The Wedding Elites

We used the Wedding Elites for our wedding a few weeks ago and worked with the owner, Ross, when planning everything. The only concern we had was in the beginning he was not very responsive and took a few weeks to fix something on our invoice. Even though our date was “secured” it still made me stressed and nervous at the time that things would fall through. Everything did turn out fine though despite my worry! I think he was just very busy at the time. We had Liam as our videographer for the day. He was super nice and we loved how he was not in ours or anyone else’s faces at all throughout the day (we wanted someone to be more in the background and just capture moments throughout the day rather than staging/posing us and the bridal party). Every time there was something that happened that I wanted to get on film, Liam was always right there. He sent us a super nice text after the wedding too. We can’t wait to see all the footage!

I was super anxious for my big day until Ross and his team showed up. They were very easy going and Ross took control right away. I recommend him to anyone who needs quality photos for their special day :-)

Wedding Elites did a very solid job with my wedding. The videographer was great, easy to work with. Was right where I needed him to be to capture my moments, he even told me he brought out a drone to get additional footage. I would recommend!!!

We found Ross at a Wedding show, and gave him our contact information. After we looked at other vendors, we new we made the right choice with the Wedding Elites! They Handled everything, from photobooth to video, to photos. We love how easy it was to work with one vendor. I would hire Ross and the Wedding Elites again, and recommend them to anyone!

Where to start with the wedding elites. First the name of the business is a lie there is NOTHING elite about them. Second if you value your wedding day at all, and want a special memory to last your entire life. Capturing the most important day of your life. Absolutely DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY, let’s start with Ross he is a joke the man can’t get back to you to save his life. But to make up for his laziness he will gladly give you every excuse in the book as to why he wasn’t able to get back to you. He put in 0 effort in my wedding, actually that’s a lie when he needed his money he got back to myself right away and gave me a bunch of attention. Once payment was in hand that is when chasing him began, when I finally did get a hold of him it was always don’t worry we have plenty of time. Well come to find out his plenty of time was just a bunch of bologna. He was not prepared for my wedding I didn’t know who my DJ was till two weeks before my wedding, I had no contact with my videographer until the day of my wedding. Unfortunately now I have crappy memories of what should have been the best day of my life. I didn’t receive what was promised to me, what I signed a contract for! What I did receive is a joke my wedding video is in 5 parts and has no rhyme or reason to it. I think a drunk relative could have done a better job, I have spoken to Ross multiple times about my disappointment and frustration, he just made excuses about COVID and how unprepared he was for my wedding. Although my wedding was in May when pretty much all the COVID restrictions were lifted and had been for a while. He had absolutely no excuse to be under prepared for my wedding, I gave him plenty of notice before I hired him. And tried contacting him multiple times. So to blame his terrible performance and inconsiderate behavior on COVID is a joke. As a business owner that man should have had a plan in place, and if he couldn’t handle that he should have never promised me he could provide a service at my wedding. Any wedding website should be ashamed to have this company on their website he is not what a wedding service provider should be. I am completely heartbroken, I can’t even look back on my wedding because the memories he promised me are in the toilet. If you want a vendor that will break your heart make you pay them a substantial amount of money then come to your wedding, to just eat your food and leave. Please hire Ross because he is the best at that. I am warning anyone and everyone Ross is a liar, I have emails from him stating I will be receiving a refund for my disappointment. Since I was offered that refunded and I accepted it the man has gone radio SILENT. Not a word he refuses to answer my emails, this man is ridiculous and has picked the wrong bride to mess with.

Ross and the wedding elites were just that… ELITE! Our wedding was beautifully captured. Memories were made and are shown throughout all of the photos and videos that were taken. My husband and I would use Ross and the wedding elites again in a heartbeat!

Do not book if you value your big day. Where do I start? The first red flag was when my wedding planner could not get in contact with him until three days before the wedding in order to confirm the date and time, I had to get a back up videographer just in case he didn’t show up because I wasn’t sure if he was going to get back to us. We got married on 9/26/20. He showed up an hour late, but I was grateful that he did show up. Fast forward to three months after our wedding. Never got a trailer never got a due-by date. all I got was he was ‘still working on it’. First week of March 2021, Almost 6 months after our wedding we still hadn't seen a video or an update. Feeling a little desperate, I ask for anything: raw footage, a trailer, whatever he could give me and said that he didn’t deliver SOMETHING in a week then we would file a complaint. He got very upset at us and called me many names, but I still didn’t see a video. A few days later I finally got the video. I thought that was the end of it and we would move on. However, I wish I asked my sister-in-law to film it on her phone because it probably would’ve come out better and saved me a lot of money during COVID. Some scenes are blurred, there is a loud beeping noise the drowns out the music for my first dance with My husband, and you can hear personal conversations that drowns out the music for my dance with my dad. If had hoped to get any other footage but the dance floor for The four hour reception, I was sorely mistaken, because of Covid very few people were on the dance floor, and I have no footage of anyone else throughout the entire reception save the same 7 people who were not afraid of dancing. And the crowning moment was a very nice middle finger that a guest was giving to her date that took up the Majority of the screen for about four seconds which greatly upset my elderly parents. It was shocking to see that on a professional wedding video and the person involved did not realize she was being filmed at the time and was horrified that it made it into the final cut. It was very clear that no editing was done and no care was taken for this video that cost us $1800. I decided to email Ross back with these issues and let him know that we were very disappointed in his work, but admittedly we were happy we have something rather than nothing. He then told me this is only a rough draft of the video, and he was gonna take my email as a request to fix the video and make it better. Learning my lesson this time, I made sure I did not contact Ross at all asking for updates or bothering him for two whole months. I really wanted him to spend the time on this and do it right. By the time May 26 2021 rolled around And we are now eight months past my wedding I still have not seen a different video nor heard from this guy. I asked for a refund but I doubt that will be forthcoming. The best I can say is i’m glad I have something from my big day, but I will never watch it again because it is an embarrassment and it definitely wasn’t worth the hassle or the amount it cost. don’t waste your money.

I only hired them as my wedding photographers. The photos came out amazing. They did show up about 30 minutes late from the agreed upon time. The photographers were very professional and fun to work with.

Ross was our daughter’s videographer, he was so great to work with. All of our original plans had to be postponed due to Covid but we were still able to have a small ceremony. During this difficult pandemic he was so professional and made sure to include all the guests that came out to the church parking lot for the couple. We will always treasure those memories and are grateful for the beautiful video we can share with all the members of our families and friends that couldn’t be there. We couldn’t thank him enough. He was a pleasure to work with and a great value!!

Ross's personality was the best. He made everyone at the wedding feel comfortable, which during this pandemic can be hard to do. But before approaching people he would ask it was okay to take pictures. In addition, when taken pictures, I noticed that he was not only taking the traditional posed pictures, but also playful, fun pictures.

I attended a wedding where Ross was the photographer in July and his professionalism is stellar. You get more bank for your buck with Wedding Elite. He has a great personality as well, which is a plus.

10/10, highly recommend! Ross was so great! The whole process was seamless from engagement photos to wedding photos. It is rare to find someone who keeps it professional with such a great personality. He had all age groups laughing for the pictures, including the people who are usually hard to photograph. Having Ross at the wedding made the whole experience enjoyable. No stress and everyone felt comfortable. Our wedding pictures were better than we hoped for!

What can I say Ross and his team are phenomenal. my husband and I are not very traditional and love to have fun. after reviewing the pictures he took, I believe he caputred us and our guest the way we invisioned. He catured all of our playful moments. Also the turn around time, when we received the pictures was very fast.

The wedding elites were awesome. Ross and his crew really were attentive got all the shots that me and my husband wanted. The pictures came back relatively quickly and were perfect. He was very professional and allowed us to still enjoy the wedding while getting a whole bunch of really great shots the photo booth was fun everyone really enjoyed it it was great to have the video done by him as well. we had a party of 32 people and I know it wasn’t always easy but he kept his cool and really made everything work out nicely. Do not use this company for videography!!! It took 2 years to get us our wedding video. Horrible experience. If you read the negative reviews you will see this is a pattern. Stay away!

Wedding Elites is amazing!! They provided photography, DJ, and PhotoBooth for our wedding. Ross worked with us the whole time and made our day amazing. Ross was there along with a second photographer, Frank, and they both took amazing photos. They had lots of good ideas for photos and captured our night wonderfully. I will say that Ross delivered the photos that he took in a very quick time but it was slightly delayed getting the second set of photos but ultimately they were delivered and were amazing. The service and company of Ross were awesome. Ross is a fun guy and a great photographer. I would highly recommend The Wedding Elites to all who are looking for a photographer.

Absolutely perfect work. They were with us the whole getting every shot we needed. They were very reasonably priced & customized our package . Had no issues whatsoever. The engagement pictures were great too. The DJ was phenomenal . They made everything very easy & fun.

The Wedding Elites exceeded our expectations. Our photographers were amazing! We were so happy with all the Pix & video. Professional and great to work with. Our was awesome. They brought a drone and everything. Our video wedding highlight video was a tear jerker as they included all the special moments of our wedding day. All the staff we worked with on our wedding day were very accommodating and tried their best to make our day the best it could be.

Ross was great to work with. The prices seriously cannot be beat (we got a coupon from an expo in Hartford). Our photos were absolutely beautiful, and we have the best candid shots to look back on. We also got them back within 5 days of the wedding.

I have no complaints about service at the wedding or the quality of the pictures. I received all digital copies of the photos. However three years later I still have not received my album, in my personal opinion they have been very difficult these past three years trying to resolve the issue. It is unfortunate that this behavior from them I feel is unprofessional tarnishes what was otherwise a good job

Briefly met Ross in 2018 at a wedding expo in Hartford, CT - spoke on the phone with him afterwards to talk about the discount he was offering because the expo was so busy that I didn't really get a chance to fully stop and chat there... Really nice, honest, genuine guy and he was offering everything we were looking for within a reasonable price range so we booked him right away ... Engagement shoot was included in the package, he met us at a park literally five minutes away from our house which was super convenient and the photos came out amazing (got those photos back about a week or so after the session) so we were excited to work with him for our wedding... He had a lot of great advice and suggestions leading up to the wedding which were really appreciated.. I opted out of taking "getting ready" photos, so he and his team met us at our venue and stayed there until the very end... Wedding was on a Saturday and I received our file of 3000+ photos by Wednesday which I was super impressed with... His assistant Frank sent me a link for an initial draft of our highlight video literally three weeks later... Both Ross and Frank went above and beyond to capture smiles and special moments, that we would have otherwise missed if not for them... The night was such a blur and we are super grateful for Ross and his team for capturing everything for us and getting everything back to us so quickly. Highly recommend.

Great Service! I first learned about The Wedding Elites at a Bridal Expo in Springfield. It was getting down to the wire and I needed a videographer. I received emails from the company and decided to reach out. Ross was quick to reply- he called me right away and we were able to book my wedding date of June 1st, 2019. Ross took the time to explain who he was, his company, and how they operated. He gave me clear picture of what to expect in my video and so far he has delivered! We were in contact up until the wedding to go over the shot list, important people, etc. He was always easy to reach with any questions. Ross assigned Al and Claudia to work with us on our special day. Al arrived early and got great footage of the venue and details of the space. He and Claudia were friendly and professional. After Al miced me for the ceremony, I didn't really see him after that- they were busy capturing all of the important moments while not being all up in your face. We received a highlight reel only 2 weeks after our wedding day and boy was it magnificent! I could not stop crying the first, or second, or even then tenth time I watched it! They did such an incredible job of capturing so many special moments. I am still waiting for the final video but did receive a phone call from Ross after our highlight reel was released to give me a time frame of when to expect the final product (which is very soon). I am tired, and done with this guy disrespecting my wife, and continuing to spread lies to protect whatever reputation he has left. The real "nightmare" was hiring him in the first place. Imagine being told over and over again your DVD and refund is being mailed to you, and it never comes, until you get an attorney involved. Also, the church had to film our wedding ceremony, because he didn't show up on time. My wife deserved an apology for the crap that he put her through. Please, save yourself the hassle, and hire somebody that actually respects brides.

I met Ross at the bridal expo last year and instantly knew that he was going to be my photographer. He was the most straight forward guy we came across while searching for our vendors. We went through his company for the rest of our services, which was the best decision ever. We saved a lot of stress & headaches. Smart moves. Ross is very creative and detail oriented. Our pictures came out amazing and he helped us with a lot of things throughout the day. The video is great too. Really good filming and effects. Our DJ Chris was great too. We just got our album back with the video and we are really just amazed at the quality. I mean we knew the pictures were great when you got them but seeing everything in the album together is another story. Then the video is just amazing again being smooth and the clarity is perfect. Working with the Elites has been a great experience. We got more than we expected in every way. We'll always be thankful.

Ross was great! From the first time I spoke with him to today, Ross is great to work with. We hit it off with him right away and everyone at our wedding loved him! I received a GREAT deal for his video/photo package. He was always accommodating and was always up for whatever I asked for. Laid back and easy to work with. He knew where to be and when to be there. The photos came out beautiful and we were so happy them. He some great shots. He definitely has an eye for what works. Still working with him today putting together our wedding album and video and still love him!

If you are looking for a videographer seriously STOP and look elsewhere. Ross was happy to take our payment in full for our September 2017 wedding and we have still yet to receive our video. I have numerous texts and emails promising our video and still nothing. Ross had the audacity to ask us if we wanted to renew our vows and that he would record that since our initial vows were ruined since the videographer talked through them all. We were so excited about being able to have a video of the happiest day of our life and unfortunately we were taken advantage of. I wouldn’t want this to happen to any other bride.

My cousin had them for her wedding and we liked them from then. They were really friendly with everyone. Also very respectful and helpful with my whole family. They did a great job with the pictures. We got a lot of pictures. over 2000 pictures. We also used their Videographer and photo booth. We had to get a different DJ because we needed someone bilingual. All of their service was great and we liked them working with us. Now my coworker just booked them too. They are really good.

Our wedding was a whirlwind day with lots of happy chaos. The day was really hectic and went by before we knew it. We are so glad that we went with Ross and the elites. They made sure we were on time with everything and worked around the venues time frame to get pictures because we were running about an hour behind from the ceremony time. I had picked out a bunch of shots on pinterest as Ross had suggested. We got most of them just like i wanted, some even better ! make sure you do that ! So yeah pictures came out amazing. Ross is a great artist. The Video is great too. We got the pictures in about 3-weeks and the video took almost 4-months but everything was perfect. Our DJ Chris was fabulous, Everybody has great personalities and great energy. Everybody was dancing and having a great time. The video really captures everything. I think everyone should get a video, you can feel the energy and atmosphere in the video. The pictures are stunning but the video takes you there. I know Ross has to deal with a lot of different types of people, I actually know of a crazy person that he had to deal with and I felt bad. We got to know atleast Ross & Chris fairly well since we booked and met several times. I can tell you they are all outstanding people with good values and really care about what they are doing. They worked with our budget & payments and we realized that it wasn't just about the money for them. I really appreciate them for everything.

We are extremely satisfied with working with them. They were outstanding on the Wedding day, they didn't get in anybody's way or didn't mind our crazy group. They captured everything in great detail. Our trailer is pretty cool and we are very happy with our video. The Photo Booth was a lot of fun and the attendant was on top of everything. All around great people to work with. They made everything a lot easier and we can only recommend them to everyone.

I totally stand behind the Wedding Elites 100%. They have been great with everything. On time, prompt, caring, hard working, very talented & artistic. I am more than happy with them. I could not have gotten anyone or anything better. Our results were better than I've seen anywhere, with ridiculous prices. They were very reasonable especially now looking at what we got and how amazing our pictures & photos are. The were super friendly with everyone even our amateur photographer relatives who they let get all the shots they wanted with a smile. Video & pictures quality is amazing. Turn around time was very reasonable. Pictures we got right away but the album & Video took about 5 months but well worth the wait. Some of the stuff I read is unbelievable. They have probably the most professional business set up around, definitely the best most professional that I saw. I know they do a Ton of weddings so if they have your date, JUMP on it! It was a pleasure from the beginning!

We just watched our video and it was amazing. They delivered a beautiful video, we are kind of surprised how good it is. They surpassed our expectations. They also did our pictures that were also totally amazing, I'm sorry I am just wrapped up in my video right now. The service has been great. Ross warned us on how busy he was but he always got back and was very good at communication and understanding our needs. Very flexible. He did our pictures and was so nice to us. He did a great job with everything. We can not recommend them enough for everything.

I am honestly, legitimately, genuinely happy about my service from The Wedding Elites. Since they are a small biz, I figured i should write a review everywhere possible to help em out and give my opinion. I had contacted about 8 photographers before settling with Ross (aka Omar) for our wedding. And I am forever grateful for hiring him - this was, after all, an extremely important event for us. Photos are stunning for all events. One event had cheap folding seats but he made the venue look classier than it was. Phenomenal in every aspect - Planning the times, recommending photo spots and ideas, executing the photos, and organizing. He took control during times of chaos and disorganization, and made sure everyone had a chance to take a photo. He never complained once when other photographers would have given up or charged extra. Another plus was his willingness to communicate with the DJ and other event planners to ensure a seamless process and keep things on track. I will definitely contact WeddingElites in the future and recommend them to all my friends. THANK YOU!!!

I wish we could give more than five stars. The wedding elites were not only a pleasure to work with but also delivered an excellent product. Najeeb went above and beyond to not only capture the event but also helped manage it in times of chaos. We had the typical pakistani wedding and he knew who was important and what needed to be done to ensure our day was documented correctly. On one of the days he went out of his way to make sure we got pictures with each and every family members from both the groom and brides side. He also was working with the videographer who was independent from his team to help capture the right shots. Usually photos are like a chore but he was fun to work with and made us laugh quite a bit during the process. I highly recommend him and his team. He will not only deliver a good product but will also put a smile on your face. Thanks so much! So glad we chose you!!

We went to see Ross at the gallery and booked him immediately. It took us 10 minutes to realize we wanted him to be our photographer and had total confidence in his team. We saw a lot of album's and pictures and some video samples but we knew he was really into what he does and was worried about his name and clients more than the money. There were times I called and he got back after a few days but he always got. I understand how busy he is, so no worries. We were given some serious priority the week before, where he called me several times to go over the details. Then on the Wedding day they were on time and took all the shots I wanted and more. We got table shots with every table, all types of group and family shots besides the formals. They took a ton of candids all day. We are so happy with the service, that we do recommend them. I would tell everyone that this is the best photography and videography co out there because we have had experience with seeing other companies at family and friends weddings.

Worth every penny and more. They did a fantastic job. The only thing I was worried about was them getting there on time because the Wedding was in Rhode Island about 2-hours from them but they were actually early. Ross was by our side pretty much all day. He's a really funny and warm guy. Jo and Sam are really sweet too. They all worked hard. I didn't see them sitting down actually at anytime. We got about 3000 pictures which are beautiful and a video that is just brilliant. We got everything we wanted. Really great people to work with. I have to tell the brides that freak out about a bad review here and there. They have nothing to worry about. They do a lot of Weddings and I am sure no one can make everyone happy. They are a pleasure to work with and I know they are good people. We know 3 couples who used them and they will all recommend them.

Ladies, these guys are the best you can get. It took me year to find my vendors for Photos & Video. Let me tell you I got it right! My pictures are amazing. Way more dreamy & elegant than I remember everything. They captured everything. They worked with my coordinator & my DJ like pros. We were given our space and yet every moment was captured. Same thing with the videographer. Very focused & artsy. I love watching our trailer over & over again. We can't be happier. Highly recommend them.

I am very very happy with how are video turned out. It captures everything with great quality. They were very professional and unintrusive. We got great service on the phone and on the day. We had no problems what so ever. Very professional & reasonable in every way. We recommend them to everyone.

HOW DO THEY HAVE GOOD REVIEWS!????? I only booked with this company based on the great reviews and I regret my decision entirely!! I used this companies videography and signed a contract with them. They had 3 months after the wedding to get us the video and I have not heard ONE WORD from them! I should have known when getting in touch with them BEFORE the wedding was impossible. So I should have my video tomorrow yet I have not even touched base with them since my wedding three months ago. One of their phone numbers just beeps and I don’t think even works. The second number goes straight to voicemail, so I guess they screen their calls. And the third number is Ross’ cell phone which he says you can call or text, but I haven’t heard back after doing either!!! It is SO frustrating. My husband used their website to email them and he said he would call us.... Guess what, he never did!!! STAY AWAY and save yourself the frustration and money! Please wish me luck and pray I get my video... hope I don’t have to take legal action against this company just to get what I paid for. I am so disappointed in people’s good reviews.... that is the ONLY reason I booked with them. I’m truly dumbfounded.

My Daughter got married in June and Ross (Omar) came out all the way from Ct to MA. He was great to work with and kept things moving and the guests engaged. It was treat to work with him as he understood the desi / pakistani wedding culture so well. We got our pics right away almost 3,000 pics, and all of them gorgeous. I am so happy we went with Ross and even happier with the service he provided. The video is not done yet but ross has promised to edit it himself and i am sure it will be amazing!

Omar Raza (also referred to as "Ross") was amazing. My whole wedding party, my parents, and guests loved him. He was so funny and engaging through out the whole reception. My wedding was a Pakistani/Desi wedding and Omar knew exactly what moments to capture. He was great with my parents too who were a bit nervous about everything and assured them everything would be great. The hardest and most important part of any pakistani/indian ceremony is the end when the father must give his daughter away, and Omar did an exquisite job of ensuring he captured those moments. Other than his performance at the wedding itself, Omar was a pleasure to talk to on the phone, very engaging and responsive. Honestly, i was a bit hesitant with some of the "negative" reviews the company has but the truth of the matter is you cant make everyone happy. With that being said, the majority of the reviews were very positive if not 5 star. If you have any hesitations regarding booking with Omar and his team i suggest you at least give them a call and talk to them. I promise you, you will not regret it. Also for all the Desi Brides and Grooms, Omar is the person you need. I was a bit hesitant booking someone who did not understand the customs and traditions of Pakistani Traditional weddings but being of Desi origin himself, Omar knew exactly what to look for and what to do at all times. Thanks again Omar and the Wedding Elites team, i would choose you every time for my photo and video needs!

I am extremely impressed by Ross and team. The day of my wedding everything pretty much went wrong and Ross was my rock! Ross was running a bit late due to traffic (can't ever predict traffic!) and made sure that one of the videographers left an entire hour earlier than him to ensure I had someone start the process of filming/taking photos of us. Ross got there about a half hour prior to my first look and started making sure I was fully supported. The venue booked another party right before my wedding and Ross kept calming me down. He thought of creative ways to take the photos and followed up with me to make sure I was happy with what he was taking. Be patient when communicating with this company though, becoming a bridezilla is easy, but Ross will call you back and you will be 110% supported. I would give Ross 11 stars if I could. He really really went above and beyond and for that I am grateful..

We looked for such a long time to find the perfect photographer that we would trust with our day and we found him at The Wedding Elites. Ross was easy to talk to from the start and funny. We saw his extensive work and realized how much experience he actually had. No one we talked to had more knowledge or experience than him. He really made us confident & comfortable. I should have written this review months ago. I can not express how happy we are with everything we got from The Elites. The pictures are flawless. The video is flawless. The Booth was just what are reception needed and the DJ was amazing. Ross & Jo were amazing to work with and made everything work, from the timing, the formals, the family, tables & group shots. They had it down and were so friendly with everyone. Actually when we did our engagement pictures & went over everything I knew we were good. The day went by in a flash but I knew everything was going well. I can easily say that Ross is the most sincere and dedicated person we could have found. Not to mention very professional and sweet. He made everything happen for us and we will always cherish his work & what they all did for us!

We are so happy with Ross and Erica. They are both very talented photographers. We were looking for a photographer who we would be comfortable with and who wasn't "too cool" or over bearing. Our main thing was that we wanted a lot of pictures of us & our family with the venue background because it's amazing there. Well we got just what we wanted. They took so many pictures and we never felt like there was to much going on. They split up with the bridal party and then Erica covered the cocktail hour while we did our family and just us pictures. It was great. Same with the videographer who we really didn't talk to at all. I can't remember the name I am sorry. He was also really professional and not in people's faces like we've seen. He just did his thing and we got a great video that captured everything. Our pictures are stunning. We are really thrilled with everything we got back and the service was professional and dynamic.

Everybody at the wedding Elites was very professional. We are both very satisfied. It was really hard to pick our videographer and photographer but meeting Ross it was obvious that we would go with them. They had more experience than everyone else we met. They basically guided me on how everything would go and we made a few smart adjustments to our plans. Which worked out really well. They made everything very easy. We are thrilled with our video & pix.
