Setting a new venue standard for weddings, receptions, corporate or social events in the Southwest Mississippi region. With over eleven acres of rolling hillsides covered with beautiful Oak and Leyland Cypress trees, The Villa provides multiple options for outdoor and/or indoor weddings and events. Located in Pearl River County, this premier venue was reconstructed and re-purposed as an elegant French Country event venue. Owner, Louis Ochoa, purchased the venue in March of 2021. At The Villa, we are committed to exceed your expectations. Our professional and courteous team will ensure that your event is a unique and memorable experience. The Villa offers the option of full-service catering, with only the freshest ingredients. Food presentation is personalized to your event requests. We are honored and delighted to work with you to ensure your dream wedding is a reality.

catering they provided was beyond delicious and the staff did a wonderful job making sure all our guests were taken care of. They accommodated all my requests to personalize my wedding, no matter how ridiculous they were! The day was effortless and everything I dreamed of. I would recommend this venue and catering ( I think they cater to all types of events.) My 14 year old sister is already planning her wedding here! L.O.L. Thank you to everyone who worked hard to make it all come together, from the bottom of my heart. Y'all did a fantastic job.

ay is everything you dream of! The venue is absolutely beautiful. Our ceremony was between the trees and it was a fairytale fantasy. They also have an amazing open field in the back that is picture perfect! The bridal suite is spacious with lots of mirrors. The food was amazing and I got so many compliments on the shrimp pasta! It was our photographer and videographers first time there and they both said it was one of their favorites to shoot at. Overall, we could not have chosen a better venue for our big day!

amazed by their professionalism and their caring for us and our event! Jessie was very accommodating to our requests to get the venue ready and it’s a lot of work that she does but she did it all with a smile. Everything turned out beautifully! The building and its location are beautiful, the food is delicious, all of my family raved about the food and the service is impeccable. They were just the sweetest people to work with, so accommodating to us and I would do it all again with them for another event! Everything turned out perfectly, and we really appreciated everything! I fell in love with this venue's simple decor, landscape and building all around. I booked my venue before the ownership change and there were no problems transition to new owners....

The new staff is very friendly, easy to work with and will answer any questions. A few things from my experience: The bathrooms are small for the amount of people the venue can hold. The AC in June could not keep up with in and out of the building and 270 people (be aware of the heat in June and the amount of people in the building when planning your big day). The venue comes with chairs, tables and linens which was great for the price. I did not have there staff clean up & I wish they had that option (maybe they do but I did not think about that before hand. Luckily I had great friends and family help) You cannot have a cash bar because of the dry county. We hired bar tenders and bought alcohol. This was the best bet! The getting ready rooms were AMAZING! Absolutely loved our day regardless of the little things.

fairytale it was perfect for all hair and make up to be done in so much room for all of the bridesmaids and the mothers of the groom and the bride! The grooms sweet is what any man would want from the pool table/air hockey table to a fridge for all the beer they couldn’t of been happier! The decorations were wonderful and so fairly price there were also so many that were included in the packages which we liked as well! I would highly recommend the Villa to any bride and groom searching for a rustic fairytale location

Villa is full of gorgeous ceremony spots and places for great photos. The green hills on the property were a great background scene. The inside reception area was the perfect size and the wood beams and white walls made it so easy to decorate. We had so many compliments on the venue! 10/10 recommend!

in love with it! It was everything we were looking for. Surrounding the venue are gorgeous trees and hills, the inside is beautiful and open. I especially LOVED the Bridal / Grooms suites, both were absolutely stunning!! Also, a huge thanks to Olivia for answering my millions of questions & to Terri for all of her assistance! She helped tremendously on very last minute accommodations/ changes. Couldn’t be more thankful! NOTE: The one thing I will add for brides considering this Venue is the location. Keep in mind that Carriere is a very small town. We stayed in NOLA the weekend of the wedding & many of our guests stayed between Slidell & Picayune. We had no issues with the location since we were prepared for it.
