The Walnut House

The Walnut house was the best EVER!!! They were so incredibly accommodating and had everything ready for me. They even let us come in a few days before the wedding and set everything up. David and Ricky are so kind and they truly want your event to go off perfectly!!! Would recommend to anyone!!

The people at The Walnut House were wonderful! We had 2 excellent DJs that were great to work with! The space is beautiful and reasonably priced.

I had a beautiful candlelight reception at The Walnut House. The room was the perfect size for our 100 or so guests. Plenty of room to dance and mingle. This is a live music venue so the acoustics are great! Another perk was that the staff is extremely organized and caring!

My mother and I disagreed about where to have my wedding. She wanted something outside and natural but I wanted something indoors and intimate. I was getting married in April in Tennessee and didn't want to risk the elements or get grass stains on my dress. But we ended up going with my choice of the Walnut House. It was beautiful. We got married before there was a separate area for the ceremony so we set our tables up and had "wedding dinner theater." Everything was beautiful, from the lobby to the rosewood flooring to the chairs. The table and chairs were included in our cost and we had plenty of room upstairs for my bridal party and mother (and me of course) to get ready. We also rented the AV equipment which was top of the line (it is also a recording studio. The only downside was that a lot of my friends and family complained about not being able to take good pictures during the wedding because of the lighting. However our professional photographs came out beautifully. It was a beautiful wedding and everything I wanted. And my mom finally agreed that it was a great space and she was glad I got married there.
