Susan was wonderful!! She spent a ton of time working with a bride who had no idea what she wanted. I sent her pics of thrown together real Trader Joe flowers mixed with plastic Michael’s flowers and she brought my vision to life. A veteran in the industry and we couldn’t recommend her more!

Susan was by far the BEST vendor we booked. My flowers were stunning, she pays attention to detail, she is an amazing person and amazing floral artist. She was able to do mainly candle looks for my tables and the photos are stunning. Can’t recommend her enough.

From our very first phone call, Susan put me completely at ease and made it clear that I was in great hands. She is exceptionally detail-oriented and genuinely invested in bringing your unique vision to life, no matter how big or small. Susan always took the time to truly listen, asking thoughtful and thorough questions I hadn’t even considered, which ensured every aspect of my floral and decor needs was covered.
Throughout the planning process, my ideas evolved and changed, but Susan was patient and accommodating. It was clear she wasn’t just providing a service, but was a joyful partner in the process, committed to creating something memorable and special for my big day.

On the day of, the flowers and decor were so much better than I imagined - all the bouquets were beautiful, and the centerpieces were stunning in our venue. She nailed our vision entirely and the flowers were such an integral part. I even cried when my now-husband and I did our room reveal - it was so beautiful and everything we imagined and more.

Susan was amazing for our October 2025 wedding. She was very thorough in our planning calls & gave lots of good input when talking about florals. She also didn’t make me feel pressured to choose certain styles or arrangements.
When she delivered the flowers on wedding day, I was in awe, they were so beautiful and everything I hoped and imagined. She is wonderful!!

Susan was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable, creative, and easy to work with. I didn’t have much more than an idea of exactly what I wanted, but she somehow took my vision and brought it to life perfectly. Everything turned out even more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. If you're looking for a florist, look no further than Susan. I talked to four different florists in my search and I instantly connected with Susan and could tell she takes so much pride in her work and that it shows. Our florals were so beautiful and Susan knocked it out of the park. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted and was indifferent about a lot of decisions when it came to florals, I trusted Susan's judgement and it paid off immensely. I got so many compliments on our lovely florals. My wedding even raved about how great her work was when I said I booked her. Plus Susan charges a reasonable price, many florists would charge more but Susan works to make sure your vision is met within your budget.

Booking Susan to create our wedding day florals was one of the best decisions I made throughout the entire wedding process. She really took the time during our initial consultation call to understand my vision, and she even sent a folder of inspiration pictures based on our conversation after the call–and this was all before I even committed to using her services. She truly cared about making sure we were on the same page regarding palette and aesthetic and was flexible to changes as they developed. Her communication was clear and organization appreciated. I can’t emphasize enough how dedicated she was to creating the wedding florals of my dreams. She absolutely delivered on the color palette for my bouquet, ceremony florals, and table decor as well as the shape and spirit of the designs! Our guests were just as blown away as we were about our florals. Susan stood out amongst all of the wedding professionals I consulted with and worked with as one of the best. I cannot recommend her services strongly enough!!!!

Ok, this is embarrassing, but I am writing this review a full year and a half after our wedding😳 Our nearly seven month old son is beside me as I write this lol I wanted to stop and write though on here about how truly incredible Susan is. Our flowers that day were all anyone could talk about. For me florals were one of my favorite pieces of a wedding. I asked for enchanted garden and let me say she delivered. I’m biased,but I truly felt we had the prettiest flowers I had ever seen at a wedding. And note to other brides if you’re thinking you want to have colors at your wedding instead of pink and white do it. I did spring pastels and looking at the pictures I’m astounded at how pretty everything turned out. I was an extremely anxious bride and she was amazing at assuaging my fears. She even reached out to my husband for last minute things because she wanted me to not feel anxious before our big day. She had amazing ideas for the staircase, our table arrangements and how to reuse those. She is a true artist. Thank you so so much for an amazing experience!

I am the mother of the bride…..
We were so fortunate to find Susan for my daughter Hayley’s wedding. She created an absolute gorgeous array of tall arrangements and spectacular florals on all the tall candelabra's. Each table was so special with the flowers, chargers, and special box at each place setting. She created florals for the seating chart and the parlor area that were also beautiful! Not only is she extremely talented, Susan was the nicest vendor that we worked with. She went above and beyond what we expected! Her pricing was excellent. We interviewed about 7 florists and once we had our meeting with Susan we were so confident we definitely had the right professional. It was a lot of fun brainstorming our vision and seeing all the fine details come together! She was so knowledgeable with florals and helping us get the look but keep within our budget. We would recommend Susan Foy and give her a 10 out of ten stars. If I lived in Cincinnati, I know we would be friends! The Netherlands, Hall of Mirrors is a spectacular venue, Susan’s work put it over the top with such beauty and gave the wedding that regal and romantic atmosphere with all the candles and lovely flowers. Dubbed the "hidden gem of the wedding industry" - Susan lives up to this reputation and more! Although I am not so sure her talents are hidden by any means - I think we all just believe she should be famous at this point, and that Cincinnati is lucky to have her all to ourselves. Susan is a little fireball of energy and creativity. She's sharp, thorough, efficient, organized and her artistry is unmatched. Give her your vision and let her take it from there. She will absolutely not disappoint you. I've personally seen her work 3-4x now (my own wedding included) and am amazed each time. Whether you want to go simple or grand, she's your girl. And she's not just there to add floral design, Susan does a fantastic job at making sure your vision comes to life in every way (flowers, lightening, decor, etc..) She helped us secure an arbor, candelabras, venue approved candles/lighting, centerpiece and cake table looks. She takes the time to really listen and then goes above and beyond to ensure your day is met with excellence. I couldn't say enough good things. Book her, book her, book her. You will not regret it!

Absolutely gorgeous center pieces and was in love with my bouquet! Susan took the time to have calls and created a shared album with inspiration pics to understand my vision. Leading up to my wedding, she worked great with my wedding planner and venue for setting up and flipping the room. I can’t recommend her enough!! My flowers were absolutely perfect.

We did not hire a wedding planner, nor have I ever order flowers before, and Susan was a great help while picking our wedding flowers and centerpieces! We didn't really have a "color theme" so she really made sure she asked questions, sent email examples, and guided us towards what we/I wanted! I was sort of a covid 19 bride, so we didn't have hardly any in-person contact, but she was very available via phone and email. Susan was very on the ball as far as scheduling consultations, and she followed up with meeting notes/emails within a day or two. Thank you for the beautiful bouquet, floral centerpieces, and candle centerpieces!

My now husband and I know nothing about flowers but Susan walked us through types of flowers that would fit our wedding colors and totally helped pull our vision together! We ended up having to postpone our wedding from 2020 and Susan really helped to make that process seamless and stress free! I would highly recommend Susan Foy as the florist for your wedding!! Susan was sweet, patient, timely, and flawless upon executing my order! Three items that stuck with me when working with Susan . 1. She graciously coordinated with my mother and I when we asked her to added a charm to my bouquet. This charm was given to me soon after the passing of my father earlier this year. Susan worked with us to obtain the charm, so she could link it to my bouquet for my wedding day! 2. I ordered a multitude of flowers in my bouquet, and per my final call with Susan, she provided me with the "final notes". These included which flowers were more delicate than others, how to hold my cascade bouquet and how to store the flowers until it's "showtime". Those small details were immensely helpful the day of! 3. Lastly, her execution of what I envisioned was spot on.! She does wonderful work.

Susan designed our florals for our wedding on October 30th, and she exceeded our expectations. She did flowers for the bridal party, the church, and the reception - bringing in the small touches of a family flower (stephanotis), bringing together fun elements for the centerpieces between lanterns and white pumpkins, and our favorite elements for fall.
Needless to say they were SO good that several guest took the centerpieces and we are working to preserve as many elements of her masterpieces as possible through a ring, ring holders, a pressed frame of my bouquet, and Christmas ornaments for our family. We had so many comments about how magical the flowers were. I had several people comment that they felt like they were on a movie set, and it truly felt that way. Beyond my expectations. If you need flowers for your big day - Susan is a no brainer.
P.S. I may be a forever customer for those pumpkin centerpieces for life in our home. So beautiful!

Susan was such a gem to work with! We picked Susan as our florist for our wedding and she was so incredible to work with. I started with a very vague 'vision' of what I wanted the day to look like (not to mention I switched plans twice in the process) and Susan was patient and kind as we worked through the specifics of the fall florals. FANTASTIC! Susan was such a pleasure to work with for our daughter's wedding. She listens to the brides vision...and despite my daughter changing her "vision" midway through planning and not really having a similar picture to show that new vision...Susan blew it out of the park! I truly cannot say enough kind, wonderful things about Susan. She saved us from a nightmare after our original florist ran off with our money and we were forced to find another florist just 2 months before our wedding. Susan was so empathetic, quick to respond and absolutely came to our rescue. She helped us sort through the mess we had and made our day perfect! My bouquet was absolutely stunning, along with my bridesmaids and the center pieces were perfect! SUSAN AND HER FLOWERS ARE INCREDIBLE! We chose Susan to be our florist for our wedding at The View in Mt. Adams. Our initial meeting was amazing, as she REALLY listened to us in what we wanted, what we didn't want, and even helped shape our vision! She also made it super easy to communicate with the venue and was great at letting us know what we needed, which took a lot of stress out. The flowers turned out even better than the idea board. They were just STUNNING from the tables, to the arbor, to the bouquets, and other details. You can tell she pays insane attention to every little detail. Susan is hands down the BEST!!! We had to postpone our original wedding and she was there to help us every step of the way. She did beautiful small arrangements for our original wedding and then again for our big one-year anniversary celebration, and both were STUNNING. She worked within our budget, provided a variety of options, and was a true pleasure to work with! Her work is truly stunning! My husband and I were blown away by her work. Susan is AMAZING!! She is so incredibly talented it is hard to describe it in words! Not only were her arrangements beautiful, but she was such a joy and pleasure to work with. She is incredibly kind and an excellent listener. I am not creative and had zero prior knowledge about flowers. She was patient with me and guided me through the entire process. I showed Susan my Pinterest board and she made all of my dreams into a reality, but way prettier than I could have ever imagined! I spoke to a few florists prior to Susan and they wanted to charge ridiculous amounts of money. Susan created stunning arrangements that were extremely budget friendly. If you want beautiful floral designs at your wedding that do not cost a million dollars, call Susan! I cannot recommend her enough!!!

Susan was amazing to work with. I connected with Susan right at the start of the quarantine and even though we never had the chance to meet in person she was able to understand our entire vision through phone calls. Susan was extremely responsive. I don't know much about flowers but she was able to help narrow down what we wanted and ask all the right questions to make our arrangements perfect. Our main color was steel blue and I wanted blue flowers but not ones that look artificial. She knew exactly what to do and it was perfect. Susan was very reliable and understanding. Our flower arrangements were STUNNING! One of our guests works at an art museum and goes to many black tie events and she said our flowers were the more beautiful arrangements she has ever seen. We are so grateful for her hard work. You will not regret working with her!!! We are still waiting on our photographer to send us our pictures so I just attached a picture of my bouquet that someone sent me.

I so highly recommend Susan for anyone's florist! She has an amazing vision and can really work with you to make sure you get what you want. Before I met with her, I had virtually no idea what I wanted. Thanks to her (and my wonderful mom and mother-in-law), we landed on tulips. You would have thought that she was a magical tulip fairy; the flowers were so incredible!!!!! Before we met, i really had no idea how many tulip kinds there were. After our first meeting, she sent her concepts with examples to help you visualize what you want. We chatted on the phone about a month before the wedding to finalize some details, and she was flexible with me in adding some last minute pieces with funds left over from estimating too many tables. She is also very mindful and conscious of your budget and works with you to get what you need!
