Was not expecting to have such an incredible venue in Lubbock! My family and I are from Florida and we found out about the Watson Building through my now husbands family friends wh...
o know the owners here locally. I CANNOT say enough good things about this building, the owners, and our experience from the first phone call all the way to when the owner and his sons were cleaning up our tables for us! Nothing but the best at the Watson Building!
A beautiful building with high quality family oriented service from Ted!
My sister got married here 13 years ago! I loved being able to share this experience with her all these years later. The Watson Building is timeless and elegant. The team is wonder...
ful to work with!
THE WATSON BUILDING WAS AMAZING!!! THE OWNERS ARE PROFESSIONAL, KIND, AND HELPFUL!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY PICK THIS VENUE AGAIN!!! SUCH A BEAUTIFUL BUILDING!!!!
This venue was PERFECT for our wedding. My family is big into historic places and it was super convenient that both our church & reception venue were historic. The building was lar...
ge enough to accommodate our DJ with a large dance floor, buffet tables, all our seating and the front rooms were super helpful for a play room for the kiddos, a place for gifts & a place for escort cards to be set up. Lois was so kind throughout the whole process & very responsive. Overall very nice venue, good size & great customer service.
This place was perfect. We had an elegant but rustic wedding and this place fit our theme perfect! It was priced perfectly for our small budget and gave us a lot of room on what to...
make of it! Would highly recommend!
Beautiful building amazing night so many great memories
The Watson Building is a great place to have a wedding! They are so accommodating and easy to work with. The building itself provides a great backdrop for a romantic wedding. The b...
uilding also includes a catering kitchen so you do not have to worry about the caterers having a place to prepare. Lastly, there is a large space for the bride to get ready.
The watson building is beautiful! They also allow outside catering for food and drinks. The owners are awesome! The only problem we had was with the chairs - they weren't as nic...
e looking as the pictures described. We would have used chair covers if we knew what kind of shape they were in. Also, there was no concierge service, like promised in the contract. But everything else was perfect!!
I am very picky and this place was perfect. While decoration the day before, I locked by phone in the building and the owner drove over there just to unlock it for me. SO sweet! Th...
ey were accomadation and so great. All the clean up was done for us. I am very happy with the look of the building and the customer service i received.
The Watson Building is a great place to hold the ceremony and reception, which is what we did! The people who own it are so nice and easy to work with and the building is so pretty...
so it needs very little decoration. A down side to the building is that outside of the day you use the building if you need to rehearse they charge a extra fee, but we had plenty of time to rehearse on the day of the wedding! They allow you to bring in your own caterer, photographers, bakers, ect. which we found really hard to find in Lubbock! We recommend this building to anyone getting married very beautiful building with a lot of great photo opportunities around the building inside at out!
We used the Watson Building for our reception and could not have been more pleased. It was spacious enough, but not over whelming. Lois was easy to work with and very helpful.
I had my wedding and reception in the Watson Building. We set up the tables for both wedding and reception, and provided a few rows of chairs in front of the alter for family. It...
