I then went to their website to make a phone call consultation appointment, set up my time and date for the appointment, and waited for the phone call. I received a text saying that Brenda will call me for my upcoming phone appointment at the time I scheduled the appointment for. I never received a call, so I tried to call the number on the website, but the person who answered said I had the wrong number. So I had to email asking about why the call never came, and they responded an hour later saying they texted me, asking if I received the text. I responded that yes, I received the text about my upcoming phone appointment, but no one called. I received no response to the email, so the next day I emailed again asking if they had a phone number I could call to talk to a person about pricing, packages, etc. They finally responded 4 hours later saying that they texted the wrong number and that the text was supposed to say “We are currently not taking new bookings and do not have a date when that will change. We wish you luck in your search for the perfect venue and I’ll cancel your scheduled call for 11:45 today. Thank you for your inquiry and we wish our best to you both!” I don’t know when they were planning on telling me the appointment was canceled because I received that appointment confirmation text I mentioned earlier an hour before the appointment. Overall, I wished that we were able to at least talk to someone, but they made it very difficult to try to communicate at all.

They have built almost everything on the property themselves, and it shows in every corner. The venue has a personal touch that’s hard to find elsewhere. Another huge bonus is that the venue takes care of so much of the decoration for you! The beautiful natural surroundings, combined with tasteful touches, meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the venue all night, and it made for the most perfect photo opportunities. If you’re looking for a place that offers stunning views, exceptional service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend The Waterfall Shire Event Venue. The owners truly go above and beyond, and the venue itself is a dream come true.
