Nestled in a peaceful, picturesque location with rolling hills all around, it offers an incredibly serene and elegant backdrop for your big day. The venue itself is a perfect blend of sophistication and charm—classy enough for a refined celebration, yet cozy enough to make everyone feel at home.
From the moment we started planning, Maria, The Villa manager & our wedding coordinator, took care of everything. Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she made sure every part of the day went off without a hitch. She took our vision and turned it into reality, seamlessly managing all the logistics so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Maria’s calm, professional demeanor kept everything running smoothly, even when there were a few last-minute changes. It’s clear she’s passionate about making each couple’s day as perfect as possible.
The grounds at The Villa are absolutely stunning. The outdoor ceremony space, with its wide open views of the rolling hills, is simply breathtaking—perfect for those dream wedding photos. The reception hall is elegant with floor-to-ceiling white bricks & windows that let you enjoy the natural beauty around you while dancing the night away. It’s the kind of place that gives you that “fairytale” feeling.
Overall, if you want a wedding that’s not only beautiful but also stress-free, I can’t recommend The Villa enough—especially with Maria as your coordinator. She makes the entire experience feel effortless and truly special. It’s a place that gives you peace of mind on your big day while creating memories that will last forever.
The Villa was PERFECT. Stephanie was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better team the views there are to die for! I got soooo many compliments on my choice of wedding spot. The catering they provided was beyond delicious and the staff did a wonderful job making sure all our guests were taken care of. They accommodated all my requests to personalize my wedding, no matter how ridiculous they were! The day was effortless and everything I dreamed of. I would recommend this venue and catering ( I think they cater to all types of events.) My 14 year old sister is already planning her wedding here! L.O.L. Thank you to everyone who worked hard to make it all come together, from the bottom of my heart. Y'all did a fantastic job.

With over eleven acres of rolling hillsides covered with beautiful Oak and Leyland Cypress trees, The Villa provides multiple options for outdoor and/or indoor weddings and events. Located in Pearl River County, this premier venue was reconstructed and re-purposed as an elegant French Country event venue. Owner, Louis Ochoa, purchased the venue in March of 2021.
At The Villa, we are committed to exceed your expectations. Our professional and courteous team will ensure that your event is a unique and memorable experience. The Villa offers the option of full-service catering, with only the freshest ingredients. Food presentation is personalized to your event requests.

Louis Ochoa
Owner
Louis Ochoa is a dedicated entrepreneur and community leader who has been a cornerstone of Slidell, Louisiana, since 1990. As the owner of LOI Hospitality Group, he operates local favorites NOLA Southern Grill, Pinewood Country Club, and The Sadie Jane wedding venue. He has also expanded his reach with the newest addition to his portfolio, The Villa in Carriere, MS. Alongside Louis Ochoa Investments LLC, these ventures serve as a driving force behind the region's economic vitality.
Louis’s commitment to growth is reflected in his extensive leadership roles. He currently serves as a Commissioner for the St. Tammany Parish Economic Development Corporation (STEDC) and is an active board member and Events Committee Chair for the St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce. A graduate and past President of Leadership Northshore, he is also deeply invested in mentoring the next generation of local leaders.
Above all, Louis is a family man. Alongside his wife, Renee, and their two children, Jason and Sadie, he remains dedicated to building a prosperous and vibrant future for the entire community.
