Our bride and groom suite are perfect for your wedding party to get ready, take pictures, and relax. Each suite even has its own private half bath. Our spacious "Tack Room" is perfect to serve drinks, favors, or food or for your DJ. Our beautiful sliding barn doors allow this space to be hidden during a ceremony. Additionally, our grand staircase is perfect for your big entrance and pictures. Our owner was a former wedding planner and designed the space with brides in mind. Your guests are going to be wowed from the minute they walk in!

Cons: On the more expensive side of wedding venues in West TN, and has a TON of paperwork to read through for the contract. I can definitely appreciate the staff and owner wanting to be thorough, it’s just a lot of guidelines and rules to keep track of (as it turned out, the staff did not actually totally hold as tightly to some of the guidelines in the contract— they were a little more flexible based on what we wanted to do). They also push for everything to be super professional (which ultimately means expensive) which was just not realistic for my budget. For example, I did not have an official coordinator that day, and had some trusted friends do the photography, my hair & makeup, and the desserts. Even though this was *highly warned against* in the guidelines, it turned out AMAZING and was so sweet to have people close to me be involved in this way. So, don’t let fears of something going wrong (something always goes just a tiny bit wrong, it’s a wedding) stop you from making things special over “professional” especially if you don’t have a huge budget!!

r, I knew I would say “I do” there! The venue’s beautiful aesthetic gave us the perfect palette to bring our vision to life. Every aspect of the space was well equipped for all our vendors, the groomsman and bridal suites were beautifully decorated and spacious for our large parties, and the grounds were picture perfect. Our guests complimented over and over how gorgeous the venue was. Booking the venue for the weekend was ideal and allowed us to have such a fun rehearsal dinner on site, which we loved.
Our wedding wouldn’t have come together without the hard work from Hannah Evans, our month of coordinator and venue manager. When I tell you she took care of everything for us, that is an understatement. She finalized all coordinating checklists and timelines, went the extra mile with our vendors and communicated with them constantly, brainstormed action plans when I had a new idea, decorated every inch of the venue in the way I envisioned, etc., etc., etc. She worked tirelessly to ensure I was happy. There is not a single thing I worried about on my wedding day because of her!

umentation, and obtaining resources were seamless. The venue is BEAUTIFUL! We had our wedding the first weekend of October, and (I may be biased) it was perfect. We had about 125 guests, and there was more than enough room for everyone. We received several compliments on our choice of venue, and we have White Oak Farms to thank for that!
P.S. If you're needing a wedding coordinator, Hannah Evans is your girl! She made it almost impossible for me to be stressed before and on my wedding day. I will never be able to express enough gratitude for her support. She is a godsend!

We wanted both indoors because mid-June is HOT and White Oak Farms did not disappoint. We enjoyed our private suites to get ready, all the decor that was included (less to take to and from the venue or rent!), and the beautiful string-lit green for outdoor pictures. We ended up going from a 100+ person wedding to a micro-wedding and Hannah accommodated us and helped us adapt our plans every step of the way. It is really just a classic and beautiful space and the amount of decor they already have on site made it so easy to bring the day to life – from the antique mantle, the church pew, the boxwood wall, the large lanterns, they have so many beautiful and versatile pieces. Hannah also did our flowers and her work was beautiful and exactly what I had envisioned. They go out of their way to make sure that it is your best day ever. The staff brings so much experience to the table to help couples plan their big day. They have a great vendor list of people that they trust. They are constantly working to add to their property and to their inventory. They have just added a new veranda- we used it to offer hot chocolate to our guests while we set up for the reception. They also rent out items to use on your big day- arbors, benches, heaters, and more! We used an outside vendor for our floral arrangements, but they now offer an in-house floral designer! When our flowers arrived, we had some issues with them. Hannah (the floral designer and venue manager) stepped in and made everything look great! I highly recommend using her if you decide to book with White Oak. And you SHOULD book with White Oak. They have a great space and great hearts. I couldn't have been more pleased that we chose White Oak for our wedding day. It truly was the best day ever!!
