This was the perfect venue for us! the industrial vibe and courtyard were exactly what we were looking for. You won't find a better venue in Monroe! The location is perfect, highly...
recommend staying at the hotel and using the Sunroom for rehearsal. So many compliments from our guests on the location -heart of downtown yet nestled away! Very easy to work with the venue managers, tables and chairs included, easy access for vendors...what more can we say! We loved it!
We had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Wayfarer Music Hall and we had an amazing time! We were in search of an affordable venue that allowed outside vendors and also incl...
uded chairs and The Wayfarer fit our needs perfectly. Ms. Judy was very responsive to all of our questions throughout the process.
This space is beautiful and perfect for a smaller, intimate ceremony. They have four large hotel rooms upstairs that have so much charm and character. The venue manager was very re...
sponsive and let us tour more than once when we were trying to make a decision.
My bridal party and I stayed at The wayfarer night before the wedding. We rented out all of the rooms. The space is beautiful, and they had plenty of room for 7 adults and 5 kids. ...
They even let us use the Music Hall space downstairs for pictures. The only issue we had with them was response time before hand. It took several phone calls each time to finally get a response, but ended up being worth it!
We had a beautiful Friday wedding here. We did the ceremony in the Sunroom and the reception in the Music Hall. We even had all of the rooms for the whole event! We had the Rehears...
al Dinner in the Music Hall the day before and used the 3 suites they have for ourselves and the bridal party as well as for us for the wedding night. The seating was perfect for our wedding. We had 70 guests, all comfortably seated for dinner, and about half seated for the ceremony with plenty of standing room.
The staff there is amazing and they were very accommodating when it came to meeting with us, answering questions, and making any changes we needed. We were pretty much left alone the day of the wedding, since it's so small and they only have about 3 employees (including the owner), but they were always a phone call away if we needed anything.
We did have to do all of the decorating and cleanup of the hall, but we preferred to do everything ourselves.
Overall it was beautiful, so much fun, and an *amazing* price. The perfect venue for a small-ish wedding.
The town itself is adorable, with a ton of small shops and restaurants, and the bakery down the street (Karen's Confections) did an amazing job with our cake.
My reception was held at the Wayfarer Music Hall. It is a quaint little building with a very rustic and vintage charm! Upstairs is the Wayfarer Hotel with 3 amazing hotel suites. ...
We enjoyed the entire wedding weekend in the hotel and music hall. The guests raved about the unique historical location! You are able to bring in your own caterers and vendors and not tied to any specific ones. I loved having that flexibiltiy. Crista was so easy to work with and we loved every detail of having our wedding/reception at such a neat place! Downtown Monroe provided a cute backdrop and parking was easy and free!
