The Watering Haul

The Watering Haul was my favorite thing I had at our wedding! We loved working with Casey and Michael. They are a pleasure to work with and have excellent customer service. Casey and Michael used their expertise to help us choose 4 unique specialty cocktails. And helped us to decide which liquors and mixers we should have. My venue was a blank slate where I got to choose all the vendors. We loved the WH because of the freedom it gave us to customize our wedding. We also found that it also is a more affordable option than your typical open bar at a wedding. This is because you get to purchase the alcohol for the WH to serve instead of paying crazy up charges for the alcohol like you would through a catering service. You pay for the WH services and then whatever you decide to buy for alcohol. (The WH team provides a consult of how much alcohol you will need for the amount of people you have) we ended up spending far less money on our bar services than our friends who had open bars through catering services. And we also got the plus of having a super cute trailer at our wedding! All of our guests guests loved the WH, and we got compliments nonstop about it! We had a 185 person wedding and the WH team was also able to offer us 2 additional satellite bars so that we could avoid lines at the trailer. This was a super great option that they had available for us. All in all, I would recommend the Watering Haul over and over again to any person who is getting married, and wants to have a unique bar a service for their wedding.

Wow, wow, wow! Where to even begin… we met Casey and Michael at an event, saw their cute little trailer and after a brief conversation with them we knew right then and there that they were our bar vendor for our wedding. Seriously two of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of not just working with, but meeting. I’ve worked in wedding for many years and there is nothing that irks me more than a bartender with a bad attitude! You won’t find anything like that with The Watering Haul. Casey and the Swig Rig team were awesome! They helped our vision come to life and they were so easy to work with. We almost ran out of liquor early on at our wedding and their team immediately ran out to buy more supplies to ensure we had our signature cocktails available for the entire night. They’re awesome and genuinely care about making your big day perfect in every way. The trailer was such a fun element of our wedding and a total hit with our guests. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love The Swig Rig! When my husband and I started planning our wedding we knew that drinks and a fun ambiance were crucial! Well the Swig Rig provided that and MORE! They were amazing at communication and incredibly professional, but boy do they know how to have a good time! They truly made our wedding an unforgettable experience for us and our guests. We booked The Swig Rig SD for our wedding in May 2021. The bar was definitely the highlight of the night! Not only does it add a charming look and feel to the event space but the bartenders were professional, fun and just as charming to all our guests. I received so many compliments from all our attendees on how great the bar experience was, especially the staff working it. Casey and Michael are so great to work with as well. They went above and beyond to make sure our special day was perfect. They helped provide recommendations on alcohol for our guest list, which was super helpful since I have never hosted a party of this size before. They were responsive, dependable and kind! They even worked with our vendors and provided recommendations to decorate the vintage trailer to match our decor and theme - although it doesn't take much to decorate her, The Swig Rig is a show stopper on her own. Having the Swig Rig at an event is definitely going to add something special to the party! It boosted our night and the guests are still talking about her. Thanks Casey, Michael and the Swig Rig for everything!!

Such a pleasure working with the Swig Rig! We used both the Rig and their staff for bartending and couldn’t have been more thrilled with everything. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the darling trailer and of course the delicious drinking coming out of it. They were so cautious while loading on to our property and left their space exactly how it was when they arrived. We’re looking forward to using The Swig Rig at many more events!

Hands down the best vendor we had! Extremely communicative, very willing to answer any and all questions, and work within our budget! Drinks were AMAZING, service was fast and the trailer is to die for! I cannot say enough good things about The Swig Rig! HIRE THEM!!! :)

The Swig Rig was at our daughter’s wedding in July and it was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! They had very fast service and awesome bartenders! All our friends and guests were raving about how nice the interior and exterior of the mobile bar was too. Would highly recommend them for any occasion!
