After looking at several venues, we always felt like something was missing — until we stumbled upon The Venue at Chilleens. From the moment we toured it, we absolutely fell in love with the venue itself, but even more importantly, we fell in love with Alisha. She is truly amazing and was such a huge part of making our wedding perfect.
What made the experience even better was how connected and experienced the entire Chilleens team is. The photographers, florist, DJ, bakery — everyone has worked together for so long, and you can truly tell. Everything flowed so seamlessly, and it made the entire wedding planning process so much more fun, easy, and stress-free for us.
Alisha helped coordinate everything from start to finish and genuinely cared about making our day special. She went above and beyond for us every step of the way. We even ran into a major issue with our photographer, and Alisha was incredibly flexible and supportive, allowing us to work with another vendor so everything could still come together perfectly.
At the end of the day, everything worked out even better than we could have imagined. We’re so grateful for Alisha and everyone at The Venue at Chilleens for making our wedding day so special. We truly couldn’t recommend them enough!

Me and my husband are both active duty military and were away on deployment before having our wedding and this venue and its whole team assisted in all they could to help while we couldn’t actually be there, we picked the all inclusive package so it was pretty simple for picking our photographer (AZWEDPICS April was ours and she was an angel!) baker, and DJ all of the vendors we used were recommended by the venue and they were also 100% easy and helpful! My wedding day was one I will never forget and it’s all thanks to Chilleens and there wonderful team!💗🤍💗

ry first conversation to the final farewell, every single moment was flawless, stress-free, joy-filled, and straight out of a dream.
The entire team went above and beyond to make our vision come to life, and what they created was even more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. Every single detail was intentional, thoughtful, and personal.
Aleah, the owner, is nothing short of extraordinary. She has poured her heart and soul into this venue, and it shows in every corner. Her passion, creativity, and eye for detail are unmatched. You can feel the magic the moment you step onto the property.
We were also incredibly fortunate to work with Alisha, our wedding planner and absolute angel. From day one, she made everything feel effortless. She listened, guided, and made sure every little thing was perfect. She was calm, present, and truly cared-- her dedication brought our dream day to life in ways we never thought possible.
April, our photographer, captured every moment with such artistry and heart. The photos are stunning, emotional, timeless, and full of joy. We’ll treasure them forever.
And then there was the food-- wow. Every bite was delicious. Our guests are still talking about the amazing cocktails (huge thanks to Seth, the incredible bartender!). The energy from the DJ kept the party going all night with all our favorite songs, and the cake? Absolute perfection.
A special thanks to Bradyn! From the moment we arrived until the very end, he made us feel so taken care of. His warmth, kindness, and attention to every little thing made a huge difference and did not go unnoticed.
And the florals-- when I saw them, cried. They were that beautiful. Lush, elegant, and beyond breathtaking. You could feel the creativity, love, and care in every arrangement.

During the planning process, there were times my husband and I felt like we were doing something wrong because we had always heard that wedding planning was supposed to be stressful, but we hadn't been stressed by the planning or anything at all! Each time we met with a vendor, we kept feeling better and more confident about how the actual day would turn out. If you choose this venue, you are in good hands! This is the relationship every married or soon-to-be married couples should have with their wedding. I was able to relax and take a breather and know that they understood what I wanted.
As the wedding day approached, a sense of calm is all we felt and that feeling never went away!!! Everything about this venue is an 11/10 from the prices, flexibility, staff, vendor partnerships, and the routine of conducting weddings. We were able to get everything we wanted and more out of this experience and we weren't left with ANY regrets about the day.
Also, Alicia, the coordinator --- IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST-- if you are not to book the venue because of the other features mentioned above... I would book again solely because of our experience with her. She is the best coordinator you will find not only in Arizona, but probably the entire world! She thought of every detail, communicated perfectly and without pressure, and genuinely cared about US having the best wedding. This is not just a job for her, you can tell she puts love and effort into each couple's story and day because she cares, not because it is on her job title or duties. This was proven in every single aspect of the event, each time she had an opportunity to go above and beyond, she did. like I said, we only had a 40 person wedding, but she treated it like it was a 250 person wedding with the amount of effort and care she put into each detail.

The venue itself is incredibly romantic, photogenic, and has a wonderful rustic charm. On the day of our wedding, the staff was so kind and welcoming, and they made everything seamless and smooth - from the custom letter board with our wedding date and new last name, to the set up and breakdown. The all-inclusive package was great value, with amazing vendors and delicious food. verything went so smoothly leading up to the big day and on the big day. Any issues we had on the day of the wedding were not noticed by my husband and I because the team probably worked their magic and fixed it immediately. The only thing I had to do was follow up for final meetings with the vendors and show up on the day of. Guests were raving about the food and desserts. I could not emphasize more on how wonderful this venue is. As a bride who had no family to help with wedding planning in Arizona, Chilleens made wedding planning a breeze!

munication….TOP TIER. Every single detail was beyond our wildest dreams, and we had the BEST day. Aleah and Alisha truly care about all of the couples and weddings they help make magical. We are forever grateful for their entire team of professionals. Using their officiant Donna was the perfect touch, and her ceremony is so beautiful but she helps make it uniquely yours if you want.
We had the all inclusive package, and so everything was decided on right when we booked our venue.
Key things that stuck out when we did our tour in 2023 - you get to see and walk the entire space, you get to try the food! , and you have a sit down with the coordinator to go over all of the questions you might have. Even after booking they are always available to answer questions and go over any details you might want to fine tune. They have even crafted the best planning guide for all their brides. 100/10, truly. This is the best wedding venue.

le team were truly our partners in making our big day absolutely perfect. There wasn’t a single text or call that went unanswered and there was always solution on the other line. People told us for 18 months no matter how much you plan, things will go wrong on your wedding day, and they were right. All the inevitable hiccups (like a car on fire on the i17 creating three hours of traffic) seemed like they weren’t even a problem. The whole staff made our day absolutely amazing. We were struck with a heat wave that weekend and even Tracey the DJ was above and beyond by placing ice packs on our necks and putting fans under the sweetheart table. When I tell you this team does it all, THEY DO IT ALL. We forever love the Chilleens team! If you’re debating on booking, let this be your sign that Chilleens will make your day perfect.

I have dreamed so long for my dream wedding so my expectations were very high. Not only did they meet every need or desire with ease, they excelled in every way possible. On the day of my wedding after the ceremony was over, a HUGE monsoon storm rushed in and I was in pure shock and disappointment. Not only did Alisha and her team work together to take care of me & my husband, they made sure all my guests were happy and taking care of to the point that it seemed like they knew the storm was coming. They went above and beyond making our day magical even in the pure chaos that the weather entailed. The entire schedule was so different that what was planned and they helped to make it flow so effortlessly and with ease. We felt so supported and loved by Alisha and her crew at every step of the way. Even before our big day, Alisha was amazing at answering any and all of my questions! You can seriously tell they are doing what they are passionate about, and that they are one big family. I am so grateful for them for making all my fairytale wedding dreams come true. They brought the magic!

Leslie with Leapin Lilys who is the florist made this non-girly girls dream of a bouquet come true 💐, Tracy with Keo Entertainment who is the DJ and was my officiant played all the songs that were requested and then some 🎶, April and Evan who did my photography and videography made me feel so comfortable as I’m usually one to take photos and not be the one being photographed🎥📸, The Sweet Family with Silver Rose Bakery not only made the best looking cake but the best flavor I’ve ever tasted- and not to mention the dessert table was delicious 🍰🧁🍪 The venue was a true dream come true for myself, family, friends, and now husband, who I surprised with it all!! ith them, the vendors reached out to US, set everything up in one meeting, everyone listened to our wishes and dreams for our wedding day, and it all turned out better than we ever could have imagined!! We just showed up and everything came together so perfectly. Everyone did their part as they were supposed to. And don’t even get me started on the coordinator, Alisha. We could not have done it without her! We got to enjoy every MINUTE of our wedding because of her! She handled every little thing and made sure us, our guests, and the vendors were all well taken care of the entire time, and made sure everything ran smoothly! I have seriously never heard of a venue where you bring all your decorations the day before the wedding, tell your coordinator how you want everything, and show up on your wedding day to everything being perfectly set up and ready to go. Without doing one thing yourself! I mean, the florist even comes and pins the groom and groomsmen’s boutonnières?! We feel like we hit the absolute jack pot with this venue and I PROMISE you, you are making the best decision of your life to have your wedding here <3 Much love to everyone who is a part of this venue, and to Aleah for creating the best venue I’ve ever been to!!!

to ensure that every detail was taken care of, making the entire process smooth and stress-free for us.
Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the venue – its rustic charm and picturesque surroundings truly added to the beauty of our special day. The all-inclusive package made booking with vendors a breeze, and we were particularly impressed by the florist's stunning arrangements and the mouthwatering desserts and dinner provided.
However, there were a few hiccups along the way. The morning of the wedding, we received an email from the photographer booked through the venue, informing us of her cancellation. Thankfully, I checked my emails in time, but the offer of an "associate photographer" was not acceptable for such an important occasion. Alisha took care of this immediately and was able to find another photographer for our special day.
Despite these setbacks, our wedding at The Venue at Chilleens was unforgettable, thanks to Alisha's dedication and the venue's charm.

We wanted to get married again the next day, that’s how awesome of an experience it was for us. They are a VERY well oiled machine as I and my wedding party said many times on the day of!

ith this venue about 6 years ago and have seen the work and love put into making it better and better. The food was amazing, service was amazing, the team was amazing and so helpful. I did not expect to be served and waited on the way the team did. I mean they brought me and my husband alcohol, water and snacks while we were IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DESERT! I never had an empty cup. My flowers were gorgeous thanks to Leslie, the cake and desserts were delicious and beautiful from Silver Rose Bakery. The officiant, Donna was great. She was funny but sincere, quick and responsive. Our bar tender was attentive and had a great attitude. Tracy was our awesome DJ. April, our photographer was very helpful and attentive. This place is a hidden gem and worth every penny! The venue itself is gorgeous and a rustic desert vibe. We got married in June, so we had our reception indoors and it was amazing. I had only seen photos from couples that got married and had their reception outdoors. Our guests raved about the food, bar and venue.

ations. It was not a problem at all. They created my visions with little guidance of how I wanted everything set up. The staff set up everything before I even arrived on my wedding day, and it was absolutely beautiful. I did not lift a finger. They take care of absolutely every single thing. After saying I do, we walked into the chapel where we had our own little charcuterie board and drinks waiting. When we were taking our wedding photos, we were brought drinks from the bar. When we made our grand entrance, our food was sitting waiting for us. WITH DRINKS. My coordinator was Cabriegh, and she was a dream! She knew exactly what I wanted, and was the sweetest to work with! Absolutely beautiful, would rave about them to anyone and everyone.

in a few hours and never longer than a day, which was super helpful when trying to make decisions. We did the all inclusive package (food, DJ, photographer, florist, baker, coordinator) and let me tell you, each one of them were amazing and truly experts at what they do. Leslie with leapin lillys made the most beautiful bouquet I’ve ever seen, we received so many compliments. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The desserts by silver rose bakery were to die for. Our DJ Scott Keo was so energetic and friendly and tailored our music interests throughout the wedding. Our photographer Patrick Julian was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and made us feel so comfortable throughout all the pictures and kept our timeline intact. Alisha was our day of coordinator and she was just amazing. Our guests and entire wedding party commented several times about how great and helpful she was throughout the rehearsal and the wedding itself. I didn’t worry about a single thing throughout the entire wedding and always had a drink and food ready for us. They also arranged all of our decor and packed up all of our stuff at the end of the night so I didn’t have to do a single thing. Truly the most beautiful and smoothly run wedding. The venue is also gorgeous and all of our out of town guests were amazed. I would do this day over a million times if I could! Truly indescribable.
