out of town doing her clinical rotations so she had me do quite a bit. When it came time for me to sign the contract, LaTasha made it very clear that even tho I was signing and paying, our daughter was the one calling the shots. Even tho I just hired for the day of the wedding, LaTasha has been along side, cheering us on, supporting us, answering questions. Her organizational skills are OVER THE TOP! (And this is coming from a manager of 35 years). There is no way I can begin to convey her passion, her sensitivity. I know without a shadow of a doubt that this mother of the bride will be taken care of along with my daughter. I will be able to relax and enjoy the precious moments because LaTasha will be running the show!

how magically got a vest in time for the wedding. LaTasha never stops, she works so hard to make the day go well and she listens to her clients. LaTasha was everywhere, it felt like she was able to be in 3 places at once. You can't go wrong with hiring her. She is very personable and really cares about your day. I was skeptical in the beginning when my wife wanted to hire a day of coordinator, but I am glad we did because if we didn't we would have been stressed out and running around chasing our tails. You'll be glad to have to opportunity to work with LaTasha, her work ethic alone is unmatched.

. She is incredibly organized and prepared for anything. We had a smaller wedding with a lot of the setup being done by family, and the take-down was really just LaTasha, my sister, and I. LaTasha knew exactly where everything needed to be, where things could be stored/out of the way, and how to pack it up in the end without needing to question my mom on her special day. LaTasha is awesome and clearly works hard to make things run smoothly! Incredibly deserving of her 5 star rating!!

ith vendors. She made sure my mom did not have to lift a FINGER on her wedding day! She was with us for the rehearsal on Saturday directing to make sure everyone knew what was happening and from early morning on the wedding day until the last light was out at the venue in the evening. LaTasha helped with and ran everything from set-up to tear down, she kept detailed lists of every single thing we had for decor and who it belonged to and where it needed to end up. She is also one of the nicest people EVER while also being a hard-ass and making sure stuff gets DONE - coordinating with other vendors and also bridal party all while letting the bride enjoy her day (which is, seriously, exactly what you need in a wedding coordinator) I do not know how we would have gotten through the rehearsal and wedding day without her, not to mention all the times she talked my mom down about stressors and issues leading up to her wedding! LaTasha is an absolutely phenomenal wedding coordinator and absolutely everybody should hire her!! You don't even know it, but you need her running your special day!

ran the entire show and I don't think I could have had a successfully smooth wedding without her. I'm not kidding when I say, I don't think there's anything she can't do. The day of our wedding I went to the farmers market to purchase flowers for our wedding, while I was getting ready, LaTasha in the midst of setting everything up and organizing everyone, put together my bouquet and all my bridesmaids' bouquets. They were so beautiful! Throughout our day, she brought my husband and I water (and our photographer) to make sure we were hydrated. She made sure we had everything we needed ALWAYS, and she even took my phone and recorded my MOH/ BM speeches and snapped some photos that I will cherish forever. COVID stressed me out and LaTasha took all that stress away in everything she did. I cannot recommend her enough. On top of her being the bad*** she is, she is the sweetest, most caring person I had the pleasure of working with for our wedding. Thank you so much for everything you did for us LaTasha. You are THE best in the entire business and KC area.

ALL! I’ve been to weddings where it’s been really hectic without a coordinator. I’ve also been to some that even had an event coordinator, but when an issue popped up with the DJ, the groom had to handle it. The venue coordinator only dealt with venue specific problems – everything else was the bridal party’s problem. Our wedding was very DIY, and it wouldn’t have gone as smooth as it did if LaTasha hadn’t been there. Wedding brain is so real – my husband and I would forget about the most random things. But LaTasha was like a super hero with a utility belt for whatever issues arose. I don’t think there were any issues, and if there were we didn’t know! Our venue required a flip, and with the assistance of the caterers, she set up the room so beautifully. I dreamed about my wedding day for so long, but coming down and seeing how beautifully the reception was set up, I was just amazed! I couldn’t believe I was at my own wedding because everything looked so great and fancy. She was on top of every vendor, from when I panicked super early in the morning because the make-up artists hadn’t arrived, to the end with organizing our send off and getting our limo ready for us. She even snuck off for a bit to our hotel room and decorated it for our first night. My wedding party has been raving about LaTasha, even after the wedding was over. They noticed how on top of everything she was and how they didn’t have to lift a finger. My mom thought she was going to be so stressed with MOB duties, but she didn’t have much to do except be my mom and enjoy the evening, thanks to LaTasha! LaTasha was probably our best investment, and very affordable for what she did. She’s a day of coordinator, but she helped us with so many things before the wedding day. She recommended great vendors, helped us figure out the day of schedule, planning and so much more. Getting LaTasha to help with our wedding was second best decision of the day (next to saying I Do to my groom). She is my top vendor recommendation, for without her, nothing would have gone as planned. Hire her NOW!

th. She extremely honest and has a go getter attitude. I had so many wedding guests and the wedding party tell me how much they loved her. I can honestly say my day wouldn’t have been the same without her. She kept me level headed and on track even though I’m an insane control freak and we even shared an amazing dance. I think if anything you should hired a coordinator! It was the biggest relief! You don’t regret it!

the little details she did throughout the day and evening that were just amazing and we literally couldn't have done this without her. She's an 11/10 and highly recommend her for every wedding!

nd manage other vendors. She was great the day of event. She managed the rehearsal, the wedding day and all of the small details you'd never think of. You need "that person" who will herd the cats and make sure everyone knows what to do and what time it's happening. LaTasha is beyond value. She stayed at the venue until all the details were complete. We had a few details we forgot and LaTasha had anticipated all of it - we were set. The morning after, I visited my daughter & husband at the hotel. They were a bit rugged (ok maybe hung over) but when we went through the bags LaTasha left them -- there was food and cake etc. The Groom said "OMG LaTasha just saved the day, I'm so hungry, and we have cake - I love her". She did it all. You will be pleased. I'd fly her to MN for a wedding if I have one here. USE HER- she covers all details!!

arsal, gave us plenty of pointers on how to walk, work with the officiant, etc. She was very enthusiastic, energetic and genuinely cared about making the wedding perfect. She prepped us well before the wedding and had a nifty trick to keeping pocket squares positioned perfectly in our pockets. During the wedding we had a few issues with the bar service, but LaTasha was able to correct the mistake and make everything work for us. Even after the wedding we were finding surprises that she left (food waiting for us in the hotel frig, tons of photos/videos on my wife's phone). I would definitely recommend LaTasha for any wedding!

y to talk to. LaTasha was very responsive to any and all emails, even months before the wedding (I hired her as a day of coordinator, not a full wedding planner). Even though it was months before hand, she was able to give me suggestions about hotel blocks and shuttle services. Our next phone call was very long, but went through every wedding detail possible: things I never would have thought of, such as if my bridesmaids were allergic to any of the flowers in the bouquets! She also sent me Google sheets to complete, to make sure she had recorded everything we discussed, and so I could enter information I didn't know yet at my leisure. LaTasha is extremely organized, and it shows! At the rehearsal she was patient and fun in explaining what everyone was expected to do and when. Then the day of the wedding I was blown away by her service! She traveled through ten inches of snow on our wedding day to Powell Gardens. She had scissors when I needed, put my veil in the right spot, helped with all the buttons on my gown. She brought us appetizers after the ceremony to make sure we ate and walked me through the buffet line. She cleaned spots off my dress, put my garter on at the reception, brought me drinks when I needed, and captured every important moment on my personal phone. Everyone in my wedding party and immediate family commented on how wonderful LaTasha was. My parents even said they would hire her if they ever decided to renew their vows! I truly cannot say enough positive feedback about LaTasha. Any bride would be lucky to have her to ensure a flawless day.

We didn't worry or wonder about anything as we had complete confidence that LaTasha had it covered. At the end of this special day my husband said "LaTasha was the best investment." LaTasha saw details my daughter and I had overlooked. Those details took the wedding to a new level! The guests even recognized these special touches. One said she felt like she was in a fairy tale and didn't want to leave. Not only did she make sure EVERYTHING was covered, she first made sure that my family was well cared for. I now have only one unmarried child.
