Exceptional Personal Service & Hospitality What impressed us most was the incredible level of awareness and attentiveness across the entire hotel. Every single staff member knew we were there for the wedding or part of the wedding party. Seamless Arrival: Even before we checked in, the valet team greeted us warmly and knew exactly why we were there. Thoughtful Staff: The housekeeping team was just as mindful and welcoming throughout our stay. Warm Atmosphere: Every staff member we passed in the hallways or lobby acknowledged us with genuine smiles and congratulations. Beautiful Decor & Perfect Accommodations The venue itself is stunning—elegant, sophisticated, and beautifully kept. The Executive Suite: This was an absolute lifesaver for the bridal party! Designed perfectly for preparation, it featured two full bathrooms, a spacious living room, a dining table, and a private separate bedroom. It gave the bridal party plenty of space to get hair and makeup done, relax, and enjoy the morning together without feeling crowded. Sophisticated Atmosphere: The decor throughout the event space created a polished, luxurious atmosphere for both the ceremony and reception. Outstanding Food & Lively Bar Service A wedding reception relies so much on great food and drinks, and the hotel exceeded all of our expectations: The Food: Simply amazing! Our guests are still raving about how delicious dinner was. The Bar Staff: They were spectacular! Beyond making great drinks, they were vibrant, interacting with our guests, and making the entire evening even more fun. Seamless Vendor Coordination The venue was already amazing, but the Waymark team made sure they had every corner of the hotel available for our photographer to get the perfect shots from the rooftop patio to the speakeasy in the Vault. Our vendors were able to easily put together our wedding look as the Waymark team was gracious with our vendors as they put together all of the beautiful final touches. A Relaxed, Stress-Free Celebration If anything went off-script during the day, we certainly didn't notice—the execution was that seamless. After the event was over, our daughter commented on how completely relaxed she felt and how much they truly enjoyed their wedding day. As parents, hearing that was the greatest gift of all.
