The Village & The Village Farm

The Village Events is comprised of three event venues located in Kearney, Gibbon, and Shelton, NE. These gorgeous locations are perfect for couples that want a unique experience with distinctly rustic vibes. Its pastoral locations allow you to host a celebration that feels private and exclusive, creating unforgettable memories with your loved ones. The Village was built in 1940 and retains much of its original structure today. You can celebrate your ceremony and reception here with total ease, and even spend the morning getting ready here. The comfortably furnished and luxuriously spacious get-ready suite can accommodate you, your hair and makeup team, and your chosen wedding entourage. You can start your day off in total relaxation, primping to look your best before the festivities begin. Your ceremony can take place in the heart of the banquet hall, the gorgeous rustic ballroom. This space features touches of wood and steel from the exposed ceiling beams and classic brickwork on the wall. Market lighting is strung overhead to cast a romantic glow over your celebration. Following your vow exchange, you and your guests can enjoy some tasty refreshments in the ballroom’s bar area. This will allow the ballroom to be rearranged to accommodate your beautiful reception. You can accommodate up to 300 guests here, seated banquet style, with plenty of room for a dance floor. The spacious hall is perfect for enjoying an evening’s entertainment and dancing the night away as a newly married couple. The Village offers a compact wedding package to make celebrating at their establishment easy. Included in their standard offering is rental of the building from Thursday through to Sunday. During this time, you will have 24 hour access to the building, making setting up for your celebration a total breeze. Hourly, half-day, and full-day rentals are also available for smaller events such as wedding showers or elopements. Additional items that can be added to your package include bespoke bar services, clean-up, and a celebrant. You can also avail of such event rentals as altars, arbors, banquet tables, flatware, glassware, and audio-visual equipment. Outside vendors of your choice are also welcome, allowing you to create the day of your dreams.
