Welcome to The Wainwright, a soulful new venue opening in April 2027 in the heart of Mountain City, TN. We are a flexible-use venue designed to support creativity, joy, and connection at every turn.
Guests are welcomed through a thoughtfully designed entryway into a warm, inviting foyer, which leads directly into our 50x50 indoor, climate-controlled entertainment area. A flexible, light-filled space with dynamic wood ceilings that rise from 12-16ft, creating a stunning open canvas for ceremonies, receptions, and events of every kind.
Across the room, oversized doors open to a 70x80 outdoor entertainment lawn, ideal for tented celebrations, cocktail hours, live music, or open-air ceremonies beneath the mountain sky.
A few important notes about us:
All rentals are full-day, include the entire facility with tables and chairs for up to 250 guests. We offer an accommodating open vendor policy, are pet-friendly, have spacious, ample restrooms, a dedicated catering kitchen, and offer optional use of the 45x64 Sail Cloth Tent. We plan to start offering site tours in late 2026 and will host our first events in April 2027.
