Begin your day in the newly remodelled suites, which offer plenty of space for preparations with family and friends. The Bridal suite is elegant and roomy with great lighting, so the bridal party can enjoy their time together as they prepare for the ceremony. The Groom's suite is comfortable and relaxing and in a separate building away from the rest of the bridal party. Then, exchange vows in one of the venue's picturesque ceremony locations. You may opt to celebrate your reception in the refined surroundings of the house or in a spacious tent on the grounds. The venue can provide a tent and accessories to ensure you have everything you need for an unforgettable evening.
The staff at The Villa Franca can provide you with all event essentials, including tables, chairs, and linens. They also offer a wide variety of decor items to choose from for your special day. The venue has vendors they can refer to, but you are also welcome to choose outside vendors of your choice. A venue coordinator will be available on the day of the wedding. We felt right at home and our wedding day couldn’t have been more beautiful and perfect. Carla and her husband put so much time and effort into making this venue so breathtakingly gorgeous. We absolutely loved how great everything came together and how nice everything looked! Our guests complimented us on the venue we picked so many times. Our day was a dream come true thanks to this venue and it’s amazing team.

in the middle of rolling fields, it was the perfect location for our outdoor wedding and ceremony! In the days leading up to our wedding, Carla was extremely helpful and would frequently touch-base with me to make sure we were on the same page. And during the final walk-through with our wedding planner, we were able to iron out where the ceremony would take place (in front of the house with the metal arbor) -- which was different than what they typically do, but both Randy and Carla were quick to tell me that they could make it work.
On the day of our wedding, my bridal party and I arrived at the venue in the morning, and members of the Villa Franca Team (Amanda and Avery) had laid out snacks and drinks for me and the girls. And when my husband and I had our first look, Randy escorted me on the Gator, to the covered bridge, so that my dress wouldn't get any grass stains on it (since it had rained a bit the night before). To be clear -- I wasn't thinking about these details at all because I just wanted to get married 😂 But I'm thankful Carla and Randy provided their expertise, quickly responding to minor problems so that we could simply enjoy the day and the people we were with. Altogether, the Villa Franca Estate was the perfect venue for our wedding -- and I'm grateful for all the work Carla, Randy, and their team put into making our day special 🤍

done. The room was catered with Champagne, sandwiches, and sweets! Ginger paid close attention to every detail and request my Husband and myself asked for. She organized our whole bridal party rehearsal and so much more. The Estate has beyond beautiful grounds, great staff, and a night our families will never forget.

We felt like she really cared about our big day. The estate and it's grounds are unbelievable but Ginger herself was our buying point. The restored house and it's surrounding areas are so well kept and polished. The southern charm oozes from the walls. It's like stepping back in time and living in a new world that we had only dreamed of before. Planning the big day with Ginger was a breeze. She helped plan everything down to the smallest details. When I was overwhelmed by my own ideas Ginger helped organize my thoughts and brought them to life. My wedding day was beyond perfection. It was the beautiful fairytale I had always hoped for as a young girl. The big day was smooth and stress free. Again, all thanks to Ginger and her amazing staff. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding or coordinator. If your wedding day is only one day in your entire life then you want it to be the best day as well. Mine truly was the very best day. esitant at first, but decided to contact Ginger to set up an appt. with her. When we arrived that day on site, everything I had/was imagined came true. When we gave her our budget, she did everything she could (and more) to work with us. The day of our wedding was more perfect than I could have ever imagined. She did above a phenomenal job. We were very pleased with her work and would recommend her to anyone! The price that we paid was all inclusive. Only thing we had to worry about was the cake, flowers, and a photographer.
