They now operate as a team, providing newlyweds with the perfect setting to tie the knot in stunning southern Iowa. The Post family will work with you closely to ensure you have everything you need for your dream day. You'll have early access to the comfortable wedding suites at 9 AM on your wedding morning. With hair and makeup stations and comfortable lounge furnishing, you can relax here before you say, "I do." Exchange vows outdoors under the arbor in the warmer seasons, surrounded by lush vines and gorgeous greenery. Then, while you and your beloved pose for photos, guests can mingle and sip cocktails in the bar space or on the lovely patio. Outdoor games are available for your loved ones to enjoy. For your reception, the refined reception hall features elegant lighting and a customizable floor plan, with seating for up to 275 guests. Your wedding package at The Vineyard at St. Charles includes set-up and break-down services, a full catering kitchen, bar services, and essential furnishings like tables, chairs, and linens. You'll also have team members working on-site to assist throughout your special day.

Hi! We're The Post Family, and we can't wait to help your family with one of your most important days! Our most important introduction first, Miss Sylvia, the cutest (and youngest) manager there is! Paul is our Construction Manager and has been busy keeping us in line with all of our renovations since last Fall(2022.) Nancy is our in-house Wine Taster and sounding board for all. Josh is our Marketing Guru and our tech lifesaver! And Hannah, our experienced Wedding + Event Manager. Together, we make sure your Wedding or Event is one to remember!

I had my wedding at The Vineyard in October 2025. Long story short: this venue and staff made our wedding day beautiful, stress-free, and so fun! I would choose them a hundred time...

s over. From the very beginning of the booking process, Hannah communicated quickly, kindly, and gave us all the information we needed. She was extremely informative and prepared for our tour and answered all of our questions afterward right away, even before we booked. Once we booked, she provided several resources that made planning so much easier and really gave me a good idea of decisions we needed to start making so we could be prepared and know what to expect. As someone who was planning my own wedding, I couldn't have asked for someone more helpful and responsive than Hannah was our entire planning process, from 12 months out from our date to the night before! On the wedding day, the staff (Hannah, Katie, Maddie, and Natalye worked our day) made everything organized, stress-free, and fun. They were always asking if we needed help with anything and so many things were prepared for us (the arch, centerpieces, table cloths, chairs, tables for cocktail hour/guestbook, easel for seating chart, etc.) which made decorating feel so easy! They were on top of vendor organization, timeline management, and kept an eye on the weather for us to help us make last-minute decisions when things were getting iffy for our outdoor ceremony. They were so organized that every time I left the bridal suite I was surprised at how much had been handled without me ever being bothered, and it was all exactly how I wanted/pictured it. Our whole night went so smoothly and I really attribute that to the beautiful venue and amazing staff. I loved working with Hannah and I'm so happy with how our day went!

like something out of a fairytale. The staff was incredible from start to finish, guiding us through every step and making sure our day was seamless. On our wedding day, everything was perfect — the setting was breathtaking, our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the atmosphere, and we truly felt cared for in every detail. For the price we paid and everything that was included, I would recommend this venue to anyone! Hannah was so wonderful to work with and went the extra mile to make sure my husband...

and I had the wedding we wanted. The venue offers some of their own things which gave us peace of mind in knowing we had some things provided and it was less we had to worry about. The venue is well taken care of and the landscaping outside along with the vineyard is absolutely beautiful as well!
