The Venue at Winding Hills

We highly recommend this beautiful location! The team are very friendly and supportive. The food is great, the location is hard to beat and the price is fair. We had an international wedding here and are very happy we did!

The Venue At Winding Hills was the perfect place for Emma and I to get married. We loved the look of the place, both at the ceremony site and the reception hall. We particularly loved the cocktail party area outside. The entire venue was kept clean from start to finish, and if you are are a fan of golf, the 18-hole par three course was in sublime condition in early July. And the fact that we could do the ceremony, cocktail party, reception and after party all in the same exact spot made it an even more enticing place for us to share our moments with our friends and family. Communication with the venue was also superb. We had a threat of rain on our wedding day so we were in constant contact with the venue and our host (Melyssa) in regards to whether or not we have to move things inside or not. The venue made the call to do the ceremony outside still, but to do it a bit early. Turned out to be the perfect decision. There was a bit of rain during the reception, but the party-goers were kept dry by the tent and everyone still had a great time. On a personal note, I have stage four cancer, and the Venue at Winding Hills made it very easy for my wife and I step aside when medical things were necessary. They were accommodating, caring, and most of all kind. We could not recommend The Venue At Winding Hills enough. A perfect spot.

I absolutely love this venue! We had our wedding here on August 6, 2023. Everything was perfect! Delaney Duffy was the best!! She had everything running smoothly, was calm, professional, and really went above and beyond to make our wedding special! The entire staff was wonderful and very kind. The food outstanding. I really enjoyed every minute of our wedding here. There is lots of space for guest to roam around and every part of the property is beautiful! Everyone we worked with at Winding Hills was professional and communicative. They checked in throughout our day to ensure everything went smoothly. Food and drinks were amazing, and the venue looked beautiful without having to spend a ton extra on decoarations. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

I got married at the Venue at Winding Hills in September 2022. I cannot recommend this venue enough! First, the staff is wonderful! I loved working with Nicole throughout the whole process. On the actual day, everyone went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly. Second, the food is PHENOMENAL!!!!! Our guests cannot stop talking about how wonderful the food was. I still dream about short ribs! Third, the grounds are stunning and I barely had to decorate because the space spoke for itself. Winding Hills was the PERFECT venue for our wedding and we wish would could do the whole day over again!

We just got married at the Venue at Winding Hills on September 9, 2022 and I could not be happier with our experience throughout the entire planning process. From start to finish the staff at the Venue went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day would be exactly what we wanted. The Venue manager, Nicole, was the absolute best person to work with and I’d recommend getting married at the Venue just because of her. She walked us through every little detail and answered every question we had. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients. Everyone that I spoke to after our wedding told me how impressed they were with how attentive and friendly the staff was, how delicious the food was and how beautiful the facility was. Everything ran seamlessly and that is all because of the amazing people that work at the Venue at Winding Hills. If I could relive our wedding day a thousand times over I would and I wouldn’t change a thing. Get married here.

We recently got married at The Venue at Winding Hills and everything about it was truly perfect from start to finish. Joanna was an absolute pleasure to work with and ensured that every detail was perfectly planned and taken care of. The venue looked amazing! We had a Christmas time wedding so the venue was beautifully decorated for the holiday. The day of was seamless! The entire crew that worked our wedding were wonderful and the food was delicious (the braised beef short ribs are still being talked about!). I truly couldn’t even imagine a more perfect wedding and I’m so thankful that we were able to have it at The Venue at Winding Hills. Highly recommend!

We just got married here on 9/3 and it was truly wonderful. More than we could've ever imagined. From the scenery to the party, this was a picture perfect day. Nicole and Heather (the coordinator and day of coordinator) were absolutely incredible. They helped us so much throughout the day. The chef and catering staff were also so great. It was the wedding of our dreams! A perfect place for a late summer wedding.

From our initial consultation, to my back and forth on what kind of event I actually wanted, to the flawless execution on our special day I cannot say enough about how amazing the team is at The Venue at Winding Hills! As an event planner, I knew from the moment I met Nicole and the team that I didn't have to worry or follow up constantly on the details. They took my vision and executed it to perfection...during a very busy holiday season! The room was set exactly as discussed, the service was outstanding and the food was to die for! All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves and at the end of the day, that is what matters most! They are still talking about the Bacon Bar and Raw Bar...two months later!!!

I cannot say enough amazing thing about Nicole and her staff. My husband and I had looked at so many wedding venues but none had the feel we were looking for. From the moment we stepped into Winding Hills, we knew that was the place we would be married! We had our ceremony under the pavilion which so beautiful as the sun was beginning to set, and our reception was in the heated tent. The food was absolutely amazing and the chef personally checked in on me and my husband to make sure everything was to our liking. The fall foliage is breathtaking, and the different places for pictures are absolutely stunning. Nicole made the process of wedding planning so easy and organized and she was readily available every step of the way. I can't say thank you enough for making our wedding day unforgettable!

My husband played a round of golf at Winding Hills and on this one particular day he was blown away when he saw the renovations at The Venue coming together. He said I had to come see for myself and this will be the place to have our wedding. I trust him so much I didn’t feel the need to see it. Instead I called/emailed and Nicole held our date. Fast forward a year later and we are having a blast at The Venue - literally the best day ever!! Our wedding was a mere 75 people of just family and a few friends. The groom and guests ran into a small issue with transportation from the hotel causing them to arrive late for the ceremony. It wasn’t the bride this time! But Nicole and Delaney handled everything flawlessly from getting the guests settled in for my walk down the aisle to keeping me informed with everything running as planned. These two are on point! I truly appreciated Nicole’s idea to change the location of our ceremony to accommodate my father who has an electric wheelchair and my FIL who has a scooter. With their physical health in mind, we held our ceremony on The Patio which was definitely more intimate. Another idea I appreciated was cutting the cake early (before dinner). The most important part of that was cutting the cake in my first dress. I got it out of the way and didn’t regret it. I was able to dance and greet my guests without a worry about tidying up for cake cutting pictures. Melissa and every waitstaff that night kept our guests well fed and hydrated. They set aside a plate with some hors d’oeuvres for my husband and I to pick on because as hosts we never ever get to sit down and eat. Our kids were trying things they normally don’t pick on such as the paella and brisket, and expressed how delicious they were. The food overall was simply AMAZING!! Many compliments to the chef. That’s sincerely from us and all of our guests. Everyone was so professional, well organized and communicated perfectly with one another. We laughed, we shared stories. We simply had an amazing staff. My love for every single employee that night still leaves me speechless. I’d love to have the same crew working for our next booked event at The Venue. Beautiful people, beautiful grounds. I especially can’t wait to see our pictures out on the 13th hole!

I couldn’t have had a better experience with Nicole and all of the staff at winding hills . They are absolutely amazing people !!! The grounds are beautiful as well . The chefs were phenomenal it was an all around excellent event :) I couldn’t have had such a beautiful wedding without everyone involved !!

Winding Hills went above and beyond to not only make our wedding happen, but excelled in doing so in every single way possible. Every staff member was beyond attentive to us and every guest. There is nothing that could’ve been improved. The new, beautiful venue made for the most romantic pictures, the drinks were flowing, the food was five-star. Nicole and Desiree were so professional and the sweetest people in the world! Every question was answered and every detail was met. We could not have been in better hands. Our Maitre D’ was phenomenal and there for us from the very second we stepped off the limousine. We didn’t have to lift a finger! Winding Hills couldn’t have done a better job for our special day!
