The venue is really nice. Good location and even offers valet parking. HOWEVER, the general manager is not very communicative. She does not follow up well with timely phone calls...
or emails. Truth is she needs an assistant. She is not the only one that books dates so you can call and the date is available and her counterpart can book that date from another location without her knowledge. When we originally communicated she had my date available. But because it took her so long to get back and the other person was also booking, my date was no longer available. It literally took me over a week to just get her on the phone and she still didn't answer my questions. I asked if I could schedule an appointment to come pay my deposit and talk through some of my questions and she said, just come on Wednesday after 4pm. It was literally a first come first served. LOL so 3 other people could have been there before me and I would have just had to wait. I was really disappointed because I really wanted to support this local, family owned event space but I had to believe the way she was treating me would continue throughout the process. She came off annoyed to even talk to me. My best friend overheard the conversation and said wait who is she talking to like that lol. I'm not saying don't use them but I am saying PLEASE have patience and be prepared to call several times and several times a day to get ahold of her. I am hopeful she will get some help and a system because it's a nice spot.
