My husband and I had our wedding at this venue and it could not have been more perfect! We went to see the venue in the middle of winter when it was cold and all the greenery/flowe...
rs were gone, but we still fell in love with it! All our interactions with Carla (the owner) were extremely pleasant and reaffirmed that we made the right the decision! We felt right at home and our wedding day couldn’t have been more beautiful and perfect. Carla and her husband put so much time and effort into making this venue so breathtakingly gorgeous. We absolutely loved how great everything came together and how nice everything looked! Our guests complimented us on the venue we picked so many times. Our day was a dream come true thanks to this venue and it’s amazing team.
Carla also put me in touch with the best planner/coordinator we could’ve had! Book this venue for your wedding!! I promise you will not regret it.

ion they provided. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and required little decor. Our guests commented on how kind Carla and her husband were and loved to learn about the history of the house. I did not have to worry about how our big day would go because of their direction and expertise.
Carla and Randy were awesome to work with and help plan. They were always helpful when questions would arise. The venue is so beautiful. Our guest still comment on how beautiful...
. Rare gem just 7 minutes from home. Day before the wedding my florist cancelled and Carla cut fresh flowers from her garden and decorated the arbor for us. They went beyond all
expectations and were again awesome to work with and I am so glad we chose The Villa Franca.
My daughter Kelsey and son-in-law Jared Syverson had their wedding and reception at Villa Franca. It was the most beautiful venue. Carla and Randy took care of everything and made ...

d the perfect location for us! We had our ceremony in the rose garden and our cocktail our in the heart overlooking the stunning tree line they have! All the staff was accommodating and beyond by helpful! I would recommend this venue to anyone! You are able to do so much on the property and allow your full vision to come to life!
When my now-husband and I got engaged in June 2022, I was looking for a more local venue that had a rural/homey feel. Because the Villa Franca Estate is a historic house, situated ...
in the middle of rolling fields, it was the perfect location for our outdoor wedding and ceremony! In the days leading up to our wedding, Carla was extremely helpful and would frequently touch-base with me to make sure we were on the same page. And during the final walk-through with our wedding planner, we were able to iron out where the ceremony would take place (in front of the house with the metal arbor) -- which was different than what they typically do, but both Randy and Carla were quick to tell me that they could make it work.
On the day of our wedding, my bridal party and I arrived at the venue in the morning, and members of the Villa Franca Team (Amanda and Avery) had laid out snacks and drinks for me and the girls. And when my husband and I had our first look, Randy escorted me on the Gator, to the covered bridge, so that my dress wouldn't get any grass stains on it (since it had rained a bit the night before). To be clear -- I wasn't thinking about these details at all because I just wanted to get married 😂 But I'm thankful Carla and Randy provided their expertise, quickly responding to minor problems so that we could simply enjoy the day and the people we were with. Altogether, the Villa Franca Estate was the perfect venue for our wedding -- and I'm grateful for all the work Carla, Randy, and their team put into making our day special 🤍
August 2017 Wedding-
No words can explain how amazing our wedding was thanks to the Villa Franca. The Bridal Suite was big enough for my whole wedding party to get hair and makeup...
done. The room was catered with Champagne, sandwiches, and sweets! Ginger paid close attention to every detail and request my Husband and myself asked for. She organized our whole bridal party rehearsal and so much more. The Estate has beyond beautiful grounds, great staff, and a night our families will never forget.
We thought we wanted a mountain top wedding until we toured Villa Franca. We met Ginger and the first thing she said was "How do you both envision your wedding day going? What do y...
ou want it to be like?". That question right there stopped us in our tracks. We had viewed at least 10 venues and not once did anyone ask us what we wanted. Meeting Ginger was a breath of fresh air. We felt like she really cared about our big day. The estate and it's grounds are unbelievable but Ginger herself was our buying point. The restored house and it's surrounding areas are so well kept and polished. The southern charm oozes from the walls. It's like stepping back in time and living in a new world that we had only dreamed of before. Planning the big day with Ginger was a breeze. She helped plan everything down to the smallest details. When I was overwhelmed by my own ideas Ginger helped organize my thoughts and brought them to life. My wedding day was beyond perfection. It was the beautiful fairytale I had always hoped for as a young girl. The big day was smooth and stress free. Again, all thanks to Ginger and her amazing staff. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding or coordinator. If your wedding day is only one day in your entire life then you want it to be the best day as well. Mine truly was the very best day. Thank you, Ginger. Thank you, Villa Franca staff. Thank you, for giving us the best day.
Ginger and the Villa Franca team were absolutely amazing. The venue is just gorgeous and everything about the whole day was simply perfect. I do not have enough good things to say ...

oth! Ginger was so easy to work with, she listened to your ideas, let you set it up as you wish, and worked with you in every way possible to make sure the bride was happy and stress free! We got greeted with wine, snacks and my new monogram robe! Ginger also helped with all our crisis, she hemmed pants, fixed zippers, managed to get dresses to fix that wouldn't, she is literally the perfect wedding venue for any kind of bride!
Our reception was absolutely stunning and it was made possible by Ginger! She worked with us every step of the way in planning everything and it all came together beautifully and w...
as incredibly stunning! Could not have asked for any better! I will definitely recommend Villa Franca to any of my friends!!!
This venue was simply amazing!! The owner went out of her way to make our day special!! We could not have asked for a better venue!
We were in search for a venue that fitted us both perfectly for a while. With my now husband being in the military, he was told by someone on his base about Villa Franca. I was h...
esitant at first, but decided to contact Ginger to set up an appt. with her. When we arrived that day on site, everything I had/was imagined came true. When we gave her our budget, she did everything she could (and more) to work with us. The day of our wedding was more perfect than I could have ever imagined. She did above a phenomenal job. We were very pleased with her work and would recommend her to anyone! The price that we paid was all inclusive. Only thing we had to worry about was the cake, flowers, and a photographer.
