We used the venlist to book our day of coordinator, Ashley Williams. Ashley was absolutely amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed before and on our big day. She is incredibly organized and punctual. We ran on time all day!! She was very friendly and family and our wedding party loved working with her.

We had a wonderful experience with Brittany and Erin, and would highly recommend the Venlist to anyone looking for planning and coordination support in the month leading up to their wedding and on the day of the wedding. We had a 40 person wedding at a chapel in Georgetown and a restaurant reception downtown, and Brittany and Erin were a huge help in the lead up to the big day and on the day itself. Both Brittany and Erin are extremely friendly and competent. You can trust them to follow through on action items and to communicate with your vendors in a professional, friendly manner. We had three great meetings with them in the lead up to the wedding, which was a great way to pinpoint issues, things we hadn't thought of, etc. After our meetings, Brittany and Erin promptly executed tasks, communicated with vendors, created a master schedule for the rehearsal and wedding day, etc., all without any follow-up from us. Brittany and Erin ran our rehearsal with efficiency - they were great interacting with our families, and they had made several site visits to our venues, so they were familiar with all the necessary details and venue contact people. On the day of our wedding, they did an amazing job working with our florist to transform the chapel into exactly the aesthetic we were hoping for. In the gap between the ceremony and reception, they transported flowers from the chapel to the restaurant and did a truly incredible job situating the arrangements on tables, pedestals, etc. - the space looked fantastic. Aesthetics aside, Brittany and Erin did a wonderful job coordinating car services on the day of the wedding, managing the string quartet and processional, etc. Brittany and Erin were a huge part of making everything go off without a hitch. If you're looking for incredibly friendly and competent month-of coordination at a very reasonable price, we highly recommend the Venlist.

I worked with Brittany from The Venlist on a series of styled shoots in Washington, DC. I can't say enough good things about this virtual wedding planning business. Brittany was organized, thoughtful, timely in communication, professional, and extremely calm under pressure.
