as so unbelievably whimsical and romantic and all of our guests loved it. We received so many compliments on the venue and the amazing air conditioned bathrooms! We also did the wine walk which was a hit, who wouldn't want to drink a glass of wine while they walk through the grapes! 1928 did all of our reception set up and they did an amazing job, especially considering all of the stuff we brought in. Even Kristin, with White Space Events was so responsive and always answered all of our questions with detail. All of our vendors enjoyed working with the venue. Also, the beverage specialist bartenders were top notch and there was never a line at the bar. They even helped get red wine out of my dress, which was so kind. I am so happy we chose 12 Corners for our special day!

oms a ton throughout the night. The only thing we were nervous about with picking this venue was the lack of reliable transportation late night. We had a good amount of guests from the east coast that were used to taking uber and had to over communicate often about other options. We had ~120 guests that fit more than comfortably in the space ... the dance floor was a bit tight but we had a lot of people on it so that may have been why! :)
For anyone looking to use this venue, we opted in to using beverage specialist for our bar needs and would highly recommend. They’re experienced with working with the venue and for ease of mind, was a no brainer for us. The bartender mike was a huge hit and kept our mothers with a cup always full when they walked by!

lanning process. They were all very quick to respond to emails and and questions that I had. I planned from out of state and I felt that everything went pretty smoothly.
I opted for the day-of wedding coordination. I was a little dissapointed to find out that the individual I had been working with throughout the planning process was not involed the day of. The coordinator that we had was very nice but was not very assertive. My flowers had been delivered to the site but my mom and the photographer had to hunt them down and make sure everyone had the correct bouquets and boutineers. For the ceremony I had to have family members tell guests to be seated and it ended up starting almost a half hour late. Theses are not huge things, but enough to stress out an already stressed out bride!
If you have the ceremony at the vineyard there is a little "cottage" (about the size of a shed) for the bride to hide out in while guests arrive. We ended up having record breaking heat for our wedding day and that little cottage was like a sauna. Luckily the bathroom trailor that they have is airconditioned!
Definitely would reccomend 12 Corners. My guests enjoyed the location and we had a good experience. Just a couple of small things to be smoothed out.

r a ceremony and everyone went on and on about how beautiful the vineyard and tent was. It's a unique place to get married and I highly recommend booking it! We were nervous about rain but got lucky and on August 5 had a 74 degree day and not a cloud in the sky, You never know!! This venue is truly wonderful.
