ding and reception. The staff and owners of The Venue at 501 have been AMAZING!!!! They have been helpful in finding the caterer, florist, linens, you name it. They’ve allowed me to visit on numerous occasions to take measurements for custom made window treatments with lighting. Morgan is a dream to work and communicate with. She always has a smile on her face, and kind, encouraging, supportive words to say. We have been keeping in touch since this process started last fall. I cannot wait to see this one of a kind venue decorated and filled with our friends and family. If you’re planning a special event, call The Venue at 501. You will be so happy you did! I sure am!!!!
Customer service was the worst I've experienced through this whole process. If you want ease and to have your wedding to be filled with wonderful memories...STAY AWAY.
