The stunning views that can be seen from every angle of the venue and their massive floor to celling glass panels give nothing but "awe" to anyone who enters this venue. Soak in the natural ambiance while you sit back and let the welcoming, caring, detail oriented Videre Team take over any "stress or concerns" you may be feeling leading up to your big day. Trust me when I say this, say "I do" to this venue before you say "I do" to anyone else!

uld see the vision they were going for, and because of Carly (the estate director). We hit it off with Carly from the second we met and I just trusted that she would make anything possible for us. We were one of the first weddings at the venue (April 2024) and were the first South Asian/Indian wedding at the venue. This venue is special because of all of the different locations on the property and the ability to truly customize the venue to fit your vision. It’s one of the only venues in the area that’s beautiful and unique, has outdoor spaces, and can actually fit 300-350 people comfortably (which is important for South Asian weddings). We rented out the whole property for the weekend, hosted three very different events there, and had our closest family/friends stay on the property to make the early morning hair and makeup times less brutal. We also rented the kitchen for our caterer and he was able to actually cook hot food on the property for our guests which was such a value add! I appreciated that they essentially said ‘Yes’ to any (reasonable) ideas we had, had a very fairly priced bar package, and had wonderful staff for the day-of. Early in our planning they had a bit of staff turnover which made communication slow initially but it got better as time went on, and they figured out their staffing. There was an epic Texas thunderstorm during our reception and the power in the whole town went out. Unfortunately, the venue did not have a backup generator but we were lucky our DJ had brought backup lighting. The venue team worked quickly to make sure we had ways to flush toilets and that the party continued. Ultimately, this has become a funny memory related to our wedding, but would definitely check the generator status! Texas weather can be very unpredictable! I think all of the problems we had were likely due to them being such a new venue and should be fixed by now. If we had to do it all over again, we would still 100% pick The Videre Estate and Carly and her team! It truly was the best venue for us!

. It is on the pricey side, but we felt that it was well worth the investment. The only negative I experienced was that on occasion the response time could be a bit slow; however, my planner let me know they changed emails at one point and I may have been emailing an inactive account. Overall, I would 1000% recommend this venue.

The views of the hill country were incredible, and the stables offered a great spot for our after-party. The entire team was a joy to work with, making everything feel seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t be more grateful for choosing The Videre—it truly made our day unforgettable.

The reception hall is classy with marble floors, beautiful chandeliers, and slick club lighting in the ceiling to transform the dancing portion into more of a club 'feel.' I wish I could DJ at this venue for all of the weddings I work. It was truly a pleasure working there!

The bridal suite was perfect to get ready in with five bridesmaids, two moms and the grooms grandma. We loved having the stables available for our guests to stay in, the rooms are so cute and also for the after party! We loved the private feel of the venue and how much you could do with the space itself. This is a MUST.

Booking the wedding weekend package was the best decision we could have made. Having their absolutely stunning spaces, all to ourselves for the entire weekend made it so much more convenient and intimate for us and our guests/wedding party. Carly’s “can do” attitude to any crazy idea we threw out at her was a breath of fresh air. Any idea or request we had she went with it and found a way to bring our vision to life. If you’re looking for an intimate, beautiful venue in the Texas hill country, where you feel like you and your guests are the only people in the world, this is your venue. You won’t regret it! I could talk about our experience for ages, but you just have to check this place out and you’ll see why it’s so special!

so getting my gear in was a little tight due to the tables being close together but once you got in, it was so easy. I would highly recommend anyone to host their next big occasion here!

eption were all in the main building. We did have an after party back in the converted barn afterwards. In the beginning, communication was a little slow but the closer and closer to the event, the more prompt responses became. I think they also hired more staff to help cover things so our point of contact was able to check emails and texts more regularly too. They were so accommodating for many of our requests and helped us figure out ways to make our vision a reality. The ceremony deck is overlooking a body of water with the rolling hills of the hill country beyond. The cocktail hour deck is covered with some climate control (AC and heat depending). It is covered so depending on the guest count would be a lovely rain plan if you wanted to stay outside and not move the ceremony indoors. It also has a lovely view of the hill country. The reception space has stunning white marble floors, wall to wall windows to still enjoy the gorgeous views, and has a small wheelchair elevator to help with accessibility for any guests with mobility issues that make the few steps they have on site a problem. They do require you to use them for your bar package but they have a TON of options from cash, beer and wine, consumption based, full open packages and choices for the quality from basic to more premium options. Your guest count determines the number of bar tenders etc they hire, but they will go over that with you and make it super clear what your choices are. They have lovely bars to use - we had one inside and one outside. The Videre will set up the tables and chairs for you and flip any that need to move after your ceremony. They really did a great job and everyone working there that we interacted with at all was very helpful and nice. There was a HUGE storm that rolled in the Thursday before our wedding weekend and they all showed up super early on Friday to clean up so none of our guests had any clue that a storm had come through at all. My only complaints are about the rooms on site. There is no fridge in the honeymoon suite (but I am pretty sure each of the 6 guest rooms in the barn had them). Also, I feel like more than a tiny trash can by the toilet would have been nice to have. Note that this is a converted barn on a ranch in the hill country - there are bugs. If the sight of a bug is gonna freak you out, you may not want this venue. There were some cool bugs but I didn’t see any in any of the guest rooms or in the main building where the ceremony and reception took place. There weren’t a ton but we did see a milipede, a dobson’s fly, and a scorpion. But only 1 of each and not in spaces wher

ve had The Videre host our “I Do Re-Do” less than a month ago! It was an absolute dream! From the long paved roads, upscale decor, cozy fireplaces, large windows, stocked bridal & groom suite, colorful wallpaper, observation decks, endless large trees, antique furniture, & main house overlooking the beautiful lake below…I know it won’t be long before this venue books up years in advance! The staff was very friendly & really made us all feel at home! Truly a slice of heaven on earth. If you’re looking for the perfect location to bring your dream wedding to life, you have found it! Texas best hidden gem!

We could photograph all of our weddings at Videre Estate for the rest of our careers and never get bored, the property is that Picturesque. The venue itself has an abundance of soft, warm light. No matter what mother nature throws at you, you will still end up with a wedding album full of gorgeous images! Alisha, Carly, and the entire team at Videre Estate are absolutely amazing. They are going to go above and beyond to make you a priority and take care of you. If you are looking for a venue with a stunning view of Texas Hill Country, stop looking YOU FOUND IT!! This is your sign. Schedule your tour and see that incredible view in person. I can't wait till the very next time I am back at the Videre Estate so I can take it in all over again!
