Excellent experience with the team at The Wedding Dress! These ladies were very patient and helpful throughout the search for my dream dress. Once I found "the one," I was especially impressed with Jessica's knowledge & expertise with alterations. She immediately knew what to do and jumped into action when I noticed a minor fit concern in the top of my dress. Her attention to detail was so appreciated for someone OCD like myself! Thanks to her work, the dress fit flawlessly on my wedding day. Thank you to Jessica, Nancy, & Kasey at The Wedding Dress-- these ladies are a dream team!

I booked an appointment on Saturday after having a less than stellar experience at David's Bridal. I received a confirmation email about an hour later saying my appointment was approved and confirmed. I made plans with my family to drive down tonight to go for my appointment and we showed up to find all of the lights off and the doors locked. I called them twice and emailed, but no response. I was forced to return home. Mind you, I don't live in the area. I was driving almost an hour from the Rochester area and now an hour back. I am incredibly frustrated by the complete lack of professionalism. If you're no longer available, just call. Or email. Or text...

What an amazing experience! They were wonderful from the moment I called to set up an appointment to AFTER the wedding and asking how it went! I high recommend this fantastic group of ladies to help you with your wedding dress goals! <3

My eldest daughters dress and veil was perfect, but my youngest daughters veil whose wedding was called off, was not included in the bag when we picked them both up. The owner has been contacted several times, acknowledged which veil , stating that I would have to wait until the Spring collection came out. After several emails I still have not gotten a replacement, response or a refund of $199.00 plus tax. Beware when picking up your dresses and veils and belts. Especially if your wedding is called off and yo can't bring yourself into looking in the garment bag!!!

Kasey, Jess and Nancy made the whole experience of finding a wedding dress and preparing for the big day, easy and enjoyable! Finding my wedding dress wasn't nerve wrecking or scary like most imagine, thanks to Kasey. I didn't have much of an idea, so she helped pull styles and within a short amount of time I had tried on multiple dresses and had it narrowed down to my favorite two. After choosing the dress and leading up to the wedding, they made the process simple. I live in New Jersey, so they always just scheduled the fittings around when I would be home in New York. I would recommend The Wedding Dress & Tux Shop to anyone! Thank you ladies for helping me my find my dream dress and making me feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day!

This is a cute little boutique i found through the internet. I went in with photos. and found my dress on the first try. The ladies there picked out exactly what i was looking for and knew what styles would fit great on my body type.

The Wedding Dress Shop is a small little boutique, so small that when you go in you will think in the back of your head that its impossible you will find your dress there. But you will be wrong!! I picked out about 10 dresses to try on & the first one I tried on was the one. I cried like a baby & that was what I was looking for when I was trying on dresses. I still tried on the other 9 & literally the girls make you look like a million bucks, even in the sample dresses! I am so happy I chose my wedding gown from The wedding dress shop. Every time I visited the shop for any dress needs Kasey, Jessica & Nancy were so friendly and never once did I feel like I was being pushed into something. I wish I could buy a wedding gown every year just so I can visit with these ladies more often. They are so sweet and do such a good job at making you feel like a Bride. There prices are great & there knowledge & expertise of wedding gowns is beyond words. Thank you again girls for helping me choose the most amazing gown ever!

I absolutely loved this wedding shop!! In Rochester, I stopped at every single bridal store and I found nothing I felt like a bride in. I saw 'The Wedding Dress' online and said to myself, I feel like this store will have the one! I walked in my first time and I absolutely fell in love with everything! The store design, the amazing staff, the amount of wedding dresses, and bridesmaid dresses, in a good way it all overwhelmed me. I am so thankful I made my last stop of looking here at The Wedding Dress. I worked with Kasey, and she was beyond amazing to work with, Jessica and Nancy were just as awesome! Im so happy I picked the dress I did, I love Maggie Sottero's dresses! I cannot wait to share this store with my friends and family!

I went to the Wedding Dress after contacting them about a specific gown I wanted to try on. They had a sample of the gown and were able to setup an appointment with me very quickly. They also had me try on a variety of styles of gowns to be sure that I was choosing the right one for me. Service was excellent, gown was beautiful, alterations were perfect and very affordable. Highly recommend this shop.

Fabulous experience! I went to 2 other shops and had just an OK time. The Wedding Dress owners and staff make you feel like you are the only person that is there. They also feel like friends and get excited when you're excited. You can tell they love what they do. The shop had my DREAM dress! I am so in love with it still! We got our bridesmaids dresses and groomsmens tuxedos there too. Great experience!

Purchased both my wedding gown and my bridesmaid gowns at The Wedding Dress. The staff were wonderful and spent plenty of time with me at each and every appointment. My dress was amazing and the alterations were perfect! I would highly recommend this vendor to every bride!!

The Wedding Dress is a place that I’ve known my whole life. My aunt got her wedding dress there, my sister got hers there, my mom got hers there when she remarried. I tried David’s Bridal and a few other “designer” shops, but none had the service that the Wedding Dress does. Nancy and Jess are absolutely wonderful. They spent hours with me trying on dresses and when I finally found the one over a year before my wedding, they let me keep it at the shop and come in to try it on whenever I wanted. They are so great and I absolutely recommend them!

I grew up in a small town right next to Geneseo. When I got engaged I figured I would check this shop out. Jessica was absolutely wonderful. She was very patient with me and gave me the one on one attention that the bride needs. I couldn't be happier.

They couldn't have been nicer! Started looking 3 months before the wedding and they said "no problem". Helped me find the most unique and gorgeous wedding dress! Also got 2 bridesmaid dresses there and everything was altered to fit perfectly! I wish I had more occasions that I need to get dresses for because I'd buy them all there! My dress was on the pricier side but it was all lace - they are more than happy to help work with you to stay within your budget.

This is the perfect, intimate little shop to find your wedding dress. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They carry great names and beautiful dresses. I can't imagine finding a dress anywhere else!

Michelle and Melody were easy to work with and were helpful in selecting accessories to go with my gown. They were also very accomodating to me and the bridal party.
