At The Warnock Effect, we believe a wedding reception should feel thoughtfully composed—not simply decorated. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, we are an events and hospitality company specializing in distinctive wedding tablescapes, personalized reception details, and select wedding-day services. Led by Creative Director Liz Warnock, our work draws on more than 25 years of experience in interiors, furniture, and graphic design. We consider the room as a whole—proportion, color, texture, and candlelight—to create a cohesive setting shaped by the couple, not a standard formula. **OUR WEDDING SERVICES** **The Wedding Countdown — Starting at $3,000** Our signature wedding styling service includes four guest tables plus a complimentary sweetheart table. Guest tables feature professionally pressed tablecloths (white, navy, or black), white linen napkins, gold starburst chargers, gold flatware, fresh carnation centerpieces, and layered candlelight. Personalized printed menus are included. We handle installation, final presentation, and scheduled collection, coordinating with the venue on layout, access, and setup. Additional guest tables are $500 each, up to 12 guest tables total. **The Wedding Brief — $175** A focused, 60-minute private Zoom consultation for couples seeking professional perspective before making decisions. You'll receive a preliminary timeline and written action summary to keep and use as you plan. **Wedding-Day Coordination — Starting at $1,500** Available under a separate agreement, this service focuses on execution: following an established timeline, checking in with vendors, assisting with guest flow, and managing key ceremony and reception transitions. It is not full-service wedding planning. **THE DETAILS THAT MAKE IT YOURS** Beyond our signature tablescapes, we offer separately quoted enhancements such as custom stationery, signage, keepsakes, and styling for selected reception areas. Through our Concierge Services, couples can also arrange DJs, live musicians, photographers, bartenders, and officiant services, subject to availability. Couples are welcome to work with their own vendors. **BEYOND THE WEDDING DAY** Our styled events and private dining services are also available for engagement celebrations, bridal showers, and intimate gatherings. **WHAT TO EXPECT** We begin by learning about your venue, priorities, inspiration, and budget.
