many couples, we were initially nervous about pricing. Choosing a Saturday daytime wedding ended up being the best decision we could have made, it helped with the price per head and allowed us to fully experience the venue in daylight, surrounded by blooming flowers, greenery, and vineyard views for the entire day. One of the biggest positives of this venue is that your wedding is the only event on the property. You truly get to take over the entire space - the cocktail hour deck, ceremony area, lawn, and winery vines. We were able to make the day completely our own. We set up cornhole on the lawn, brought in a vintage Volkswagen photo bus, and gave our guests the freedom to explore and enjoy the property. There were so many scenic and varied places to take photos, meaning you never have to leave the property to get amazing photos. There were truly no limits, and that flexibility made the day feel relaxed, fun, and personal. The food was fantastic. We received so many compliments from guests, and the short rib was an absolute standout. The bar was equally impressive because drinks were not watered down (a huge win), and there was a great variety of options that kept everyone happy. Leading up to the wedding, my husband and I worked closely with Kate Wiggins, who was incredibly responsive, efficient, kind, and patient - even with my many (sometimes insane) questions. She made the planning process feel smooth and manageable, and we always felt supported. The week of and day of the wedding, we were lucky enough to work with Mike as our maitre d, and I truly cannot say enough about him. One moment in particular stands out: as the wedding approached, the forecast showed a potential storm, my worst fear, since the outdoor ceremony space is what made me initially fall in love with the venue. While others were stressing me out with worst-case scenarios, Mike was a calm, confident, and positive force. He reassured me that we would plan for an outdoor ceremony until the absolute last second unless it became impossible. His confidence completely changed my mindset and he was right! We were able to have the ceremony outside, and it meant everything to me. Beyond that, Mike handled my chaotic bridal party with total ease and humor, keeping things moving while still having fun with us. His presence made the entire day feel lighter, calmer, and joyful. The Vineyards of Aquebogue started as my dream venue, and somehow it still exceeded every expectation. I am endlessly grateful we chose to have our wedding here and I truly can’t picture it anywhere else. If you’re looking for a venue that offers beauty, flexibility, yummy food, incredible staff, and an unforgettable experience for both you and your guests, this is it.

When we started touring venues all I said was we have to just look. I cried walking into the cocktail, we put a soft hold on our date and a week later I emailed saying “you are the one”. Kate is phenomenal. From our first meeting, to the morning after our wedding Kate kept my sanity. She was always available when I needed her and never made me feel like I was a bother. She answered all my questions, handled all my concerns, and accommodated everything we asked for. She is truly wonderful. Our matrie de Kevin and bridal attendant Jill the day of the wedding were also fabulous. They kept everything running smooth and were very attentive. Food is absolutely fabulous and they offer so much which was important to us. Also they offer so much variety and very accommodating to me being a vegetarian. Our guests were raving during the wedding and after about how beautiful the venue was, how great the food was, and just the overall atmosphere. It is also EXTREMELY comforting that they only book one wedding a day. Knowing the entire place is yours, and the staff is there for you, makes you feel so special. Another huge plus for us was how dog friendly they are! It was very important our dog Rex was there for our big day, and he was allowed everywhere (on leash of course). There were very minor hiccups as we were leaving and during cleanup where things were moved or put away quickly and we were unsure where something’s were ; but I understand they are just trying to be efficient.
