Pros: super helpful & friendly staff, GORGEOUS venue, pretty versatile for both ceremony and reception whether big or small. Already has all the chairs you’ll need plus lots of tab...
les and lots of decor options provided. Also provides you with planning suggestions & tips (in general and specific to the venue)!
Cons: On the more expensive side of wedding venues in West TN, and has a TON of paperwork to read through for the contract. I can definitely appreciate the staff and owner wanting to be thorough, it’s just a lot of guidelines and rules to keep track of (as it turned out, the staff did not actually totally hold as tightly to some of the guidelines in the contract— they were a little more flexible based on what we wanted to do). They also push for everything to be super professional (which ultimately means expensive) which was just not realistic for my budget. For example, I did not have an official coordinator that day, and had some trusted friends do the photography, my hair & makeup, and the desserts. Even though this was *highly warned against* in the guidelines, it turned out AMAZING and was so sweet to have people close to me be involved in this way. So, don’t let fears of something going wrong (something always goes just a tiny bit wrong, it’s a wedding) stop you from making things special over “professional” especially if you don’t have a huge budget!!
Just had my wedding here on 10/25/2025, and I would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning their magical day. Everyone was so professional and went above and beyond to make...
your day go perfect. They were quick to respond with any concerns, and I think pricing is very fair. I’m so happy we chose this place!
Truly the best venue I could’ve asked for. We had so many compliments from all of our guests. Hannah was a life saver and I couldn’t have asked for any better. From the beautiful v...

mplistic beauty of the venue and the availability of tables/chairs on-site. It was also a relief to be able to book for two days and have our rehearsal dinner at the same location. We are so glad we booked here!
The venue in itself was beautiful, and everything turned out perfect.

as the perfect sized space for my 160 guest wedding and we paid extra for a room flip that went so smoothly! I could not have asked for a better place to have our most special day!
I truly can’t say enough about White Oak Farms! We live out of state but wanted to get married closer to our home town. As soon as I toured White Oak & met Hannah, the venue manage...
r, I knew I would say “I do” there! The venue’s beautiful aesthetic gave us the perfect palette to bring our vision to life. Every aspect of the space was well equipped for all our vendors, the groomsman and bridal suites were beautifully decorated and spacious for our large parties, and the grounds were picture perfect. Our guests complimented over and over how gorgeous the venue was. Booking the venue for the weekend was ideal and allowed us to have such a fun rehearsal dinner on site, which we loved.
Our wedding wouldn’t have come together without the hard work from Hannah Evans, our month of coordinator and venue manager. When I tell you she took care of everything for us, that is an understatement. She finalized all coordinating checklists and timelines, went the extra mile with our vendors and communicated with them constantly, brainstormed action plans when I had a new idea, decorated every inch of the venue in the way I envisioned, etc., etc., etc. She worked tirelessly to ensure I was happy. There is not a single thing I worried about on my wedding day because of her!
Thank you White Oak Farms + Hannah Evans! Our wedding weekend was perfect!

umentation, and obtaining resources were seamless. The venue is BEAUTIFUL! We had our wedding the first weekend of October, and (I may be biased) it was perfect. We had about 125 guests, and there was more than enough room for everyone. We received several compliments on our choice of venue, and we have White Oak Farms to thank for that!
P.S. If you're needing a wedding coordinator, Hannah Evans is your girl! She made it almost impossible for me to be stressed before and on my wedding day. I will never be able to express enough gratitude for her support. She is a godsend!

and accommodating. The social media page, vendor lists, and FAQ was a great communication tool that we referred to often over our months of planning. Even down to expecting rain the day of and how our plans were handled and considered were great.

s nice so that we were not as stressed. She is also a planner & florist which we loved! We trusted her with so much and she did not disappoint. I would highly recommend having your wedding at White Oak Farms. Not only did the staff make it a great experience, but so much stuff is also included when you book with them. Tables, chairs, a greenery backdrop, a ceremony arbor, and much more are all included with the price. I am glad we chose to have our wedding there!

a backup planner filled in her. She was phenomenal! Everyone complimented on how beautiful the building + grounds were. It made it very easy to accentuate the beauty that was already there with flowers, etc.

anning suggestions. We had a small (24 person) wedding and the venue size was perfect to have the ceremony and reception setup in the main hall without a room flip. We wanted both indoors because mid-June is HOT and White Oak Farms did not disappoint. We enjoyed our private suites to get ready, all the decor that was included (less to take to and from the venue or rent!), and the beautiful string-lit green for outdoor pictures. If you're looking for a farm-style venue, friendly and helpful staff, and to save money on decor/tables and chairs/etc because they're included, this is your place!
White Oak Farms and Hannah were such a dream to work with! The venue is absolutely stunning and allowed me to work with a blank canvas to make my dream wedding come true. I cannot ...

e loved that they provided tables, chairs, and various decorations that we could use! We loved getting to have our ceremony under the string lights, but having the option to have it indoors if needed due to rain. Hannah was great at answering any questions that we had and made the process and wedding day run smoothly. Would highly recommend booking them!!

ause it’s beautiful!!!) and every other website, Instagram page, and virtual walk through paled in comparison. We booked our in-person tour, and Hannah was so accommodating and thoughtful. She answered all our questions, my MANY emails, and made us feel important. The day of, I can’t say I saw much of her, but I heard many stories and compliments about her and the WOF staff. She did so much behind the scenes to make our day feel like a fairy tale. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

om so she could see the venue, answered my millions of questions, and helped reassure us numerous times as we planned a wedding during a pandemic. We ended up going from a 100+ person wedding to a micro-wedding and Hannah accommodated us and helped us adapt our plans every step of the way. It is really just a classic and beautiful space and the amount of decor they already have on site made it so easy to bring the day to life – from the antique mantle, the church pew, the boxwood wall, the large lanterns, they have so many beautiful and versatile pieces. Hannah also did our flowers and her work was beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned. Our day was perfection despite being in the middle of a pandemic and having less than 20 people there, all thanks to White Oak Farms – we cannot recommend them enough!

all of my questions no matter how big or how small! This venue is absolutely beautiful and really is already naturally decorated! I love that I did not have to rent tables or chairs and zero decorations. Thank you White Oak Farms for making my wedding everything I dreamed of!

r caterer, outdoor or indoor wedding space, string lights, covered patio, I could go on and on). The owner, Stephanie, is wonderful! She allows you to use the entire property (including her personal 20 acres) for photos - which is magical. No need to drive off site to find good photo locations. The venue manager, Hannah, is also amazing. They do everything they can to make it a stress-free experience. HIGHLY recommend.

ask about a thousand questions, they made planning a wedding less stressful than ever. They help you with all your questions and ideas. They are so so patient and tell you EVERYTHING up front (unlike a lot of venues). They also have wonderful ideas and vectors that help you plan the perfect wedding. Our wedding was everything I dreamed of plus more. Other than my husband, the White Oak staff/venue was by far my best decision!

autiful, but they offer fair prices and the best staff. I think we emailed Stephanie (the owner) on a Sunday afternoon, and she emailed back within an hour. They go out of their way to make sure that it is your best day ever. The staff brings so much experience to the table to help couples plan their big day. They have a great vendor list of people that they trust. They are constantly working to add to their property and to their inventory. They have just added a new veranda- we used it to offer hot chocolate to our guests while we set up for the reception. They also rent out items to use on your big day- arbors, benches, heaters, and more! We used an outside vendor for our floral arrangements, but they now offer an in-house floral designer! When our flowers arrived, we had some issues with them. Hannah (the floral designer and venue manager) stepped in and made everything look great! I highly recommend using her if you decide to book with White Oak. And you SHOULD book with White Oak. They have a great space and great hearts. I couldn't have been more pleased that we chose White Oak for our wedding day. It truly was the best day ever!!

have so much good advice for planning specifically for the venue because they have seen so many weddings take place there and they know what works and what it takes for everything to run smoothly.
