Since it was a short ceremony, we had a two hour session booked, but Michael stayed late to ensure we had our wedding day captured in the best possible way. hoot with Michael and his wife was good for us because neither of us had ever been in a photo shoot before. He made it So Easy!! "Turn this way, look over there, I love this, wait there is something here, GIGGLES!" He captured us and Wilmington, the town we love to call home, perfectly. That also made it easier to trust that he would get all the shots we wanted before, during, and after the wedding. We didn't have to worry at all about the pictures, and any thing you don't have to worry about on the wedding day is a good thing. The whole day is a whirlwind and Michael was there through all of it, captured everything, and had as much fun dancing around and taking selfies as our guests did. We only asked for a few specific poses, and he nailed them. The rest was his own magic and we couldn't be happier.

I am not exactly the most confident person in the world and Michael made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera and truly made me feel beautiful. His shots are creative and well thought out. He does not take away from your wedding either, he strategically plans when to take posed photos and captures candid photos without people even knowing he's around! He even sent me previews of our wedding photos at 4 in the morning THE NIGHT OF OUR WEDDING! Not only is he an outstanding photographer, he is a GREAT person. Did I mention him and his (EQUALLY FABULOUS) assistant even carried my shoes when my feet were killing me, and helped me put them back on? We thought we were going to regret not having a videographer, but the slideshow covered the whole day like it was a video of our day! He listened very well to what I wanted and the pictures requested. He also made sure to check on me throughout the whole day, asking if I was ok, if I needed anything. I was super impressed and extremely happy with the results. He's a true artist and did a great job giving us a diverse portfolio of photos with different angles.
