She also helped us find good food vendors when we were having a hard time finding the right one. She also does decor/flowers and having all of this in one was not only cost effective, but so much easier to manage! 15/10 would recommend as planner and florist, she definitely knows her stuff!

We had a rainy day, which was disappointing but Amy gave the bride an umbrella and many of the best pictures incorporated it! I would highly recommend her. Amy was also very respectful of budget and worked with us to stay within it when we needed to revise the final bid.

great in matching the colored glass we used to decorate the tables with what she had in her own stock. We got so many compliments on our flowers and table decor. We dried out our bouquets, and they still look beautiful all these months later. I’m so happy we’ll have them forever. Thanks Amy!

We had a very specific and maybe not so common theme for our wedding, and she was able to take what we said we liked and make it so much more then we could've envisioned ourselves. We hired Amy to do the decor and flowers, as well as coordinate the day. She was incredibly quick to get back with us via phone and email with any questions and sent us pictures and ideas she had for the decor that we could approve/change. I loved how easy she made wedding planning for us. I do not think my husband or I could've come close to how wonderful our venue and ceremony were decorated by Amy. Amy had great suggestions with other vendors in the area and was able to coordinate with our venue which helped relieve any stress for my husband and I. The day of, Amy and her team handled all the set up and break down, and also kept us on schedule. Anything we needed, she was quick to get to either my husband or I. Our guests were also blown away by what Amy and her team prepared in decor. We are so grateful for her ingenuity, professionalism, and care that she took with our wedding. Months later, we still look at the pictures and are in awe of how perfectly she captured our dream wedding. Amy and Vintage souls were the best service we hired for our wedding and made planning so much easier and stress free. We cannot recommend her enough if you're looking for a unique, totally true to you wedding. Her pricing was more than fair and very transparent. Amy and her team made our day so much more special than we could have dreamed of ourselves. We cannot recommend her and her services enough.

they will make your wedding magical and take care of everything. you can give her some pinterest inpiration pictures and she will make those look like amateur hour because she's that good at putting things together and making sure that the decorations are flower match your vision entirely. I was very lucky to have found her and honestly she should be charging more for all that she does. She was able to find me a DJ the week of my wedding when my other one ghosted me, and the DJ that she found was better than I could have hoped for. she made everything run so smooth and was a constant support to me the day of the wedding that if I could do it again, I would pick her again. words can't truly express how happy I am for the way everything turned out and how lucky I feel for having found her.

the reception. Everything was so beautiful and went off without a hitch. I even spotted Amy cleaning a spilled drink from the dance floor. They traveled out of town to help us and arrived the day before, were in touch with all of our vendors (all of whom raved about them) and even gave us a really sweet card. We would hire Amy and Kenny again in a heartbeat!!

don’t seem to have enough words to describe how I truly felt on that day. My (now) husband and I live in Oklahoma, and planned to do a little bit of a destination wedding in Eureka Springs, AR which is about 3 hours or so away. I hired VS Events to help me plan my event as they were local to Eureka Springs and one look at their webpage, with all of their past amazing work spoke for itself. I was initially thinking…. WOW… I wish I could have the wedding of my dreams like in these fantastic photos….but I was on a major budget crunch and I wasn’t sure how much I could afford. I reached out to VS Events and spoke to Amy. I told her (figuring I couldn’t afford much) that I just wanted maybe some aisle decorations and a sweet heart table. Amy was great! She had me fill out a questioner to help her get to know me better and then also get an idea on what I was looking for. When I let her know my restricted budget, never once did she ever make me feel “less than” for following a budget… instead she told me to send her my Pinterest board of everything I loved and was thinking about. Now… Brides, you all know how Pinterest is… everything on there is amazing! I had pinned a lot! Amy took my Pinterest board and literally made it come to life…. IN MY BUDGET! I went from thinking .. its ok I’ll have a few decretive items to… WOW….. this is officially my dream wedding and it’s all in my budget!!!! It was Magical! Her artistic vision is one of the best!! Imagining the time and stress I would have had trying to do this on my own… is simply insane! I didn’t experience any of it. While the location was being set up – I had Amy for day of coordination as well, she handled everything! She and her team were absolutely angles! From decorating the plain cake (which was part of my package with my venue) with all these amazing flowers and succulents, wrangling the guys, guests, bridesmaids.. to setting up and taking down all of the décor. She kept me calm, informed…. Seriously, I’m not sure how she did it all (fairy Godmother for sure!) I cannot rave enough about VS Events… Destination Wedding Brides or even local Brides…. Know this, you will be well taken care of in the hands of VS Events! If you’re looking for someone to help you, and you want a magical dream wedding…. Hire them! This is one luxury you can afford and will be so glad you did! If I had to do this a million times over I would choose VS Events every time. Amy and her husband Kenny are the BEST!

The florals were breathtaking, the reception stunning, the food wowed everyone (highly recommend Bombadil's Cafe!) e tried to do everything ourselves, even after dealing with postponing our wedding from April to September. From the very first meeting at her warehouse with Kenny, we knew we NEEDED them. I had visions, but Amy and Kenny executed them with ease. Amy was very responsive to any questions and concerns I had. It was just so amazing to have them coordinate and design our beautiful wedding. Once the wedding started, I had no worries about anything. Highly recommend and worth every penny!!

With a few pictures of ideas and colors we wanted, Amy created an absolutely beautiful reception. The floral centerpieces were exactly what my daughter had imagined. Amy also took multiple heirloom items from both families and created a stunning & memorable display. God has given Amy a loving spirit and very special gifts that she used to truly make our daughter's wedding incredibly beautiful & special!!!
