The Wandering Portrait Bus

The Wandering Portrait Bus is a mobile, solar-powered portrait studio based in Dillon, CO. The studio is built into a 26-foot retrofitted transit bus, affectionately known as “Queenie”. Queenie is perfect for weddings and other special occasions. Queenie is designed to provide a memorable space in which to make fun, quality photos. The bus has a lovely natural wood bench that you can use; alternatively, the company’s experienced and talented crew can create a set outside the bus. All you have to do is gather a group of your family and friends, strike up a pose, and then walk away with beautiful prints that are ready to frame. The Wandering Portrait Bus is operated by a two-person team that includes photographer Sari Blum and her eagle-eyed editor. Together, they have what it takes to help you look and feel your best. They have an eye for lighting and angles, and their editing skills leave Instagram’s filters far behind.
