e Waterfront Beach Resort! Our decision was simple the moment we started communicating with our hotel event coordinator Melissa. She was extremely kind and professional. When we had our first meeting, she wanted to get to know us as a couple and allowed us to customize our wedding package to our vision. Everything at this hotel from the room blocks to the coordination to the wait staff, bartenders and not to mention the AMAZING chef that cooked our dinner and the amazing ballroom coordinator who checked in on us all night making sure everything was filled and gorgeous. I was never stressed at all! This hotel had great communication as a whole and we were never left in the dark! We were kept updated. My guests were very VERY impressed with the luxurious coastal ballroom and terrace as well as the grass ceremony area where we put out 360 photobooth. We had a lot of last minute changes due to people getting sick and being able to unattended and Melissa was very quick and receptive to the email updates! Everything that was promised to us was provided. We also were sent gift from Melissa and Rocky to our rooms along with a letter in an envelope personalized for us! I'm smiling as I am typing all my thoughts because it was truly TRULY wonderful. My parents friends bombarded their phone raving about how gorgeous and luxurious the wedding was and how beautifully decorated and festive it appeared! The heat lamps provided more than enough heat to help the guests feel comfy. The beautiful fireplace with couches were a very sweet and romantic touch to the terrace. The sunset was beautiful as the guests admired from the large glass panels! The bridal and honey moon suite were perfect! The bridal suite had the perfect 2 windows for the bridal shots and well as the wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses hanging shots! I have never been to a wedding where the guests constantly came up to me and raved about how AMAZING the food is as they are eating it. Chicken was cooked to perfection and the people could not stop talking about the brocolini and asparagus ! Everything was planned, communicated and executed to perfection. I could not have asked for a better team nor a better venue! This definitely is affordable (as affordable as luxury weddings go) and included a lot of things including the cake! Which is AMAZING may I add! I LOVED our wedding cake design as well as the flavor and taste! And I usually do not care much for wedding cakes I would 1 million percent recommend this venue for every brides wedding! The place is already decorated so all we brought were our lil touches and floral centerpieces! During most of the planning period, we lived about 4 hours away from the venue, and Alicia was really our lifeline to keep us organized. The Hilton's wedding package also covered most of the basics (cake, dance floor, all the standard ceremony/reception seating, etc). This allowed us to focus on our own projects (diy decor, dances, traditional elements from our families). And, thanks to their provided day-of-coordinator, everything went off without a hitch on the big day.

nuinely mean that I would give more than five stars though. From the moment I toured the property, all staff I interacted with felt welcomed. I had the opportunity to work with Melissa as my venue coordinator and she was wonderful. From the moment we first started working together she answered all of my questions and went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. It gave us great peace of mind knowing we were in such capable hands. Enough cannot be said about the wedding itself. The catering team was attentive to my husband and me, always within reach with a smile for whatever we needed. They were also very attentive to all of our guests, so much so that multiple guests commented that they felt like a guest of honor. An example that best sums this up is that my mother was talking to guests while dinner was being served. When she returned to her table the other guests there had their meals but hers was not on the table. A staff member helped her into her seat and another promptly brought her dinner which they said they had been keeping warm for her. This property is a beautiful venue that created the perfect setting for our wedding but what really knocked it all out of the park was the service and the people we interacted with. Every little detail was attended to and I cannot thank everyone we interacted with enough.

We worked with Vanessa throughout the near-entirety of our time coordinating with the Waterfront Beach Resort, and Vanessa was incredible at being very responsive to our numerous emails and meticulously answering each question in detail. She helped work through the many nuances and details of our wedding, which included a tea ceremony component during the early afternoon in addition to the ceremony and reception. The one slight hiccup occurred the week of our wedding, when we were told that Vanessa would be on vacation the weekend of our wedding, and Nancy and Semrin would be taking over. Unfortunately, there were some details that were not completely conveyed through, so the morning of the wedding did feature some stressful last-minute reminders to correct a few detail items. However, ultimately, Nancy and Semrin came through and helped make the day a wonderful experience (Semrin even get us into the rooftop bar for some wedding party photography before it opened to the public). Our wedding ceremony at the Vista Lawn and the reception in the Coastal Ballroom were beautiful, and our whole set-up was super well organized and convenient. Our guests also raved about the fantastic food throughout the evening, from the hors d'oeuvres to the main courses to the ice cream sundae bar and taco bar we had. The bar staff was also super attentive with making sure we had beverages when we needed them. Overall, we have zero regrets about going with the Waterfront Beach Resort and are so thankful for their part in making our memory one to remember for the rest of our lives!

h the services the venue provided and answered every, and I mean EVERY question we had. Due to covid, we had to change venues. And we are so glad we did! Since we already had a vision in mind, Angie helped us transfer that image, and more at the waterfront. We had specific demands such as a white stage, acrylic tables, white dance floor, etc. Angie worked with my planner and us to find us the best vendors and, helped us find the best bang for our buck. We also had a budget that we tried to stay within. Angie & the Waterfront team worked with us to stay within budget and still give us the wedding of our dreams. The food was AMAZING! We had our guests choose between the braised short ribs and salmon. Till this day our guests are still telling us about how amazing the food was. I’m hoping we can go back just to eat the meals. We hosted both our rehearsal dinner and wedding at the waterfront. Now, when I tell you they have amazing service, I mean AMAZING! At the rehearsal, I always had a drink in my hand because the team always made sure I had one. They want you to feel comfortable and at ease. At the wedding reception, same thing! I never had to go to the bar because there was always a drink handed to me. When we checked into the hotel the night before, Angie not only got us the best suite so my bridesmaids and I could get ready in and then stay in the night of, but also she sent over drinks and snacks for us! She also had this worked out the night of the wedding! The service was so unexpected and just impecable. Even when I was stressed because we had a lot of items to drop off at the venue before our rehearsal, Angie just came with her team and took care of everything. Overall, I give Angie and the Waterfront team a 10/10. If you want a venue with amazing service, is very knowledgeable about the wedding industry, has amazing connections, and an overall BEAUTIFUL landscape, then the waterfront is the place to be ☺️ Thank you Angie and the Waterfront team! If we could have our wedding all over again we would!

ng in Coastal Ballroom in May, everything went perfectly and just as we had envisioned. We worked with Angie as our coordinator and she is truly the best! She was easy going and fun to work with and made the planning process as seamless as possible, especially since we live out of state. She really listened to our wants and needs and helped us find a package that was perfect for our guests. Many guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and the food was incredible! We could not have had a better experience at the Waterfront Beach Resort!

Our guest list was cut in half to abide by the guidelines. We were lucky to have worked with Vanessa, the Catering Director. She accommodated us and kept us informed as Orange County was going through the lock down and then the reopening phase. We were able to pull off a COVID wedding safely with the assistance of our Wedding Coordinator and the Hilton Waterfront Beach Resort staff. Our banquet tables were set up in the Vista Lawns overlooking Huntington Beach. The weather was perfect that day except for a light breeze. Heat lamps were in use for the evening hours. Dinner was served with the sunset in the backdrop. My husband and I were overjoyed to have had our wedding celebration at this beautiful venue. If you want an elegant atmosphere but not too posh then this hotel/resort is the perfect choice! Thank you for making our special day more than memorable!

We finally found the perfect one in Huntington Beach, and that was the Waterfront Beach Resort by Hilton. Their location is phenomenal and the roof top bar provides incredible views for short gatherings before and after all your wedding weekend plans. From our first initial contact to inquire, we got a speedy response from Angie who provided a lot of information to get ahead of any questions we had. The entire process from start to finish was always on point, and we reached out to Angie and her team and always got a rapid response back. Food and service were above standards expected and was displayed beautifully and equally delicious. Our guests said that this was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. Thank you so much to Angie and all of the Hilton staff for making this the best day and weekend celebration of our lives!

tic desserts were going fast, even though we had ordered plenty. One staff member was especially thoughtful. She saved dessert plates for us coz she knew as parents we had not had a chance to eat them. She made sure we got our share at the end of the night. They even saved the numerous flower arrangements overnight in the fridge for me. Everyone was very supportive and worked through every detail going above and beyond their call of duty. Minor issues with room allocations were handled well. And all our numerous requests right from luggage delivery, goody bag delivery, to saving flower arrangements were all handled well with a smile. We had a lot of rooms, over 350 guests, delayed and cancelled flights, so you can imagine the kinds of issues the staff had to deal with. They came through marvelously ! Our guests are still raving about the wedding and the location. It was truly a magical weekend. Kudos to the Waterfront Hotel and Staff.

Angie Florence, the catering manager, was extremely professional. During wedding planning, we've exchanged hundreds of emails and Angie was always there to assist. Angie was highly knowledgeable about the wedding industry. In addition, she was flexible and very easy to work with. Not only was Angie organized with dates and payments, she also contributed numerous unique ideas that were invaluable to our wedding experience. Aside from the beautiful location of the Waterfront Beach Resort, Angie and her team really made the wedding planning period less stressful and our wedding day memorable. The high quality food and service was also amazing. They provided a large selection of items to choose from as well as including wine experts for pairing. Our guests loved the hors d'oeuvres and entrees. The pricing was reasonable and we definitely recommend the Waterfront as a prime wedding location.

I compared them to other venues and what you get for the price is no comparison. As for the actual planning and communication, our point person was Angie Florence. She expertly handled questions/emails from myself, my mom, and my dad, keeping us all informed in perfect coordination with our wedding coordinator. I felt 100% confident going into the wedding day that she and the Waterfront would deliver. And boy did they!!!!! The Waterfront is perfectly located on PCH in Huntington Beach where guests could enjoy the beach and the nearby restaurants and bars. The Vista lawn was STUNNING for the ceremony! I couldn’t have envisioned a more romantic, beautiful setting to have my dream wedding. All of the guests raved about the ceremony, the cocktail hour that faced the ocean, and the Coastal ballroom that fit 150 perfectly. If you are looking to actually enjoy the food at a wedding, the Waterfront is probably the only venue you should consider. As an Italian bride who had been to dozens of weddings before my own, I honestly set my expectations low. I told myself that no one enjoys wedding food so that I wouldn’t be disappointed. Fast forward to our buffet and we had guests coming up to our families to specifically tell them that the food was amazing. Even my chef-aunt, an educated critique, told me she was impressed with the food. They made me an entire fresh plate of ravioli after photos!!! The Waterfront does absolutely whatever they can to make the couple and their families happy. They go over and above to make sure they have everything exactly how you want it, and most importantly they are so nice about it! If you want a perfect beach wedding on all levels, book it!! Most of our guests stayed at the hotel (half and half between the two towers). Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the weekend. We had family and friends traveling from out of state so this was a great spot to enjoy a vacation for them. I cannot say enough praise for the entire staff here as well as our other vendors- most of whom we selected from the preferred vendor list provided. It was an absolutely perfect day and weekend and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to get married in Southern California. We will definitely be returning to stay here again and relive the memories of our wedding weekend.

uld have ever imagined! We feel so lucky to have been one of the first weddings at this beautiful venue because it is going to be one of the top places to have a wedding in Orange County. So many of our friends and family inquired about the hotel after our wedding. Our banquet hall is a big space but didn’t give the feeling of being too big. I am super picky about details but I loved every part of the room. The chandeliers and mirrored walls give it a modern yet elegant touch. I didn’t need to drape the hall, I felt that the walls gave it character. Our cocktail hour was on the new, gorgeous lawn. Our guests enjoyed cocktails and hor d oeuvres beside a water fountain and of course a view of the ocean. It was breathtaking and perfect for pictures. We worked with Angie Florence, the Catering Manager at the hotel. Angie and her team were so on top of it! They were so helpful and attentive throughout the whole process, asking questions, responding to emails and doing everything possible to make sure the day ran smoothly. And it did. I couldn’t have asked for a better staff. The Hilton Waterfront was the perfect place for our wedding and I am so happy with our decision.

Let me tell you CUSTOMER SERVICE ON POINT!!! Value got marked down because there were hiccups that occurred with construction that made us feel like the rate should of been decreased a bit for the inconvenience , flexibility well because like any hotel venue nickel & dime for every little thing even when it was a set up from the same vendors that were already approved. Overall the feeling of getting married at waterfront was nothing but amazing and still feels like a fairy tale when I see the pictures!

When we first toured the venue, there was a complimentary champagne waiting for us in our room, and honestly that's probably one of the reasons why we picked them! Right off the bat, they gave me the impression that they are organized and that is very important to me. We did not hire a wedding planner for our wedding, but it didn't seem like I needed one since Vanessa was very responsive and helpful the entire time. They took very good care of us. We really felt like a VIP at Hilton that weekend! The minute we parked our car for valet, we were immediately recognized by the staff. They knew us by name! They really made us feel special. We were legit VIPs while we were there. The place is beautiful! If you are one of those Instagrammers, this place has a lot of 'gram opportunities (they have nice interiors!). They have expanded the place and it had gotten so much better. I promise you won't be disappointed! I am so glad we picked this venue. I highly recommend this for a wedding, or for any event, due to their outstanding service. Every single one of their staff is so nice, helpful and very professional.

From the beginning, they made things happen that I didn’t think would be possible, they made changes whenever I asked them, and most of all they made my vision come true. As soon as we chose this venue, they stuck by my husband and I’s side, they catered to our needs and most of all they made our 250+ guests feel like they were VIP, as soon as they arrived. Not only was our reception hall perfect, but the hospitality, the care and the overall service they provided was beyond anything we have ever experienced. We got the call late June that it wouldn't be done in time and that we'd have the option to keep it in the old ballroom, which looked a bit rundown relative to the mock ups of the new space. However, Kamran and Nancy worked with us to ensure that the day was perfect. When we first walked into the ballroom, we were floored. It was beautiful, and they really made up for the disappointment of losing the new ballroom space. Thanks Kamran & Nancy, the day was amazing!

his happen. This was the first venue we looked at and knew it was the one. We had our ceremony on the Terrace overlooking the ocean and it was beautiful. We needed very little decoration since the background was already so perfect. Our reception was in the Tides Ballroom and was everything we pictured. Angie was so great and patient working with us to finalize all the details. Joseph with reservations was our main contact for reservations and he was so quick to help update rooms or add a reservation for us. When it came time for our actual wedding weekend, the entire staff at the hotel was so accommodating. Anytime I called for something, they brought it right away and added notes I requested to specific reservations. Our guests raved about how great their rooms were, how delicious the food was at our reception and how pretty everything looked. If you are on the fence about whether to choose this place for your venue, don't be! I did so much research before I booked all of my wedding vendors and can say with complete confidence that our wedding wouldn't have been as wonderful as it was if we had had it somewhere else.

Vanessa, Faye, and Jessica get to know their brides and help you every step of the way... I actually miss them a month later! Anything I needed help with was only a phone call or email away. So responsive and professional! When it came to our wedding, it was beautiful of course, but the beauty was enhanced by all the beauty around us at this hotel. From the marble lobby with the sweeping double staircase, to the gorgeous pool, to the ocean view, the Waterfront is the premier beach hotel in Huntington Beach. The Pacific Terrace looks over and ocean and the adjoining Pacific Ballroom creates an intimate, private area for you and your guests to enjoy your event. Hotel food, usually so-so. This is NOT hotel food. This is amazing restaurant quality entrees and yummy customizable salads. I had so many guests compliment the food during our reception, I myself finished everything on my plate! Another stellar thing about this venue is the amazing service provided by the banquet staff. Not only did they take care of me and my husband, but all of our guests were shocked at the level of attention they received from their server. All things considered, I could not have dreamed of getting married anywhere else and I can't wait to go back for my anniversary! I truly consider myself lucky to have had my wedding here. We worked with Vanessa, she was great with everything and gave us good advice on hiring vendors, the only complain I have is that she was not there herself on the day of the wedding. Although I'm in general very happy with how everything turned out there were some confusions with our bridal party and parents not knowing exactly where to go before and after the reception on the site that could've been avoided easily if a Hilton representative was there to direct them. Overall we were very happy with our wedding, the food was great (we had the Steak & Salmon), the room was gorgeous overlooking the ocean, and the staff was professional. I have to say that this venue was very expensive and I went way over my budget but it was a high quality venue. I'm glad that they included a wedding planner in their ceremony package, which was so helpful. I rate the responsiveness 4.5 because during the planning process sometimes we had to call several times for someone to get back to us, which is not a big deal, but for the price we were paying we expected quick responses all the time. food was delicious and all of our guests were raving about how good the food and drinks were. The whole team made us feel very welcome and were willing to accommodate all of our needs. They made sure I had everything I needed on my wedding day and were all so sweet. I really liked that the Hilton offered a wedding package that included food, alcohol, a cake, a wedding planner, and many other items. It made it easier on our budget and easier to manage and plan. They also have a fabulous wedding menu tasting in which you get to try all the dinner entrees along with wines, champagne, appetizers, and salads. Most places don’t allow you to try everything. For our rehearsal dinner, we were able to plan a customized menu with Kathy and the head chef. The food was exactly how we envisioned it and exceeded all of our expectations! Our honeymoon suite was beautiful and had the most amazing view. I would definitely recommend the waterfront Hilton to any couple wanting a beautiful, yet reasonably priced wedding venue. I looked at many other beach locations in both southern California and central California and could not find anything that compared to the Hilton and was also reasonably priced.

he Tides Ballroom for our reception, I wish I could upload photos, It was beautiul! Kathy, the events Manager and all of her staff are beyond helpful, just great! Aaron will spend the time to help in room bookings for the event, Just a wonderful person! The food is Great!! They helped in making sure my wedding was truly My Dream Wedding and I can never thank them enough.. Janice and Travis
