Adel is very nice. When I contacted her online, she replied right away and was flexible with our budget and our menu. She served high tea during our cocktail hour to go along wit...h the Victorian theme of the wedding. Everyone loved the food and the vintage dinnerware that everything was served in. She even set aside a plate for my new hubby and me, but we didn't really get to enjoy it all since we were taking pictures at the time.
The only thing that could have been better is that she could leave the leftover food since we did pay for it after all. Also, it would have been great if she did not ask for the rest of her payment during the wedding in the middle of our finishing pictures.
