To get to the venue you must first drive down a windy lane, adding to the romance of the site. Between the temperature controlled chapel and reception barn to the functional outdoor patio and porch, the year-round venue allows sweethearts to come together surrounded by the privacy and tranquility of nature.
The team at The Venue at Birchwood enjoys seeing their venue transformed to suit celebrations of varied styles. The neutral tones and the everlasting design of the buildings help make it a suitable template for couples to add their own touch. The venue boasts a sense of tradition complemented by modern amenities and conveniently located near highways and hotels.
The chapel and the reception area can accommodate 220 people, allowing you to host a large gathering of loved ones. The chapel features a brick facade that gives it classic ambience. Meanwhile, the reception hall has a barn-style that adds to the countryside chic look. Both have white-washed walls that are accented by exposed beams and hardwood flooring. The venue includes a bridal suite, a groom's room, warming kitchen, and more! All of this is quietly nestled on grounds that span 26 acres. To allow you to craft a wedding celebration that is quintessentially you. They can also provide you with a list of their most-trusted vendor choices to assist you as you wedding plan. A large parking lot on the premises can accommodate up to 100 vehicles. Tables and chairs are available to help you get the venue ready for dining.

This venue was recommended to us by a coworker who had attended a wedding here, and as soon as we stepped inside the chapel, we immediately fell in love with the space. It truly is...
beautiful and was exactly where we knew we were meant to get married. While we did feel the price was a bit high for what was included with tables and chairs, the charm of the venue won us over and made it worth it in the end.
One suggestion I would make is to consider adding an additional room for vendors. Our photography and videography team had to use the bridal suite, which made it feel a little crowded and meant we often had to wait to use the bathroom there. Additionally, the contract is very detailed with rules that can feel a little intimidating, especially the policy of no overnight parking. Since most of our family and friends traveled over 200 miles to attend, this was a challenge.
Overall, the venue itself is gorgeous and created such a special atmosphere for our wedding day, and despite a few drawbacks, we’re still so happy we chose it!

lly designed with special touches that make it even more gorgeous than it seems at first glance. All of our guests are still raving to us that this was the "most beautiful wedding venue" that they have ever been to. Even guests that were not able to attend have commented on how beautiful the property is from the pictures they have seen. The staff was always very supportive and responsive to any questions that I had throughout the planning process, so I couldn't have asked for more as a bride. I will cherish our photos and videos in this special place for the rest of our lives. Thank you Birchwood staff for allowing us to use your space for the best day of our lives. If you are considering getting married here- just do it!!!

e areas (chapel, cocktail hour breezeway, and reception barn) is so nice. The bridal and groom suites are spacious and elegantly decorated. The farmhouse tables and chairs in the reception are comfortable and stunning. I cannot recommend Birchwood enough.

Ample communication before and after the wedding, quite unbeatable. Andrea, Dana, and Logan became very good friends, treated us like family! Since this is family-owned and operated, they really take care of the place, the people who use it, and it pays off! Truly a blessing! Restroom facilities were clean, spacious, and smelled nice. The kitchen prep area was comfortable. The bridal and groom's suites are a treat! For timeless beauty, amazing support, and beautiful scenery, this is the place to hold your wedding!
