cy and history. The location itself was fitting — right in the heart of D.C. with iconic views of the Capitol and surrounding landmarks. The plaza was well-organized for the event, and it was meaningful to see representatives from the armed services come together with the Postal Service for this momentous occasion. A great public space for civic events and national celebrations.
