Being a 10,000-square-foot venue building itself, and sitting on a stunning 75 acre property, White Oaks offers plenty of space with multiple ceremony sites for you to say your ‘I do's' in the presence of your loved ones.
You can host your wedding in the elegant main hall, on the spacious 1700-square foot veranda offering a custom designed set of black steel gates as your backdrop, under the grandiose waterfront open-air steel arches, at the contemporary steel hexagon art piece located on the waterfront pier, on the waterfront lawn where the steel traditional picture frame inspired art piece sits, along the venue's main entrance walkway allowing the grand sliding front doors to serve as your ceremony backdrop, or on the emerald lawn surrounded by vibrant evergreen trees, fragrant flowering shrubs, and a plush, whimsical walkway of gorgeous hydrangeas.
Post ceremony, guests can sip bubbles on the veranda for cocktail hour or mingle in the courtyard. Guests can even toast s'mores by the cozy firepit for a true rural experience!
Receptions are held in the main hall - a spacious, acclimated, purpose-built space suitable for large-scale affairs for 250 guests, although most guests take advantage of the indoors and outdoors, enjoying the evening. design! From the way, the sun dips dips down over the outside chapel area to the hedges being just the right height so when the bride walks around them to process to the ceremony she is hidden for a grand entrance. The beautiful white walkway outside chairs to the steel arches that made it easy for flower arrangements to be placed on the arches. There are multiple places on the property that have the ceremony. They have thought of everything. There is a bridal suite a groomsmen suite also a family room. Both of them are sweets have small refrigerators in there for water and drinks prior to the ceremony. We even were able to use the golf cart so the grandparents of the bride could get a ride down to the ceremony area and back up to the reception area.
Planning a destination wedding was made so easy! Wendy gave us the list of all the vendors that were approved through them.
We were so fortunate to have found this venue.
The wedding was planned in six months. They had a list of caterers, Wedding Planner florist, hair, and Makeup DJ’s and endless other vendors that they have dealt with in the past.
All we have to say is the venue at Waite Oaks Farm is over the top. We are so blessed to have found them and made our daughter stay so spectacular such a great memory. Our gratitude goes beyond words when it comes to Wendy. From start to finish, she was exceptional. Wendy was the reason for our stress-free experience. Any time we had a question or concern; she had a solution within minutes and was already arranging whatever was needed. We knew that if anything came up, she would handle it—and she did, flawlessly.
On the day of the wedding, Stephanie was by our side, especially helping Cassie with photos and anything she needed. Her support made such a difference, and it allowed us to relax and be fully present in the moment.

She was incredibly organized, helpful, kind, and positive even when I was stressed and overwhelmed. We couldn’t have planned our perfect day without her! Day-of, Wendy made sure everything looked beautiful and went according to plan. Stephanie and I met on the wedding day and she was equally amazing! hardworking people you’ll meet. The best way I can put it is that the majority of my 200-person wedding knew them by name at the end of the weekend, and wants to come back and visit them every year. t. The openness of the hall, the bridal AND grooms suit, the arches and other ceremony options, extra room for kids/break room, the veranda, etc made for a PERFECT wedding. We did not do the all inclusive package because I was able to plan myself, but they were VERY responsive and easy to communicate with and the cost was extremely reasonable. All of our guests were ranting and raving about the grounds and the venue in general. It truly was the BEST day of our lives. Stephanie took about 200 photos/videos on her phone the day of and we got to see glimpses of the wedding we missed from having our own cocktail hour, being pulled for pictures, waiting for the ceremony to begin, etc. I got married on a very hot day so the planned cocktail hour outside was brought inside and it was still just as beautiful. The photos I received back from my photographer were AMAZING... the grounds have SO many great locations for photos. The WO team made planning very easy as well. They have their own portal where you can upload contracts/invoices, and put together the seating chart based on your preferred layout. It made that part of wedding planning a heck of a lot easier! They are such a great family unit. Mark was also very accommodating with last minute drop ins if we had family coming into town before the wedding that we wanted to show the venue to. All 3 of them were very laid back AND organized! The day of, they were giving us such beautiful compliments and were very excited for us. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. If you are local or out of town I HIGHLY suggest WOF, and I am originally from Long Island where the venues are of high caliber, and I may be biased, but THIS venue was the BEST I have ever seen.
