Gretchen was beyond what we could’ve hoped for as our wedding day coordinator! We made the terrible mistake of not hiring someone to coordinate all the little details, but the day...

before the wedding, while we were overwhelmed and in over our heads, one of the members of our wedding party suggested we reach out to her. She was able to step in on ONE DAYS NOTICE and saved the day. After a twenty minute conversation and a walk-through of the venue, she asked a few key questions, grasped our vision, and brought it to life. She handled everything with amazing care and attention to detail and made our wedding day the dream we hoped for. I don’t know what we would’ve done without her. Thanks Gretchen!!

I asked Gretchen to handle my bridal shower and gave her just one request: I wanted a tea party. Honestly, it was the best tea party ever and so much better than I could have even ...

imagined! Every single detail was just perfect. The tables were absolutely beautiful with individual tea bags, and she planned the best mix of mini games and group games that kept everyone smiling. My favorite part was that everyone got to pick out their own tea cup and saucer to take home with them! I still think fondly of that day all the time and I will truly treasure it forever. Gretchen took my one simple idea and turned it into something so special.
