ause my neighbor's wedding dress was lost by ups and I offered up my dress to her. Only problem was her wedding was on Saturday and it was already Wednesday!!! I was told the gown would be ready mayyybee by Friday evening. Yosr called me Thursday afternoon to tell me she would have it ready for me by Thursday evening!! How amazing!! Best best customer service! I will never go to another cleaners again! The Wedding Gown Specialist not only do an incredible job but they made someones special day possible!!!!! I had found them online after a research for the best cleaning-preservation companies in the area but also with affordable prices, as a wedding dress is obviously something you care a lot about and want to be sure isn’t going to be damaged. My dress was notably quite dirty at the bottom and missing some beads. Once cleaned, my dress was like brand new, pure ivory, and they did an awesome job replacing the missing beads with the ones I provided. I discovered during the process that I was pregnant and therefore wasn’t sure that I would be able to wear my dress again. I talked to Yosr, who was my main contact, and she was understanding, amazing and so helpful !! She talked to her boss and they managed to find a solution to alter my dress so I could wear it again !! I was so relieved and happy (one thing off the list!)! I met Virginia, their wonderful seamstress in Door to Door Cleaners in Beverly Hills, and she found a way to extend the dress. I therefore came back just two weeks before my wedding abroad, so it could fit me at the best with my stomach growing and she did a fabulous job !! It was absolutely perfect, keeping the style of the dress and just opening at the right places ! Price for alteration was completely correct too. I couldn’t have been happier, especially as it was important to me to wear the same dress at both weddings. They also help me by giving me the dress back on an hanger and well protected so I could travel with it in the plane (in cabin). It arrived perfectly after the travel and I therefore didn’t had to do any steaming, it was ready to wear!! Now back in LA, I gave back my dress for cleaning and final preservation and since I had already started the preservation process the first time (their box is beautiful), Yosr got me a great discount, which was so appreciated and kind. Everyone at Door to Door Cleaners have been so nice, efficient and amazing during the whole process, I couldn’t recommend them more for the cleaning and preservation of your wedding dress (and alteration if needed) !!! I will definitely use them for other services in the future.

didn't waste any time, took all the details about my needs and got started. As I needed my job done quickly, they stayed late to get it done. All this was done at a fairly reasonable price. They are extremely knowledgeable regarding bridal gown alterations. They were sure about the work that should have been done to the dress and could persuade me to do the greater part of the right things when I was somewhat uncertain. The bridal gown worked out perfectly, I was super confident and got many compliments on the bridal gown. I must say, these are very friendly and dedicated people. They really care about their customers and attain their needs fast. I felt very comfortable working with them! and every time I went, the seamstress was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful and tailored the dress wonderfully. I was nervous because I had decided to change the neckline of the dress to sweetheart, and since I'm only 5'1 the dress had to be shortened dramatically. My dress was covered in hand-appliqued lace with a scalloped bottom, I have no clued how she altered it so seamlessly, but she did! The only negative thing was that my alterations cost over $750... I knew this in advance, but still felt it was a little pricey considering I had no choice but to make the alterations. A lovely experience and very much so recommended!

cleaning and it actually took closer to 12 weeks because they were back logged and couldn't finish the dress in time as promised. This was communicated to me in the beginning as the dress was in really bad condition and I was told they may need to clean it repeatedly to take out the ground in dirt. I wasn't expecting it to be perfect but I was floored when I recently picked up the gown, it looked BRAND NEW, I'm not really sure how they did it or what they did but it was pure ivory just like the rest of the gown and you cannot even tell that before it was cleaned it was a dark brown train ! Will try and put up a picture on here if I can figure it out. These guys are awesome but they are pricey & take their time, but do the job and do it well.

ill spent a small fortune on it! The designer recommended Door to Door Valet Cleaners. They understood that I wasn't living in California or getting married in California. Their delivery service was incredible for us. They went above and beyond to make the trip/dress/everything work for me and I am so happy to have met them. They didn't have to do that for me and they were busy, so I could tell they didn't really need my business. They did it because they wanted to help and I am eternally grateful.

the back, snagging the dress with their jewelry and a lot of the beads started coming off. When I looked at my dress after the wedding I was devastated. I needed to find someone who would be able to restore my dress back to the original state. My friends recommended I take my dress to Door to Door Valet and I must say that was the best choice. Their Wedding Specialists were able to restore and fix my wedding dress. They were meticulous and fixed every snag, missing bead and tear. They cleaned the dress and even fixed the back of the dress which took a beating. My dress is special to me and having it restored to its original state meant a lot. Thanks for preserving a special part of my wedding day.

only did the gown fit me as though it was made for me but I saved $2100 buying a sample and getting it cleaned & altered. I highly recommend them, give yourself plenty of time , took me about 5 fittings over 2 months to get it right.

eemed complicated. The waist had to be taken in, but it had to be big enough for her shoulders because she's ripped dresses before! And her legs are really short and she has knee problems and can't even wear heels. But they were able to fix the hemline so the dress sat nicely. It looked great when we got it back. She's going to look beautiful. A bit expensive, but certainly not the most expensive part of the wedding!

we were devastated at the condition it was in. Some friends told us to take it to Door to Door so we rushed over without even calling. The manager came out and inspected the gown and said they could get it looking new again. I explained our situation and he said it would be ready the next day, We arrived late in the day and inspected the gown. Neither of us could believe how great it looked and my wife was in tears as we left the store. Great service and very accommodating! These people can work miracles!

I have a hard time trusting cleaners especially with something as important as my wedding gown, but again, I was not disappointed. I was very impressed with their services. On the phone they were friendly and I felt as though they truly cared about my dress. The turnaround speed was quick and when I went to pick up my dress, I could hardly believe it was the same one! It looked beautiful and the stains along with the dirt had been removed. After much searching, I settled on Door to Door and called to see if this was something they could handle. I was greeted with a kind ear and sympathetic voice who reassured me this was definitely right up their alley and they'd be happy to help. The price quoted seemed fair and reasonable, so I brought her dress in right away. When I got it back, I was stunned - it looks just like it did on her wedding day and I can tell it's going to be just as gorgeous for the next generation that wears it. Anyway, one of the bridemaid's called around and found out that Door to Door Cleaners could offer fast help (which we desperately needed) and they also had a stellar reputation with past clients based on their ratings. Not only did they get the dirt out of the dress to the point that it was impossible to tell that it was ever there, they also did the job quickly and the poor bride didn't get charged an arm and a leg for the process. Anyone who was there that day would cheerfully recommend this cleaner for their ability to handle a bridal gown with care and still get the job done right. During my magical night Champagne, lipstick and even dirt made my Vera Wang wedding dress a little worse for wear. I contacted The Wedding Gown Specialists shortly after returning from our honeymoon – they offered a free consultation to inspect and estimate the price of the cleaning/preservation of my gown. Their staff was inviting; I felt at home right away. The dress turned out as beautiful as the day I bought it. I can’t wait to hand this treasure down to following generations!

The dress had not been stored properly, sadly, suffered from some mildewing, grass stains (and hadn't been worn in nearly 70 years!) so I worried that it wouldn't ultimately be feasible. It’s an embroidered tulle wedding gown, with tiny seeds and sequins all along the neckline and sheer, ornate sleeves; extremely delicate in its own right. I searched and searched, contacting various tailors and alteration services, and their responses seemed markedly uncomfortable (too much so for my liking) until I found Door-to-Door Cleaners. They were so very professional, very knowledgeable and on-top of their game, so much so that things just ‘felt right’ (though to be honest, I was still nervous about the whole process, especially since this was my first wedding.) Their estimate was pretty reasonable, too, especially considering that, well…it felt like it could have been heart surgery. When it came time for the moment of truth (and after a lot of praying and knocking on wood) I went to pick up the dress…and I was totally stunned and blown away! Everything was so perfectly dreamy; Door-to-Door had seemingly performed a miracle with all the folds in the train and with such detail, from the seeds and sequins in astounding array to the buttons on the wrists (rendered like new!) and no evidence of stains. Simply angelic…I give Door-to-Door cleaners my wholehearted recommendation.

I really wanted to get it fixed before I headed back home next month, so I started calling around a few other places, and got some pretty high quotes for an alteration and cleaning. I was starting to feel really frustrated, things out here in CA are a lot more expensive than back home in NC. But I wanted to get the dress all perfect before I brought it home so I could surprise my mom and my sister, who were both really dreading wedding gown shopping with me. Eventually I found Door to Door, and they gave me a much more reasonable quote, about 30% lower than all of the other quotes I had been given from other alteration shops. Well, not only did they get my dress done on time, they actually had it done when I called in to check on it a few days early. It is absolutely PERFECT! It fits like it was custom made for me! I am so happy with this gown, I feel like I saved at LEAST 50% by getting a sample and having it altered by Door to Door. I feel really proud of myself that I was able to save so much money for other things, like flowers! I am a totally happy customer, and would definitely use them again, if I am ever in the area and need some alterations, or even just some dry cleaning done, they are just so friendly and quick!

special instructions. Unfortunately I did not use D2D for my alterations. My dress designer altered it for me which ended up being a nightmare and my dress and my bustled train were too long - and my wedding was by a lake, on grass that had recently been watered! The entire bottom two to three inches were dirty. Sajid instructed extra special care and attention since my dress was all lace. His seamstress took off pieces of my dress, then they cleaned it and then sewed the pieces back on to ensure none of the lace would rip. the level of service was impeccable and their prices are incredibly reasonable. we went for a lil dip in the ocean on my photographers insistence, so the gown had salt water stains at the bottom, when I saw the gown after it was cleaned, it looked almost new, way,way over and above what I was expecting. I am thrilled to say the least, I dealt with 2 people here, Dulce and Saj, Dulce also did the alterations for my gown and was a pleasure to deal with.Of all the vendors I dealt with thru the pre and post planning, this was my best experience and so just had to write a review and put in a good word for them..

You need to be careful where you take wedding dress to be cleaned because the fabric is very delicate, you can trust this place - I highly recommend them!
