On the actual wedding day, we experienced something I never thought I’d say about Arizona — a literal hurricane. Torrential rain, flooding… the kind of situation most couples would panic about. But April and Kailey were absolute angels. Once the rain finally stopped, the city came out to remove the standing water, and without hesitation, April and Kailey were on their hands and knees out on the golf course, picking up debris and clearing the space so we could still have our ceremony outdoors. Watching that level of dedication was incredibly moving.
What stood out the most was how calm and supported I felt the entire day. Despite the chaos of the weather, I never once felt anxious — and that is entirely because of them. They handled everything seamlessly, reassured us constantly, and made every challenge feel manageable. They didn’t just coordinate a wedding; they made it feel like they were part of our family. Their kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care were evident in every interaction.
Thanks to April and Kailey, our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more — even with a hurricane thrown into the mix. My husband and I would choose The Views every single time, without hesitation. From the packages they offer to their incredible vendor list, they really have everything you need. You never feel the need to look elsewhere unless you truly want to. I still remember when their venue popped up on my TikTok — I was instantly taken aback and told myself, “If I ever get married, this is where my wedding will be.” A year later, I got engaged, and the very first venue I booked a tour for was The Views at Superstition. After meeting them and seeing the venue in person, I had absolutely no doubt — and thankfully my husband supported me, lol — that this was where our wedding had to be.
They were so easy to work with and incredibly communicative, which is something I truly value. I visited other venues, but The Views at Superstition always had my heart, so I booked with April and Kailey.
What makes them even more special is that they have family teams that work along side with them. It made the entire experience feel that much more meaningful — like one big supportive family coming together to help create your dream wedding. The views, the team, the atmosphere… they truly brought my fairytale wedding to life. I felt like a princess, and my husband looked like my handsome prince.

Every detail was handled with such care. On the day of the wedding, Kailey and April ensured everything ran smoothly, and if any small issues came up, they handled them quickly and efficiently without me even needing to worry. Their coordination was flawless, and I felt so supported from start to finish.
During dinner, the staff at the venue went above and beyond. They checked in on me and my husband multiple times, which meant so much to us. The team set everything up before the event and took it all down at the end of the night—a huge relief when you're already juggling so much.
The venue itself is breathtaking. We received so many compliments on how stunning it was. The opportunity to have our ceremony at Lost Dutchman State Park was truly unique and unforgettable. Our guests were blown away by the entire experience.
On top of everything, the pricing is extremely reasonable, especially compared to other venues in the area. For the level of service, beauty, and professionalism, it was more than worth it.

anything else. The gut feeling we had was so strong, and looking back now, it was absolutely the best decision we made for our wedding.
Not only is the venue breathtaking with its stunning views (and incredibly reasonable pricing!), but what truly sets it apart is the heart behind it. Kailey, April, and their entire team including recommended vendors made everything feel so personal, meaningful, and genuine. We never once felt like “just another couple” or like we were being upsold or taken advantage of. Instead, we felt cared for and supported from beginning to end.
They were kind, helpful, and present through every step of the process—and on the wedding day itself, it felt like they were part of the celebration in the most beautiful way. We honestly fell in love not just with the venue, but with them. We’re already trying to convince all our friends to get married here just so we have an excuse to come back.

Not only are they incredibly organized and professional, but they are also some of the kindest and most accommodating people I’ve ever met. I’m so grateful they allowed my two fur babies to be part of the whole day—having my golden retrievers walk down the aisle was a dream come true!
If you want a venue where you’ll feel supported, loved, and like nothing could possibly go wrong, this is it. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Kailey and April, for giving us the most perfect day—we’ll cherish it forever! 🐾❤️

why we booked this venue. They were on top of everything from start to finish, answered questions quickly, and let us come look at the venue anytime we needed while planning. Not knowing many contacts in AZ, their open house events made it so easy to meet partnered vendors and we booked our DJ, photographer, officiant, and cake baker through them, all which were amazing! The day of our wedding went flawlessly! They helped set up and clean up everything. They kept the bridal party in line and kept everything on schedule. I seriously cannot recommend this venue enough!! From start to finish it was a great experience!

s confident things would be how I wanted them etc. one thing that made wedding planning easy with this venue is the list of vendors they have to pick from which made it extremely helpful for planning/knowing what I needed for my wedding! The week prior there was a scare with wild fires and Kailey and team were very responsive and had a plan B, C, & D to make sure my wedding would still go on! I was never stressed or worried about that because of their timely and constant communication. The only thing I would recommend/change- and maybe this is just a personal preference is if we had a checklist meeting at the 3 month mark with Kailey in addition to the the 1 month mark meeting. The single meeting at the 1 month mark was so rich with information and I wish I had a tiny bit more time to finish finalizing the details with the knowledge I gained from that meeting. There was a credit discrepancy where I was told by the photographer vendor (payment plan) the whole year leading up to through my package with the views that I had a credit toward photography, but didn’t find out I in fact did NOT have that credit until 1 mo prior when meeting with Kailey so we had to pay $1000 more immediately which was a big curveball. I think overall I would have been a little less stressed the 2 weeks leading up to the big day. All in all it was a perfect day and I couldn’t have imagined it going any better!! Thank you!!

alling in love with the place, we fell in love with the people.. After living far away from our family for so long it was refreshing to meet people who are so genuine and kind.
Everything went so smoothly from our first tour to our wedding day! They were easy to reach if we had any questions and planning everything out. There were a few moments not so smooth on our part but the team were very gracious, kind and helped us out last minute. We had lots of vintage that I wanted to use for our cake table that I misplaced the week of the wedding and they kindly found things they already had, that still matched our vision. It was the best day ever in our favorite state park thanks to them, the amazing setup team, and the day of coordinators. My husband jokes he can’t wait to party like that there again!
The Views is such a beautiful place for any event and if you’re getting married has so many options for ceremony sites that works for any style. They are probably the most flexible whether you want to DIY some things, go with your own vendors, or choose from their preferred vendors. Their preferred vendor list was like having the research done for you and I think helped make everything feel so seamless since they already have worked together! We also appreciate that there are multiple vendors with a range of prices.

We started our wedding journey with Breanne, then we met April and Kailey the owners of the venue.
Their attention to detail, white glove treatment, and overall expertise in the wedding world are paramount.
The ladies personalized our day, made us feel like we were the only ones to ever get married. I’ve witnessed them do this with other couples as well.
They Love Love and they LOVE what they do.
Our guests almost a month later are still talking about our wedding. The ENTIRE staff at The Views at Superstition know what they are doing and we cant imagine celebrating our special day with anyone else.

April do all of the coordinating for your big day, so there isn’t a need for a wedding planner. Everyone tells you prepare for things not accordance according to plan, but honestly, there wasn’t a single thing I could complain about. We also absolutely loved vendor nights! It made the planning process so easy and loved that it’s a build your own all inclusive package. We’re going back for vendor night just to relive the experience :) I can’t believe the value we got from choosing The Views at Superstition, it was worth every penny.

d, and relaxed for your big event. The ladies even contacted all of our vendors in the weeks leading up to our wedding to ensure that everyone was on the same page. If there were any snafoos on the day of, I didn't know about them. From the first meeting through final walkthrough, there were no surprises and I felt at ease the whole time. I was even even able to drop off the alcohol 3 days before the wedding, so we could just relax and focus on the rehearsal - not to mention being able to pick everything up a day afterwards! I would recommend Kailey and April to anyone seeking a beautiful venue & smooth, communicative experience.

It turned out to be such a beautiful and we got so many compliments. our guests had so much fun. It has been 3 weeks and people are still talking about how much fun and how beautiful it was. We ended up getting the taco bar and everyone loved the tacos. The views of the mountain are spectacular and I think all of our guests got pics from the balcony. Cant beat that view! ri, they instilled confidence that planning my wedding from out of town would be easy. These two people sold me on their venue as no other venue was so personal ( as well as meeting all my requirements in a venue). I never felt stressed or overwhelmed while I was planning my wedding, and they were both always available for any questions or suggestions I needed. The day of ran very smoothly, and they set up everything beautifully. Additionally, this venue location is so beautiful, and it was wonderful to watch all my friends' and families' social media profile pictures change to this venue! That was really a compliment of how beautiful the location is. We also received many compliments about how it was the best run wedding, best decorated wedding, best organized wedding, etc. etc. etc people had ever been to and that is a reflection of the people that run it. Another bonus was our dog was able to be apart of our ceremony AND she was allowed to stay, kennel free, and enjoy the reception with us!!! All of the preferred vendors are fabulous as well since Tracy expects the best! Seriously look no further if you want a beautiful backdrop, perfect vendors, and the absolute best staff! You will not be disappointed!

Tracy also works with vendors that I would highly recommend; Juan, AZ celebrity DJ had my guests dancing all night, Marni, Wildiris floral, sweetest lady ever and amazing florist, Sue Jacobs, created our cake and desserts, let’s just say there’s was none to take home, Zappones catering, brought plenty of food, allowed guests to have seconds. Thanks Tracy you’re so kind!

have done without her. We are so so lucky to have had her as our coordinator. Before the wedding we chatted for hours and she walked me through different timeline scenarios. On the wedding day she was amazing. She handled all the tough situations and kept us calm all night. She was so good with my family (some of whom can be stressful to deal with) and she did everything with the best attitude. Also, since my wedding was an Indian wedding, it can get a bit confusing since there are so many pieces but Tracy handled it all. She was so excited to learn our culture and caught on so fast. She is just so sweet and so good at planning that she was so perfect for our wedding!

oom and on the balcony left my guests in awe. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and was designed by the owner, Tracy. Because she’s the owner, she has the ability to customize the venue as needed, as opposed to a country club venue where everything is basically predetermined. Tracy offers several options for the ceremony location, some of which are on site. We chose our ceremony to be at Lost Dutchman State Park in the Superstition Mountains, which is about 10 minutes away from The Views at Superstition. Tracy and her team did a fabulous job setting up the ceremony site to perfection and the amazing mountain background was breathtaking. They are SO extremely organized and well detailed, and they do all this with the upmost sincere smiles and the most amazing positive attitudes and energy! We could not be more thankful for everything they did and we are so extremely grateful we chose this venue for our special day. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.

g views, within our budget, etc. We liked that there were 'Preferred Professional's as well. We were able to choose from 3 to 6 different vendors in each category (cake, florist, caterer, photographer, etc). This made the whole planning process easier because we didn't have to sort thru hundreds of different vendors. All of the vendors they have are very talented and made some of the decisions difficult! :p Everyone that works at The Views were AMAZING. I started off working with Terri. She took us on a tour and wound up booking our date(11-03-2017). Once the process started really moving, we started communicating with Tracy. She always answered our questions, provided suggestions if needed and was attentive. I asked a bunch of questions throughout the entire process and she was always okay with me making changes. Even up to a few days before! She made the whole process so easy. When it came down to our wedding day, Tracy made sure everything was perfect. They always say that there are things that are going to go wrong on your day, but nothing went wrong. Tracy made sure everything was set up/taken care of in the beginning and Diane made sure everything continued to go smoothly throughout the night until the end. Diane was always updating me and asking me things before just going ahead and doing them. The communication these ladies have is fantastic. I was so impressed. I cannot say enough about The Views and the ladies of The Views. I want to thank them for making mine and Robert's wedding day PERFECT. And I mean that. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding day and the ladies of The Views helped our day be perfect. I would 100% recommend this venue for a million different reasons. You will NOT be disappointed with The Views!

racey was always prompt with communication and answering any questions we had leading up to the wedding. She truly cares about what they do!
There are so many beautiful options to get married at but we chose the bridge site which had an incredible view of the Superstition mountains. Every photo with that view as a back drop is unreal! The Reception area is gorgeous for any theme! The wood beams and chairs matched my rustic theme perfectly. We got so many compliments on the venue and our vendors which we chose through their preferred vendors list.
I highly recommend this venue! I promise you will not be disappointed! Thank you so much Tracey and your team for making my wedding day perfect and a day myself and our entire family will be talking about!

I chose one of their all inclusive packages that included the florist, centerpieces, cake, DJ, and the catering.another thing i loved is the option to provide all the Alcohol, and since i was only having about 50ppl i loved this!I had little to no help from family planning the wedding but they made it a breeze, and it turned out better than I could have imagined. odies everything I envisioned and dreamed of for our wedding - a Tuscan style reception place with a ceremony balcony overlooking the gorgeous Superstition Mountains and a golf course. It doesn't get any better than this in Arizona! Tracy, Terri and Diane from the Views at Superstition were wonderful! They worked to accommodate our budget and showed flexibility with our many custom requests (e.g. ethnic food and traditions). In virtually the last minute the owner saved the day by personally getting on her phone and securing a needed vendor when what we have planned didn't pan out. We were glad we trusted her experience and recommendations, which she shared with us generously. We had the best wedding at the most beautiful wedding venue in Arizona which made for quite the memorable experience and beautiful pictures. We loved it and so did our guests (who continue to rave about our venue and its ambiance to this day).
