Danielle Baker, The Wedding Lady. Where do I even start? Words can’t describe what a kind and caring individual she is. My wife and I made what we feel is a life long friend in Danielle. We were recommended by a friend to try the Wedding Lady out. We gave it a shot. Man are we happy we did. She was one of the best parts of our wedding. As an officiant, she is the epitome of professionalism. She stays on top of things and guides you throughout the whole process. She has been doing this for a while and knows what she is doing. Danielle is amazing!!! She did a WONDERFUL job making our wedding ceremony so special for my husband and I-- we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day! So many of our guests came up to us at the reception and told us how unique and special the ceremony was-- the love letters are so many people's favorite parts (and ours!) We did the Prepare and Enrich pre-marital counseling program with her leading up to our big day, which was so helpful for us as a couple, and it also helped Danielle get to know us really well. By the time we got married Jacob and I felt like we had known Danielle our whole lives! We cannot thank her enough for all of her helpful advice, amazing listening skills, and power to keep everyone calm the day of the wedding. We seriously cannot say enough-- THANK YOU!

My wife and I absolutely loved Danielle Baker. I knew the first time I met her at a wedding festival that she had to be our officiant. In fact, she was the first vendor we booked! During the whole wedding planning process, she was great. She made sure to meet with us several times in order to really get to know us and to understand how we wanted to be married. Danielle was such a wonderful guide through our ceremony. She made our wedding absolutely perfect and beautiful. She was so comforting and calm and friendly. We both feel lucky to have found her. Danielle was everything I ever could of imagined on our wedding day. Leading up to the wedding she was so fun and easy to work with. We were in Iowa so we did Skype sessions which turned out to work perfectly. She truly knows what she's doing and I had zero worries throughout the process or on my special day. We can't believe how amazing our wedding ceremony was. It was all because of Danielle. She was amazing. She made us feel so special from the very start with our first meeting at Panera bread. We later wrote our ceremony with her at her house which made it so personal. Danielle was the best! She did absolutely everything in her power to make our wedding day perfect and we couldn't have asked for anything more! I was referred to Danielle as the *only* option when getting married in the upstate of South Carolina - and that was coming from several different vendors! They were absolutely right - working with Danielle was so wonderful. My husband and I also went through her Prepare & Enrich course, and we are so glad we did. Danielle has great documentation and work books that helps prepare couples for marriage and anticipate any challenges to work through before hand. All throughout our reception, folks kept approaching us to tell us how much they *loved* the ceremony and what a fantastic job Danielle did. She made sure we had the ceremony that was perfect for us - not overly religious but respectful, the exact length we wanted and delivered it 100%. Danielle is THE BEST! My life is beautifully chaotic- I am an active duty service member and mom to three children. I contacted Danielle 4 months prior to our wedding date in a state of panic. I had returned from a 9 month deployment 2 weeks earlier and was in the process of moving half-way across the country. Oh, and attempting to plan a wedding too! We really enjoyed working with Danielle! She made the process of writing the ceremony very straightforward and helped us through every step of the way. If I could describe Danielle in one word, it would be: Amazing! When I was wedding planning, I knew it would be hard to find someone to marry my now husband & I, because we did not want to get married in a church. I met Danielle at an open house at the Old Cigar Warehouse and the moment we talked, I knew she was going to be the one to marry us. When my husband and I went to Danielle's house to meet to write our vows, it was such a fun, easy process. Danielle is so organized and has so many great ideas and when my husband and I couldn't agree on a section of our vows, Danielle could easily read our body language and give us suggestions on how to compromise. Our vows turned out so unique and I LOVE the fact that we wrote each other love letters and did not hear them until the day of the wedding. It really lightened the mood of the wedding because it had been so emotional. Danielle is incredibly helpful and supportive and I got so many compliments from our guests at how much of an amazing job she did. She is professional and funny and just a wonderful person. Not to mention, at the time we were getting married and did not have a a getaway car planned, other than calling Uber, Danielle was driving for Uber at the time and told us she would ask some of her other Uber friends to see if one would wait outside the wedding venue for us. The day of the wedding, she told me no one was available, so I didn't think much about it, other than just hitting the Uber button before it was time for us to leave. My wedding coordinator told me not to worry about it, that she will take care of us. When my husband and I did our exit, at the end of the stairs was Danielle in her Wedding Lady car and took us to our hotel. Best Uber driver we could have ask for and it made such a wonderful surprise at the end of the evening.

Danielle was fantastic!!! She was so completely organized, personable, knowledgeable, and helpful!!! She knows many of the venues around and was even able to direct our rehearsal at another site. Writing a review of Danielle "The Wedding Lady" Baker is extremely difficult because words won't explain the outstanding job she did for our wedding. We were given her name by a friend and from the moment we contacted her we knew she was perfect for us. Danielle automatically makes you feel at ease and as if you had been friends forever! She was able to counsel us as friends, future husband and wife, and as a third party to help resolve anything! The amount of support and faith in our relationship was unmatchable. My wife and I married on 5/15/2015 and Danielle was our officiant. Prior to the wedding, she spoke with us via Webchat (we lived out of state) to get to know us and helped us customize our ceremony perfectly. On the day of the ceremony, she called in advance and arrived on time. She's so friendly in person and was a perfect fit for our small family wedding. She did an excellent job!

We found Danielle the same way most people probably do - online search. We called and emailed a few people, and they all replied with something like, "here's a link to make a deposit"... except for Danielle. She wouldn't commit to anything before we met face to face to make sure we mesh well enough for her to marry us, which is a refreshing change from "give me your money!" Our wedding ceremony was fantastic thanks to Danielle! From the very beginning, we knew Danielle was the right person to officiate our wedding. During the planning process she walked us through everything from the writing process, steps to get our license, and than information on name changing. The day of the wedding Danielle arrived early and it was blatantly obvious that she had done this before (in a good way!!). We cannot say enough to give Danielle the praise she deserves! We will never be able to recommend her enough. From the very first time we talked over Skype, she was so warm, caring and interested in our relationship. We didn't even need to hang up from the call to agree that we wanted to have her write our ceremony and be there to share in our day. She was always very responsive to our emails and she helped us come up with a ceremony that was just perfect for us. She was able to give us lots of guidance and was willing to make edits and changes as many times as we wanted. She talked us through how everything was going to go and gave us advice from all of the previous weddings she's been a part of. During our rehearsal, she was incredible with our 2 flower girls and 2 ring bearers. She was able to help them understand what their task was and why it was so important to carry the signs and throw the flower petals. All of us were in awe at how well she was able to tame 4 children under 8 years old. Our wedding was in the Charlotte area and we had to go all the way to South Carolina to find someone that we were interested in having officiate our wedding. We were so glad we found her! In the end, we didn't just have an officiant for the weeding, we gained a friend.

Danielle is an amazing officiant. She is very personable and captured the unique qualities of us as a couple in the ceremony. Her ceremony was tailored to exactly what we wanted. We made a great choice when we picked Danielle as our officiant. We had a tiny wedding with just two other people and my dog. I was initially worried Danielle would think our little wedding elopement was a bit sad compared to the elaborate events of other weddings. But she put us right at ease and made our day feel just as special even though it was small. Danielle was very easy-going and even happily accommodated a very late change to the location and time. With Danielle you will get someone non-judgmental, easy to work with and a calming presence. We highly recommend her.

Danielle was an absolute joy to work with! She spent a lot of time getting to know us and what we wanted in our ceremony. She wrote the most meaningful and poignant vows for our wedding that said everything in our hearts. There was not a dry eye among our family and friends or ourselves. One of my favorite options was for my fiancé and I to write secret love letters to each other which Danielle read to us during our ceremony. We could have opted to read them to each other but I knew I could never get through it without falling apart. My husband told me after the wedding that he was apprehensive about writing his letter but he is very glad he did and would recommend it to others. We plan on reading our letters to each other every year on our anniversary.

Calling Danielle to perform our wedding ceremony was the best choice I could have made. She made the whole process easy & stress free. We had some issues with our wedding coordinator, and Danielle stepped in and helped make everything run smoothly. I would have been a stressed out Bride if it had not been for her. Danielle did a beautiful job writing our custom ceremony. She took the time to understand our needs and desires and delivered a wonderful heartfelt ceremony that we will remember for the rest of our lives.
