Facilities and Capacity The Veranda boasts both indoor and outdoor event spaces and can accommodate up to 100 guests for a celebration. For receptions, couples can avail of the 1,250-square-foot event area under the house. This space is partially enclosed, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoors in any weather. Get-ready rooms are available for the wedding parties to prepare for the day, along with a private heated pool. This venue is also wheelchair-accessible, with an elevator and two bathrooms that contain facilities such as wide doorways, grab bars, and roll-under sinks. Services Offered While wedding packages are not offered, The Veranda can recommend trusted and reliable local vendors to make the planning process as easy as possible. This includes services such as catering, photographers, rental equipment and florists. As a pet-friendly location, newlyweds-to-be can include their furry friends in the celebrations. The venue can accommodate engagement parties, wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies and receptions. Their peak season runs from March through to October. Accommodation This Veranda boasts 10 bedrooms, offering couples and their loved ones plenty of space to relax in the days before and after the celebrations. Accommodating up to 31 guests, it contains a hobbyist's dream gourmet kitchen and dining area. The third floor of the house is ideal for the newlyweds, boasting a separate living room, jacuzzi and wet bar. A decking area is also available, providing exquisite views of the beaches. If extra space is needed for your nearest and dearest, Veranda Laguna, just across the street has 6 bedrooms and accommodates up to 20 guests, so family and friends can enjoy the festivities for days rather than just hours. Location This venue is close to a myriad of outdoor activities and attractions such as deep sea fishing, golfing, surfing and swimming. Adventurous guests may enjoy jet skiing, windsurfing, and paragliding. The Veranda is also located within driving distance of a range of delightful restaurants and bars, offering delectable seafood cuisine. Stay Requirements Throughout most of the year, only a 4-night minimum stay is required. Summer season is 7 nights (Saturday-Saturday).
